Kayumba Rugema the former RNC coordinator in Kampala skipped to Norway when the East Congo battle began. He received, hastily, a visa and official new duties from his uncle the RNC Leader Kayumba Nyamwasa. It was a calculated move to protect his nephew as he sent others to certain death. He moved to Norway and became the RNC Representative in Scandinavian countries, at least in theory.

In reality, Kayumba Rugema went to Norway to be protected from ever going near a battlefield. A deserter of the RDF, Corporal Kayumba Rugema had been very active in Uganda where he used to coordinate with Ugandan Military Intelligence (CMI) to recruit Rwandans RNC members. Those who refused his RNC invitation and approach would see themselves abducted, tortured and deported.

In Kampala Coparal Kayumba was powerful moving around with armed bodyguards with powers to arrest but he had to be transferred, Nyamwasa always puts his family members first. He left his wife, Peace Rugema, a Ugandan Muhima and flew to Norway. Realities in Norway hit hard, he was no longer being driven around in CMI cars, he no longer had any powers to abuse innocent civilians. He took up a part-time job in Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel’s kitchen (Holbergsgate 30, 0166 Oslo) and has a side income selling bananas ‘matooke’ sent to him by his wife, a trader in Uganda.

To justify his redeployment in Norway to other RNC members, Rugema hurls insults and smear on his Facebook account. With his uncle, they agitate on social media for everyone to go fight in Congo or Rwanda, but both stay behind their laptop or smartphones screens.

The pseudo professor who cheated his way in almost every aspect of his life, David Himbara, is wondering if basketball is played in Rwanda. This follows the completion of Kigali Arena, an ultra-modern basketball complex in record time.

Himbara is paid to write smear and slander on Rwanda by Museveni and Rujugiro. Unable to criticize the spectacular achievement in engineering and project management displayed by the completion of the Kigali Arena, the only thing the propagandist could come up with was, ‘who will use the Kigali Basketball Arena?’

The problem with paid mouthpieces like Himbara is that they write first, and then, exceptionally, think logically afterward. Rwanda not only has a vibrant national league, but also hosts Zone 5 (East and Central Africa) competitions.

One feel like writing to Himbara a breaking story, ‘Basketball is not new in Rwanda’, but evidently the mouthpiece knows this. He is probably scratching his head looking for a negative comment to write under pressure from his sponsors.

By promising unlimited lies on Rwanda, the fraudster chewed more than he can swallow.

US courts have heard the name MUSEVENI mentioned twice in less than one year, once in a corruption case and a second time in a drug-dealing case. The Museveni family is slowly becoming a crime syndicate of global proportion. Personally, the head of the criminal cartel Yoweri Museveni was bribed by Patrick Ho along with his Foreign Minister Sam Kutesa, Partick Ho was convicted of corruption in a US Court. In his trial, the prosecutor provided evidence on how Partick Ho bribed Museveni and Kutesa $1,000,000 ; the duo shared it equally each receiving $500,000 .

Museveni’s eldest son, Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba is married to the daughter of his Foreign Affairs Minister Sam Kutesa, Charlotte Nankunda Kutesa. In effect, the bribe was kept in the family with no consequences to either the President or his minister of foreign affairs. Two days ago, in US courts, the name Museveni resurfaced again. This time around, US courts were dealing with one of the most notorious crimes families in East Africa, the Akasha brothers.

The Akasha are Kenyan brothers drug lords that were arrested and extradited to the US for drug trafficking. They were so notorious that one is said to have killed his wife and branded his son with a hot iron. During their trial in the US, the prosecutor brought forward a key witness that narrated how Museveni’s sister in law, Jovia Akandwanaho, was in the center of the drug network. It is not the first time that Museveni’s brother Gen. Salim Saleh’s wife is mentioned in a drug scandal. In 2015 she was reportedly arrested in China with a significant consignment of drugs. She was saved by the fact that her entire cartel, unlike the Akasha family, enjoys diplomatic immunity courtesy of the Ugandan government.

The revelations into the Museveni’s drug links saga will continue as court documents enter the public domain after the Akasha’s are sentenced at a later date.

Kayumba Nyamwasa has a soft spot for the Museveni family. A recent article that shade light on Museveni’s origins has him angered and set him posting in shock. On his Facebook account, RPF Gakwerere, he is screaming scandal that someone finally revealed Museveni’s mysterious origins.

He writes, with anger, that discussing who fathered Museveni’s with his deceased mother is unacceptable and unethical. This from the most appalling, unethical Facebook account posting on Rwanda is rather amusing. An account that spares neither the living or the dead, the young, the old, rich or poor. He literally calls the entire country of Rwanda a nation of slaves! He spares no smear or slander for the Rwandan First Family or public officials or their loved ones.

Interestingly, his ranting do not deny Museveni’s Rwandan origin nor does he deny the root cause of Museveni’s anti-Rwandan sentiment. He simply wants a line draw, some form of immunity, on Museveni and his family members.

However, given the fact that Museveni is his main sponsors, Nyamwasa’s claim that he is appalled by mere words should be taken with a pitch of salt. He is after all the architect of a terrorist entity. It might therefore just be a maneuver for him to raise more money or an article he is forced to write, possibly even directly forwarded to him by none other than Museveni himself.

A famous Chinese proverb say that although the truth hurts, it should not be taken as an insult. Kayumba Nyamwasa should digest the hard truth, in time, he will come to accept that he is working for Museveni, mwene Kayibanda, adopted son of Kaguta!

Glued to his phone, David Himbara is promising to report every single movement of President Kagame on his blogs. Himbara, with a legendary reputation of alcohol induced incompetence, will be reporting as part of RNC’s online terror campaign sponsored by Museveni and Rujugiro.

