Kayumba Nyamwasa via his Facebook page is cause hunting to lure more gullible minds to his slaughter house. Quoting a genocide denial lawyer, after his catastrophic defeat in East Congo, he is now using Diane Rwigara as bate.

Kayumba is reputed to be heartless and constantly looking for a tragedy to milk, death being his preferred one. You can expect Kayumba to milk any cause of death for political gains. With his newly found genocidal allies, he secured an article by a certain Kambanda lawyer to incite more to join his terrorist enterprise.

Nyamwasa’s stunt is probably a desperate way to replace his massive losses in Congo. Should both Kayumba and Kambanda chose to continue their dark entertainment of tragedies, they should publish something on their recent loses in East Congo. They should be honest about the faith that awaits their future recruits.

Writing about Diane Rwigara and stating that the ‘solution cannot be democratic or constitutional’ is pathetic. For an alliance that has just been the subject of a regional summit determined to root them out, they call to arms is nothing more than a desperate last act.

The RNC online propaganda machinery is in full swing after the Angola Summit on DR Congo. After RPF Gakwerere (Kayumba Nyamwasa’s account) tried to scare his sponsors Museveni from attending claiming that his security was not guaranteed, RNC’s propaganda chief David Himbara writes that President Kagame was not following the preceding properly.

Himbara, basing his entire argument on a single picture frame, says President Kagame was not wearing his headset as the Angolan President spoke in Portuguese. He makes the claim from Canada after seeing just one picture without any idea of what was actually going on.

Actually, Himbara and his RNC should be more concerned about what was happening when the picture was taken. The summit was reading a joint communiqué stating that the region will once again administer a proper beating to their terrorists enterprise. And if Museveni is true to his words, although highly unlikely, Uganda will no longer be a free operational hub for RNC and their P5 allies.

Instead of wasting time and energy on useless interpretations of one picture, Himbara and Kayumba should look at the bigger picture. This time, instead of warning their relatives to ditch the front as heat is coming, they should be warn all their followers and capitulate. RNC and P5 has lost, cut your losses and run!

Terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa’s publicist David Himbara woke up to yet another illogical thought blaming President Kagme for having criticised his government officials.

Everyone with a sober mind understands that Rwanda is a developing country that hasn’t reached where it aspires to be. It is President Kagame’s responsibility to challenge his team to deliver. As a leader he feels the country is not yet there, reason why the team must strive even harder to achieve the set development goals.

Despite the efforts invested in the country transformation journey, the President believes there are still room for improvement to achieve even more.

Statistics show a tremendous economic growth but still Rwanda is not yet there; it’s in this context that the head of state criticised the government officials to up their game.

Rwandan dissident David Himbara who serves as Kayumba Nyamwasa’s terror group RNC publicist panics as Rwanda and China relations are deepened day by day as opposed to his bad wishes.

Himbara alleges President Kagame of buying military equipment from China; as usual he speaks out of ignorance and fictitious imaginations; one wonders what would be Himbara’s concern on where Rwanda buys its military logistics.

After a serious blow suffered by Kayumba Nyamwasa’s RNC ragtag army wing in Minembwe Himbara together with Kayumba and their allies have been roaming across the world spreading rumours that Rwandan army is killing Congolese Banyamalenge.

This is in line with their poor strategy of diverting people’s attentions at a critical moment when Rwandan families are on their necks to account for the lives of innocent young Rwandans killed by DRCongo’s army in Minembwe.

New developments are coming after President Tshisekedi’s directive to root out rebel groups operating within DRCongo forests in a move meant to pacify the great lakes region.

Himbara and co are facing an existential crisis.

David Himbara, the RNC Propagandist, sponsored by Museveni and Rujugiro, is back with his usual lies. In his usual fashion, he is assuming that his readers are too

stupid to catch his propagandist smear and slander.

Himbara and his RNC set up a major operation in Uganda with the support of Ugandan Intelligence (CMI). They hunt down innocent Rwandans and force them to join RNC. Those who refuse are, lock them up, torture, subjected to forced labor and then illegally deported. The government of Rwanda responded with a travel advisory to its citizens warning them against the dangers of going to Uganda. Is the Propagandist proposing trading containers while they lock up hundreds of Rwandans in Uganda?

Uganda, especially Kampala, has also been a hub for subversive activities against Rwanda. FDLRs, MRCD/FLNs, RNCs members have been meeting there to plan hostile acts against Rwanda. They are offered undeniable support; passports, arms, money, logistics, etc..

Now Himbara, the RNC Propagandist, wants to blame Rwanda for the current stalemate. He even goes to the extent of deforming geography, claiming that Rwanda has no route to Kenya ignoring that one can get to Kenya via Tanzania!

The irrefutable fact is that RNC’s terrorist activities in Uganda have harmed relations with Rwanda, Congo and the entire Great Lakes.

David Himbara, a neocolonial slave catcher, paid by forces that are hell bent to subjugate Rwanda is very unhappy about the 25th celebration of liberation day.

He argues that Liberation Day was a sad affair because of there was ‘only forAfrican heads of state’ and a Chinese Military delegation, a big lie even for his lack of standards.

