The RNC weed smoking propagandist, David Himbara, is truly shameless. He is so hell bent to exploit a natural death by calling it an assassination that instead of providing evidence for his claims, he is writing poetry!

The death of Joy Agaba, the sister to Rwanda liberation hero Gen. Fred Rwigyema, has pushed Himbara to copy paste poems. Had he loved her so much, he would not be involved with a terrorist group that throws grenade at innocent civilians. He probably even forgot she existed, never bothered to check on her when she was ill.

He tries to exploit her death to harm Rwanda, on behalf of Corrupt Museveni and Tribert Rujugiro, another crook that sponsors a smear campaign against Rwanda.

Instead of quoting poetry, he should explain his sudden concern for the late Joy Agaba. He should also remember that Agaba is resting in the country she loved so much, the very same country he plots to destabilize with Corrupt Museveni. Hence the reason why she was in Rwanda while he finds himself in a cold and foreign land serving a terror organ after fleeing away from accountability.

Titus Seruga, the CMI sponsored Facebook noise maker tasked with tarnishing Rwanda, reacts to Jackie Umuhoza’s arrest, but wants her to stay anonymous. He vents on his Facebook page that “how do you become so heartless to arrest a family member simply because their relative has a different view of how things should be done”. He deliberately avoids mentioning her name and her real identity, as instructed by his CMI employer.

As indicated by Rwanda’s Bureau of Investigation, Umuhoza is accused of espionage and treason, the question of who she might be spying for becomes obvious. Seruga’s barrage of insults and lies on Rwanda hide his anger that a fellow CMI agent has been unmasked, exposing his fellow RNC/CMI disguised agents.

Umuhoza is very well known in CMI and RNC circles, she is a daughter of Nyirigira Deo, who has been actively involved in the RNC terror outfit recruitment and mobilization activities in Uganda. Nyirigira who is a close friend and ally to Terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa, turned his Western Uganda based AGAPE Church into the RNC recruitment base.

Furthermore Umuhoza’s father Nyirigira was recently appointed by Terrorist Nyamwasa to be the coordinator of the RNC Province of Ugandan Executive Committee. His elevation did not surprise many, considering Nyirigira’s role in RNC operations that have left thousands of Innocent Rwandans languishing in CMI & ISO toture chambers and other prisons.

Under Kandiho orders, CMI tool Seruga dodged mentioning that Umuhoza’s brother Felix Mwizerwa is another actove member of her father’s terror group; Mwizerwa now commands Terrorist Nyamwasa’s militias in Minembwe, in the Eastern DR Congo.

It’s worth recalling that RNC Uganda uses Nyirigira’s church as a recruitment center for RNC. Additionally, this “pastor” has been implicated by Rwandans whom he attempted to recruit for RNC, only to refuse.

Serubwa’s fusillade of trash talk and falsehoods on Rwanda and her leadership is his only way of diverting attention away from the unveiling of RNC/CMI dealings and the who is who behind it.

Jackie Umuhoza is the daughter of Deo Nyirigira, a renowned Rwanda National Congress (RNC) member. Deo Nyirigira runs AGAPE Church, which is based in Mbarara and serves as a recruitment center for the RNC terrorist group led by the fugitive Kayumba Nyamwasa. Nyirigira uses his pulpit as a disguise for his real mission in Uganda: recruiting for RNC instead of recruiting for God.

As revealed by Emmanuel Cyemayire, a Rwandan national who was abducted and tortured by Uganda’s Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI), Umuhoza’s Father, Nyirigira, has been working along with CMI in the persecution of Innocent Rwandans in Uganda. Cyemayire is not the only source of the Nyirigiras conspiracy against Rwandans.

According to sources from Kampala, the jeopardy most Rwandans face in Uganda is initiated by RNC operatives who operate under orders of CMI and Umuhoza’s father Nyirigira. These work hand in hand with CMI officers – Col. CK Asiimwe of the Joint Anti-Terrorism Task Force (JATT) and Major Mushambo, the division Intelligence Officer for Mbarara, among others – whom they feed with cues on who to arrest.

Umuhoza’s brother Felix Mwizerwa has also been involved with RNC activities in Uganda. In 2017, Mwizerwa and CMI coordinated the transfer of 46 RNC recruits to Minembwe, DRC Congo, where they have a military base. Mwizerwa was on the same bus with RNC recruits who were intercepted by Ugandan Police at Kikagati border. Mwizerwa and his recruits were later released by CMI and sent back to Minembwe to fight for Kayumba Nyamwasa; Its public knowledge that Umuhoza’s brother Mwizerwa was among commanding officers in Nyamwasa’s militia in Minembwe. Much like the Osama Ben Laden family, terrorism is a family business in the Nyirigira family.