The only thing the lazy RNC propagandist does is to google and scan social media for the name “Kagame”. He then writes on his social media accounts the President’s location as if it is a revelation.

Presidential travels are very public affairs, these are public officials doing public work. RNC’s drunk propagandist is not able to do more than this, he reports public knowledge as breaking news.

Sources in Canada hint that ever since RNC was defeated in Congo, Himbara’s drinking worsened. Himbara has already began drunk-typing even more ridiculously. On top of all RNC problems, keeping Himbara sober is increasingly becoming an impossible task.

After RNC’s defeat in East Congo, David Himbara has failed to find a rhythm to beat is propaganda drum to. Confused as to what happened, sources close to him indicate that he has been complaining about RNC’s Congo strategy. It is rumored that a group of pseudo-intellectuals within RNC are plotting a coup against their leader Kayumba Nyamwasa.

The group, composed mainly by self-proclaimed online activists, is under pressure to distance themselves from failed militarized movement, especially one that is constantly being defeated. They take issues with their leader Kayumba Nyamwasa for having evacuated members of his family just battles began. David Himbara is uncertain of what to do as RNC slowly disintegrates, naturally, he would prefer to join the group dissidents that wants to evict Kayumba Nyamwasa but he does not want to risk losing his sponsorship.

David Himbara is funded by Museveni and Rujugiro, he gets substantial amounts of money to lobby in North America. As he has done his whole life, David inflates bills, invents imaginary costs to rip-off RNC. For those who know David Himbara, the current confusion in RNC is the ideal situation for him to enrich himself as he speculates. He will play all sides for as long as he can, as long as Museveni and Rujugiro do not give him clear instructions.

“Himbara has never been loyal to anything”, one of his old acquaintance narrated, “if you think I am lying, ask anyone who grew up with him. Himbara is selfish and cunning.”

Now I am beginning to understand why Museveni is incoherent, almost Bipolar.

The clearest signal of Museveni’s origin comes from the stigma that Rwandese and Ugandans of Rwandese origin have been subjected to. “

It has come to light that two RNC operatives by the names of Frank Ruhinda and “Pastor” Busigo are at the root of the arrest of 40 innocent Rwandans by Ugandan Chieftaincy Military Intelligence (CMI) together with Police forces.

The arrest happened this Tuesday 23rd when Kibuye ADEPR church members were invaded by CMI agents during prayers. 40 members were arrested and among them were women. This happened after Ruhinda and Busigo went to that particular church with the aim of recruiting the church members in RNC rebel group. This was rejected by every single member saying that they’re staunch Christians and are tired of wars, “We had enough of war in our lives.” They said.

This greatly angered Ruhinda and Busigo for they failed their mission and decided to report to CMI, their partner in crime. CMI immediately requested support from the police to arrest Kibuye ADEPR church members for refusing to join RNC. As usual, CMI and police forces alleged that the 40 Christians were Rwandan spies; a usual lame excuse from them for there has never been proof to this allegation.

RNC and CMI collaborate in abducting Rwandans in Uganda to be recruited as rebels/terrorists for two years now. Majority of Rwandans reject RNC’s proposals which mark the beginning of their suffering as they are subjected to inhuman torture and deportation with simple dumping at the border.

A friend of mine looked at Kayumba Nyamwasa’s Facebook page –RPF Gakwerere– and said, “This guy must have acquired Congolese citizenship, why is he always rumbling about Tshisekedi?” It is public knowledge that Kayumba Nyamwasa doesn’t like the new Congolese President Felix Tshisekedi. Ever since his election, Kuyumba and his RNC team of liars launched a vicious attack campaign on social media against Tshisekedi.

For years, Kayumba’s RNC armed group of bandits had enjoyed a free ride, plundering resources and raiding villages in East Congo. Tshisekedi’s election marked an end to RNC raids on peaceful Congolese, and a relaunch of regional initiative to rid DRC Congo of negative forces.

No, Kayumba Nyamwasa has not acquired Congolese citizenship. He is just angry that law and order is being restored. Put street lighting and anti-theft measures on your street and the local thief will be unhappy! The local thief will probably start a hate filled Facebook page and rant about the return of law and order. Kayumba Nyamwasa is a fraud plundering Congo angered by Tshisekedi who is making his criminal life much harder.

RNC has no morals or ideology and their social media communications reflects this hard fact. About ten years ago Kayumba Nyamwasa and a small cartel of corrupt individuals were under the illusion that they could con their way to power in Rwanda. They started their activities with a series of grenades attacks on innocent civilians to create panic and chaos. Using hit and run tactics, they would throw grenades at bus stops and other public gathering venues. It was pure terrorism.

When their network of grenade throwers was dismantled inside Rwanda, they moved to Uganda and continued their terrorist enterprises. All sorts of schemes were plotted in Uganda, assassinations, armed groups, economic sabotage and online campaigns amongst other schemes. Failing in most of their schemes, and to set up bases in East Congo, Kayumba’s RNC is now primarily left with their despicable witch hunt of Rwandans in Uganda and an online noise on social media.

In both these schemes, they enjoy support and assistance from the top echelons of the Ugandan regime. Devoid of any ideology, all they do is hunt innocent Rwandans to persecute in Uganda and launch personal attacks on their blogs and social media accounts. One example is Kayumba Nyamwasa account on Facebook, RPF Gakwerere, dedicated to insults only. All it does is hurl insults and fictions.

In reality, it would be wrong to expect anything different from Kayumba Nyamwasa and RNC.
