David Himbara, the paid mouthpiece for RNC and Museveni, is obsessed about presidential travels. He is now trying to “monitor” a head of states visits abroad forgetting about the white elephant in the room, jealousy.

Himbara is jealous at any positive results from Rwanda. Presidential visits symbolises progress and recognition, and both stir jealousy for Himbara. He perfectly understands that every visit is wipe thousands of his ridiculous lies.

As a negative propagandist, Himbara has a serious problem when foreign dignitaries visit Rwanda or Rwandan official travel abroad as he is left powerless as his lies are unmasked. The only angle left for him is to attack the cost ignoring the positive financial and political returns.

I am almost certain that Himbara secretly advises his sponsors, Museveni and Rujugiro, to do the same. He probably wants them to travel more and carry his propaganda messages with them. Unfortunately, Rujugiro, aka ankle bracelet, is not free to travel with ease. He has so many arrests warrants out for financial and terrorism crimes issued by so many countries, that travelling is a serious challenge. Museveni is getting old, with serious discontent in is country after 33 years of rule marred with corruption and nepotism, travelling is a serious security risk.

Both his sponsors agree with Himbara on the subject of Rwanda’s diplomatic machinery, the only option they have is to use blogs to publish smear and slander. There is nothing else for them to do!

After writing a series of article that the President of Rwanda has gone missing, David Himbara the RNC propagandist realized that his posts were ridiculous and is now saying the President is no longer missing. Using an army acronym, AWOL (Absent Without Official Leave), the RNC liar slanders and smears in his usual fashion.

From his previous posts, which almost always start or contain the word ‘Kagame’, we know that Himbara is a paid propagandist desperately seeking attention. In his AWOL article, he gives readers a summary of the President’s cabinet meeting. For some strange reason, Himbara is of the belief that he is aware of all Presidential engagement and affairs. He sells this belief to his sponsors, Museveni and Rujugiro, promising results in his smear campaign.

The definition of madness, according the Einstein, is repeating the same thing over and over again while hoping for a different result. For all his smear campaigns, we have never seen a response from President Kagame his target. In fact, I don’t think that Himbara’s sponsored provocations have ever resulted in any official response. Yet Himbara keeps writing and self-publishing, desperate for any response for him to milk it.

In his pursuit for propaganda, he creates falsehoods, recycles old lies and now attempts to use military jargon. Probably, the more he writes the more he is paid leading him to spam especially as he seems to run out of topics. Himbara and his associates should know how fruitless their efforts are and spare internet users of all the fake news, propaganda and attack pieces.

David Himbara, the RNC propagandist has definitely run out of steam. He is playing his recycling game again as he writes an attack propaganda piece on behalf of his sponsors, Yoweri Museveni and Trilbert Rujugiro. This time, just as on the 19th of February 2018 and in December 2016, he is attacking Rwanda’s vision 2050. He not only recycles the theme, his fake data but also gets confused in the process misquoting and fabricating along the way. David Himbara forgets that internet search engines (google, yahoo, etc) make his lies extremely easy to detect.

Last time, Himbara recycled an article he published in May of this year, he was caught pants down. He is now opting for two to three-year-old articles to avoid detection. He underestimates the power and ease of online search. For example, Google reveals that in 2017, Himbara writes two different incomes per capita data citing the same IMF source, $773 on his medium post, $697 in different articles published on Genocide denial platforms such The Rwandan. He claims twice on medium that his source is IMF and then gives a simple unsigned excel table.

In both articles, the June 2019 and February 2018, he argues that Rwanda cannot reach its development target. Constant repetition is a known old propaganda trick that Himbara is exploiting unaware that technology has evolved.

The RNC propagandist completes his trickery by posting a cover to his self-published, un-academic, un-reviewed, book in an attempt to boost sales of his fictional work.

