Whenever David Himbara speaks or writes about The NewTimes, he does so in bad faith as he usually does on everything related to Rwanda. The RNC propagandist, who sometimes presents himself as an economist (or a development expert or even a democracy activist) while acting as a journalist, surely cannot match a seasoned media outlet like The NewTimes.

Himbara’s contention this time is about World Bank statistics and the debt to GDP ratio. Whereas The NewTimes is a real news source that actually carries out interviews, getting first-hand information, Himbara relies on google searches. To emphasize his distortions, David Himbara is a fan of statistics forgetting that we all know the say:
“There are three kinds of lies: lies, damned lies, and statistics.” By British Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli.

Instead of hiding behind a screen, playing with numbers beyond his comprehension, he should write to editorial@newtimes.co.rw and ask for clarification, I would give David Himbara The Newtimes phone number, but I doubt he ever leaves his screen.

CommamdPost, Eyalama, RPF Gakwerere and now, Softpower, all CMI (Chieftaincy for Military Intelligence) sponsored blogs writing about the exact same story on Rwanda and Congo. CMI sponsored RNC, FLN, FDLR, and others to pitch camp in DRC Congo as a base to attack Rwanda. A UN group of expert published a damning report detailing the terror network (link below), and the Congolese Army (FARDC) decided to rid itself of these negative forces. In a panic, CMI has ordered all its trolls to try and implicate Rwanda in the mess they created.

It is almost amusing to see these Uganda based outlets write so many articles about Rwanda and Congo when neither Rwanda nor Congo is doing so. The more they write about it the more readers will be curious about the reason for such much attention on affairs that theoretically doesn’t concern them. In reality, however, Uganda is implicated up to its neck in sponsoring and coordinating terror groups in Congo. A video of captured TerroristKayumba rebels being paraded by FARDC troops has gone viral. The public confession of Callixte Nsabimana, the FLN leader, directly implicated CMI.

As Ugandan Intelligence loses its war against FARDC, we can expect more sponsored wild stories in an effort to divert our attention from the dramatic end of their use of Congo as their backyard to orchestrate chaos in the region for their selfish interests.

Neocolonialism is real and operational through slave catchers such as the RNC propagandist David Himbara. In a France 24 interview, President Kagame accurately called out the arrogant neocolonial minded narrative that Europe is the holder of truth, the judge, and jury on human rights. Himbara responded with an article condemning the President clearly in defense of the neocolonial approach of denigrating Africans to account to Europeans on human rights.

The RNC propagandist defense of the neocolonialist is probably speculation for some human right funds. He would then give the funds to his RNC terrorist to throw more grenades or use the funds to defend the grenade throwers once they are caught.

These 21st-century slave catchers come with self-proclaimed titles and self-published works almost always include ‘Experts’ in their credentials, code slave catcher for hire. So far, David Himbara is a self-proclaimed expert on all issues ‘Rwanda’ with three self-published works to his credit as a slave catcher.

The RNC Propagandist, David Himbara, shows his true colors. Writing about the ongoing crackdown and mass arbitrary arrests in Uganda of Rwandans, he exposes his apathy to Rwandan suffering for the benefit of his sponsor Museveni.

He mocks victims and questions their pain when he deliberately targets President Kagame who is advocating for them for mentioning their plight. It is no longer a state secret that persecution is happening in Uganda, survivors are in their hundreds.

It is no longer a secret that the Ugandan Intelligence works with CMI to hunt and harm innocent Rwandans in Uganda. Again there are witnesses and survivors that can testify to it.

Himbara’s mockery of the serious, grave crimes committed on Rwandans illustrate who he works for in the crisis; he works for and defends the butchers and torturer of Rwandans in Uganda, CMI and Museveni.

The RNC Nazi inspired propagandist, David Himbara, is reaching record setting anger and frustration levels. President Kagame’s arrival in Belgium to address the European Development Days (EDD) is pushing the RNC propagandist overboard. Belgium is a major spot in his propaganda circle, a crucial stage that RNC has been using to launch smear and slander targeting Europe.

The entire reason for Himbara to wake up in the morning, for almost 10 years now, is to tarnish Rwanda’s image with a particular focus on Rwandan Leaders and Rwanda’s successes. Any awards or recognitions of Rwanda’s giant leap from the 1994 Tutsi Genocide to the current recovery, is a knife stab in Himabra and RCN’s back. David Himbara is used to helplessly seat behind a screen as Rwanda is honored against all his propaganda smear yet this time, in Belgium, it is going to be very painful for him.

He reacts with frantic attacks on all of Rwanda’s symbols, the airline, the convention center, even the ‘general beautification’ of Kigali is attacked. He so hell bent to tarnish that he tarnishes beauty and trust the propagandist to throw in fake statistics! My favorite part of his rant has to be when he claims Rwanda is the poorest East African country, a community of 6 countries, and then lists 2 of the 6 countries that should be exempt from his ranking. Ridiculous.

The RNC propagandist’s week is not beginning well, to be fair to him, his entire 10 years long campaign has been a massive failure so this week should not be different.

The RNC Chief propagandist, David Himbara, has always aimed to harm the economy of Rwanda. He now writes an entire article on the budget with full of cheap lies.