Fundamentally, Himbara also fails to understand what Liberation Day is about. The United States of America happens to celebrate Independence Day on the 4th of July, yet Himbara does not use foreign attendees as a measure of success or happiness to judge the America Independence day.

The RNC Propagandist, sponsored by Rujugiro and Museveni, whose colonial mentality is automatically set to seek external validation, cannot help it. He measures Liberation Day from external lenses.

Liberation Day is about Rwanda and Rwandans celebrating the end of enslavement, of the genocide against tutsis. It’s a Rwandan party to which some friends are invited not a party thrown for friends.

The Slave catcher Himbara is simply to foreign to grasp the concept.

David Himbara is a pathological liar! A few hours after writing that the Secretary General of ANC was the only foreign guest at the #Kwibohora25 –25th Commemoration of Liberation Day– He quickly tries to backtrack as he notes the presence of the following Heads of States:

Even Burundi, with its difficult relations with Rwanda, sent its Ambassador for the event!

The RNC Liar in Chief from his hiding place in Canada should do more research. Claiming that Rwanda is isolated in EAC are silly and crazy.

Lacking in ideology, RNC is built on a personality cult platform, the concept of delegation of Power is foreign to the Kayumba-Rujugiro worshiping buffoons. To the rest of the world, anyone who sends a strong delegation to represent him is present!

David Himbara who writes lies on demand for RNC, with the sponsorship of Museveni and Rujugiro, is writing lies about the 25th Liberation day ceremony of Rwanda. Targeting the Secretary General of ANC of South Africa , Himbara wants us to believe that the South African personality is the only foreign guest attending Liberation Day.

Himbara, the attack mouthpiece for hire, goes further and insinuates bad motive for the friendship ANC is extending to Rwanda on such an important event. As usual, Himbara is doing nothing but smear and slander as part of his RNC propaganda program.

The President of Botswana, Sierra Leon, Namibia, Togo, Zimbabwe, and many more are also in attendance in the event. This time, David Himbara’s lie is way too easy to debunk, a simple search online is more than enough to expose his fake news.

In reality, Himbara is worried that the change of guard in South Africa might bring to RNC the same problems that a change of guard in DR Congo brought. He is worried that RNC will be seen for what it really is, a terrorist organization that should not be welcomed anywhere. DRC Congo’s new leadership unleashed its army on RNC bases in East Congo, which gave a proper beating to RNC terrorists.

The ANC is very sensitive to Liberation struggles, their attendance comes to no surprise to many. Himbara’s attack is not surprise either, his proximity to apartheid white nationalist lawyers in South Africa makes this visit a nightmare for him. Africans joining hands is the last thing a slave catcher wants to see, David Himbara should brace himself for more nightmares after their catastrophic failure in East Congo.

According to RNC sources in distress, “we were wiped out, Kayumba and Museveni are liars”. I was recently intrigued at the non-stop bickering of Ugandan Intelligence sponsored blogs on a supposedly ongoing war in eastern Congo, they labeled it the Minembwewe War. Minembwe is a Banyamulenge (Congo tribe assimulated to Tutsis) dominated area in East DRC – and claim Rwanda, Congo, and Burundian rebels are fighting without clearly saying who they are fighting against.

So far, in their confusion, Uganda and RNC claim Rwandan Army (RDF) in involved, Banyamuleges are targeted and Burundians are victims. Yet we are seeing videos and pictures of RNC operatives paraded by the Congolese army.

The intrigue begins with a fact, Uganda and RNC seem to be the main noise maker on a factious Rwandan Army activity in Congo. The duos are more active in writing about a military operation in Congo than Congolese media, civil society, and the government combined. Eventually, even their audience will have to ask why are these blogs so obsessed about the situation in Congo.

It is now an established fact that RNC and CMI are working together. In fact, CMI and RNC are so entangled together that it is becoming harder and harder to distinguish the two. Both CMI and RNC went to the extent of forging alliances with Mai Mai, FDLR, FLN, and other groups operating in East Congo. When they report via their blogs on a Minembwe war without saying who is fighting, they are asking for help from as one fighting side taking a serious beating.

Their involvement, and most importantly their loses, explains why they are the only one calling attention to the situation. They do not want to die a silent anonymous death at the Congolese army’s hand, they are trying to drag down Rwanda with them. What they do not understand is that for Rwanda and the rest of the world, it is almost always amusing to watch a criminal caught red-handed! What were they doing in the Congo in the first place?

David Himbara, the RNC propagandist has failed to produce anything of substance. Failing analyses statistics, economics or development, David Himbara has reduced himself to primary school counting. He is extremely busy counting President Kagame’s foreign trips and apparently, Himbara is not able to count to 36!

When counting, the RNC propagandist entangles himself counting the same trip two or three times! Himbara’s counting obsession is certainly linked with his end of the month issues. Paid by Rujugiro and Museveni to constantly smear and tarnish Rwanda, David Himbara has a quota to meet. We can expect more counting and silly articles as he prepares his June 2019 invoice. If only his sponsors were young enough to visit his blog! They would notice Himbara is still up to his old tricks, stealing and conning for a living.