Titus Seruga, RPF Gakwerere and probably all CMI (Ugandan Military Intelligence) sponsored outlets are busy trying to capitalize on the death of Camille Nkurunziza in South Africa. They are busy trying to pin a South African (SA) police shootout with criminals on Rwanda. Strangely, an article insinuating that Nkurunziza was killed while being kidnapped by Rwanda appears to be copy-pasted by these CMI trolls. Ironically, they circulate an article that contains major contradictions and still casts suspicion on their fallen henchman.

The SA police stated they shot and killed two in a botched hijacking incident. Titus Seruga clearly repeats this in his article. He writes, “Two Kidnappers were killed in the process, police is still investigating whether Camir was killed by the Kidnappers who are of Rwandan origin or [in] crossfire”, and forgets that the SA Police says it opened fire on the suspected hijackers and killed two people.

In their propaganda hunt, they accidentally implicate Nkurunziza whose death is the subject of an investigation by maintaining a cloud of suspicion over the fatal shooting incident. So far, the Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) and the police are investigating the shooting. The IPID’s involvement means that it is the police shooting that is under investigation and so far, what has been confirmed is that eight shots were fired by the SAPS member into the hijacked vehicle.

This time, Titus Seruga and his CMI allies will find it very difficult to sell their poisonous narratives. They will not manage to fake eye witness accounts, ballistic and autopsies reports. Their propaganda narratives will only turn against them once the IPID and the SA police publish their findings. It will prove how doctored, unreliable, useless Titus Seruga articles are.

David Himbara, sponsored by Rujugiro and Museveni to write smear and defamatory articles on Rwanda, has run out of things to say. He has now opted to recycle and reuse old trash. He has just recycled an empty article on President Kagame’s travel, initially published on the 22nd of May 2019.

There are many possible explanations for this phenomenon. Perhaps he is paid per word written and he is doing what he does best, conning two old men in their 70’s. Possibly, he is paid on the fifth and is running behind on his monthly quota of site visits.

The other possible explanation, from sources close to him, is that Himbara’s drug taking habits are affecting his memory. I believe it to be a combination of his scheme to swindle moneys from his sponsors, his diminishing memory and a desperate need for attention. Someone should pay him a good psychiatrist and keep him offline. He is embarrassing himself!

David Himbara is once again using statistics to disseminate lies to depict Rwanda’s health system, one of the best health systems on the continent, in bad light.

As usual, he throws numbers in the air saying the doctor per capita is between 25000 to 68000. Where on earth has data been so inaccurate?

The world health organization, the UN, AU and many other credible institution praise Rwanda’s health and use it to carry out studies on how to offer universal health care. If Himbara thinks we will believe his lies over Bill Gates’ observations, he should think again.

What the RNC conveniently forgets to mention in his propaganda piece is that Rwanda has universal healthcare. What use are Doctors if one cannot afford healthcare? The innovation of community based health insurance enables ordinary Rwandans to access healthcare and its success will not be tarnished by a mere propaganda piece.

David Himbara, the RNC’s Chief propagandist, is currently trying to milk the death of his departed henchman late Nkurunziza Camir.  The RNC liar is trying to milk it to turn it into something else, after his initial failed attempt to blame the death on Rwanda, he is now exploiting official reactions on the death.

When his RNC tried to blame the death of a terrorist, Nkurunziza, during a botched car hijacking incident in SA, they got the response that they deserved. Since it was the SA police that shot and killed Nkurunziza, why are Himbara and his crew dragging Rwanda in the story?

They should remember that in Rwanda, we know the true face of the RNC. We have seen and witnessed their grenade terror attacks, so if any one of them is involved in a violent armed incident, we naturally assume them to be responsible. Besides, according to the SA police, they shot two hijackers not car thieves.

As we all wait for the SA Police report, respectful of the departed, we can trust Himbara to keep pocking and provoking Rwandans on the matter. Carelessly, his cheap insinuations will continue to taint his fallen henchman as the response will always be to reveal more details about the violent nature of their organization. He should not expect victims of their violent armed terrorism to be sympathetic to their sorrows as even Himbara exploits the death, RNC has no sorrow for their fallen member.