Himbara claims that the government of Rwanda will only finance 53% of its budget. He argues that since tax revenue represent 53%, then that the level of national contribution to the economy.

Any economist will laugh at this claim, a complete lie! Taxes are not the only sources of revenue to a government, Himbara knows this but chose to mislead his readers. Governments get revenue from investments in bonds, properties, trade, etc.

Himbara also claims that the government will seek loans and grants, internal and external. If Himbara had any objectivity, he would let us know why Rwanda, just like 99% of countries in the world, should not take loans and grants.

Apart from his sponsors’ –Museveni and Rujugiro– directive to smear and slander Rwanda, Himbara has a particular spite with the economy of Rwanda. In his megalomaniac belief, he was certain that his self imposed exile would have a negative impact on the economy. He is now realising that the economy was not affected, in fact, it benefited from his departure.

An insight of the membership of RNC reveals that it is a very corrupt group. Take their main sponsors, Museveni and Rujugiro, both fans of nepotism and extreme corruption. It is precisely because Rwanda refuses to bow to their opaque practises that they fight Rwanda.

Rwanda is much better ever since Himbara and his RNC cartel left it, with results that cannot be tarnished by disgruntled monopolist propaganda.

David Himbara the RNC propagandist that calls himself an educator, while spending all his time writing smear and slander, is now plagiarizing others after recycling himself. As he ran out of steam recycling even 3 years old articles, initially, it was amusing to most readers. Quickly, it became apparent that his nonstop repetition of his RNC narrative, his nonstop recycling was one of Goebbels tricks, the Nazi propagandist tactic. We called him out and denounced his Nazi tricks.

Suddenly, to divert from the unmasking of his Nazi tactics, Himbara turned around this morning and began calling other people Goebbels. Himbara should really be the one called Goebbels; both designed and executed propaganda based on lies, smear and slander. Ironically, his open letter depicts worrying lack of knowledge and intellectual limits of the RNC propagandist.

He wrongly attributes “if you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.” to Goebbels (see picture below). By copy pasting blindly from my previous article, Himbara falls flat on his face in his claim that he is an educator and propagates a wrongful attribute.

The RNC propagandist must be under duress to resort to yet another desperate measure, plagiarism.

David Himbara is on track to earn a new title, King of Rubbish Recycling. Asides from boring his readers to death with fictitious news stories and ‘analysis’ on Rwanda, David Himbara has now embarked on a massive ‘repeat the story’ mode.

To the untrained eye in communication, Himbara is just boring. Himbara, the propagandist is using the infamous Nazi ‘Big lie’ technique, straight from Hitler and Goebbels playbook.

The Big lie technique is based on two principles: one the bigger the lie the more likely it will be believable and secondly, repeat the lie over and over again. Eventually it will be believed. That is the Nazi technique. Himbara’s recycling is therefore a deliberate Nazi styled propaganda tactic targeting to tarnish an entire nation.

The cause for the RNC propagandist’s desperation to the point of using tricks from the Nazi playbook is the constant stream of failures and their serious disconnect to reality. Sponsored by Museveni and Rujugiro, RNC has failed over and over again to make a dent in Rwanda for the past 10 years or so. Falling lower and lower, we can expect more dirty tricks from their Chief Propagandist, David Himbara.

David Himbara, the RNC ran out steam as earlier established, recycling old trash and going back up to three years old articles in an effort to remain relevant. In his attempt to restart his hateful smear and slander, Himbara is now recycling old videos.

As a sponsored attack troll paid by Museveni and Rujugiro to tarnish and smear Rwanda at all cost, Himbara has simply run out of negative slander. He is probably under pressure to restart, to reboot but so far he has only used old videos. His sponsors do not understand that Himbara is simply running out of words.

To combat his fake news and his latest recycling stunt, below are two old clips showing President Kagame interacting with Citizens. We could share recent clips, but Himbara would probably not appreciate it since he is in a recycling mode.

A Ugandan blog, Matooke Republic literally meaning banana republic, secretly rejoicing that the Rwanda Uganda Border is now open on a 14 days trial but opts to hide their joy to save some pride. They quote the Ugandan Government Spokesperson Ofwono Opondo, who is also shamed by recent events, saying Rwanda opened the border because it needs Uganda more than Uganda needs Rwanda.

Matooke Republic and the Ofwono Opondo are childishly proclaiming the border construction did not affect them when the Bank of Uganda publicly stated that they were losing an estimated US $12 Million per month. What Ofwono Opondo and his sponsored trolls fail to realize is that two out of three borders were never closed for repair. Their losses were due to a much more serious issue, Rwanda’s travel warning to its citizens as a result of the ongoing persecution of Rwandan living in Uganda.

The Gatuna border closure narrative is a sponsored spin by Ugandan Military Intelligence (CMI) whose actions are hurting the Uganda economy. CMI unleashed a well-documented witch-hunt of Rwandans in Uganda, in a wave of arbitrary arrests, torture and illegal deportation of hundreds of Rwandans. The Government of Rwanda responded with a warning to its citizens. Naturally, Rwandan traders sort out other safer sources of imports and exports causing harm to the Ugandan Economy.

Instead of secretly rejoicing and shamefully hiding their relief over one border reopening when two others were never closed, they should address their military intelligence hostile policies that are starving them of a much-needed market.