In an effort to set the narrative that Rwandans are criminals, just to fan flames of hate and intolerance in Uganda, the Newvision has added to its long list of hostile Rwandaphobic articles a post on Rwandan jailed in Uganda. This article follows a long list of hostile propaganda entertained designed to promote hatred of Rwandans.

This is also done to cover the ongoing persecution of Rwandan in Uganda using cheap propaganda techniques such as catchy titles. To write that about 1300 Rwandans are in their prisons without mentioning their 55 000 Uganda in Prison is a deliberate smear attempt. Furthermore, in 2017, Ugandan statistics reported about 500 Rwandan jailed in Uganda. Why would their numbers almost triple in 2 years? Could it be the result of their sustained campaign to arrest innocent Rwandans?

In pushing a xenophobic editorial line, the Newvision wants to divert attention away from Ugandan Government failures. Uganda had the second most overcrowded prisons in 2018, according to the Newvision, a clear indication of the state of affairs in Uganda’s judicial sector. The Museveni regime has been busy jailing for the past 33 years while indulging in corruption, repression, nepotism, and now xenophobia.

The Newvision and the Ugandan government are therefore only trying to cover their unprecedented persecution on Rwandans and their own internal failures by creating a boggy man, a scapegoat.

Brig. Gen. Abel Kandiho, Head of Uganda’s military intelligence CMI, has been busy trying to clean his image through CMI sponsored and controlled outlet. He wants an image of success in his war with Rwanda.

Kandiho has failed to destabilize Rwanda. The Head of CMI Uganda whose sole purpose is to support armed terrorist against Rwanda keeps trying and failing his objective. So far, the only success he has on his name is to antagonize regional relations.

All his operations end with catastrophic failures. We all remember his 46 recruits caught on their way to the battle field in Congo. We also remember Laforge Fils Bazeye and Theophile Abega, Senior FDLR official caught in Congo as they left a meeting with senior Ugandan officials in Kampala. Who will forget the accidental meeting and passport issuance to Mukankusi, a Senior RNC official. These failures are repeated with Gasana, Rujugiro, Nsabimana of FLN, all their secrets plans unveiled for public laughter and ridicule as botched intelligence operations.

All these plans were unearthed and became an embarrassment to his Boss Museveni and Uganda as a whole ! All these are Kandiho’s projects. He should resign and spare Uganda the agony of frivolous denials of his mistakes.

His name has become a synonymous to torture. Hundreds of Rwandans talk about their ordeals at his hands and under his authority. Innocent people including Congolese are secretly detained, tortured and dumped at the Rwandan border.

He should be tried and convicted for grave human right abuses, his name will certainly end up in history books as Museveni’s butcher.

RNC and FLN lies on social media have finally caught up with them. On Twitter and Facebook, they are busy writing to that one Camir Nkurunziza was killed by “DMI Rwanda”. In their usual fashion, they sweeten their lies with James Bond-like tales of highly sophisticated operations. Here are cold facts. Camir Nkurunziza was killed in a hijacking incident in South Africa.

Without a single shred of evidence, not even a local media source or rumor, they immediately call it an assassination and point to Rwanda. So far, local media sources are leaning towards Camir Nkurunziza being the hijacker in the story. Time will tell.

According to the South African police, this is what happened.

“Circumstances surrounding the incident that occurred this afternoon at 5pm on the corner of Hugo and Milton roads, Goodwood, are under investigation,” said Western Cape police spokesperson Sergeant Noloyiso Rwexana. “According to information, a vehicle that was allegedly hijacked, a Toyota Etios, was spotted by the police and the driver fled. A high-speed chase ensued and the vehicle collided with three vehicles. Two men in their thirties were shot and fatally wounded,” she said.