Umuhoza and her family have a close connection to the Ugandan first family whose country supports openly Rwandan terrors groups aiming to destabilize Rwanda. Her account on twitter is actually one of the few accounts followed by the first son, Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba. Umuhoza is also known for her admiring posts about the Ugandan ruler and his son.

She runs subtle propaganda online one her personal accounts that might be used to communicate intelligence. In August she tweeted “ Of course Gen Muhoozi will be our next president, Bobi Wine should step down because he can never be a president, he should go back to his music because that’s where he fits.” And in October on Uganda’s independence, replying to Muhoozi’s infamous post “whoever dares will be crush to dust”, Umuhoza replied that Uganda is a home where everyone feels at peace and free and that God should bless her country (Uganda). Her claim “everyone is at peace and free in Uganda” while the regime tortures and holds them incommunicado hundreds of innocent Rwandans is more than petty admiration, it is treasonous.

The weed smoking Rwanda National Congress propagandist, David Himbara, is always under the illusion that his terrorist affiliations are unknown. It is the only possible explanation for the audacity in his “demanding” explanation on Rwandan matters.

Himbara is paid by the Corrupt Museveni regime and Tribert Rujugiro, an international conman with a grudge to smear Rwanda and its leaders. Himbara usually writes all sorts of propaganda fiction to satisfy his sponsors. His drug use does trick him to believe that no one else knows the obvious fact that he is a sponsored mouthpiece. Where else would Himbara raise $400,000 USD in 2015 just to secure a hearing in the US Congress?

Himbara is so obvious in his campaign, just in 2019, he published almost 500 titles beginning with “Kagame”. While you would be forgiven for thinking that it is a mere obsession, in reality, Himbara follows strict instructions for the sponsoring Ugandan regime. The corrupt regime also inspires him with materials for his smoke filled head; when Museveni kills or steals Himbara gets inspired for his next attack.

The RNC propagandist cannot pretend to care for Rwanda and be part of a terror enterprise to destabilize it at the same time; why would Fugitive Himbara care about construction of roads for Rwandans while his terror organ RNC launched grenade attacks killing and injuring the same people? Furthermore, he is so disconnected to reality that he doesn’t even know the current exchange rate. 71 Million dollars is 66 Billion Rwandan Francs, not the 76 Billion he claims. But since Himbara is always cooking numbers and stories, the propagandist will write anything regardless of reality as long as his paymasters instruct him to do so.

Gideon Rukundo Rugari, the recently appointed Commissioner for communication and media in the Rwanda National Congress (RNC) “Uganda province executive committee”, is trying to prove his worth with a vicious smear. In Corrupt Museveni’s regime, good graces and favor are obtained by smearing and slandering to Rwanda as part of the Ugandan ruler Museveni’s long time anti-Rwanda agenda. Conflicted Rugari does this as he expects to become the Ndorwa Member of Parliament on his paymaster’s ruling party NRM ticket come 2021.

Conflicted self-appointed surgeon Rugari does not campaign to his constituent in Ndorwa West, he understood how the game is played in the Kampala regime, he campaigns to its leader by entering in a strange competition of who can abuse Rwanda and its leader harder in order to secure Corrupt Museveni’s attention. You will therefore not see a single post about his constituency, his province or even about national politics. He reserves all his imagination and writing skills to fabricate slander against Rwanda.

His latest one is not even worth commenting about, the 45-year-old “RNC Uganda Province” propaganda officer writes about events that happened 29 years ago when he was 16 years old. This is ample evidence that he being fed on lies by his handlers in CMI and ISO. He pretends to have been at the front with RPF in the liberation struggle when in reality he was in Kigezi High School. A close friend to the doctor claims that Rugari’s family was filled with domestic violence and abuse, it probably motivated him to stay as long as possible in the education system.

He grew up to be an undisciplined violent polygamist too, his lack of discipline and insubordination even had him fired from Mulango Hospital by Diana Kanzira Atwine, the Permanent Secretary of the Uganda Ministry of Health. To sustain his family, he relies on petty cash offered by Gen. Elly Tumwine (Minster of Security) and DIGP Sabiiti Muzeyi (Uganda’s police deputy Inspector General), who use him to fuel hate, divisionism among Rwandans to divert Ugandans from their shortcomings.

The disgraced and conflicted Gideon Rukundo Rugari transformed from a doctor, earning a living from saving lives to his new speciality of dancing on people’s graves! The disgraced doctor is in effect a scavenger on the lookout for a grave or a corpse to dance on. The clown should research the ICTR case against Hassan Ngeze, he will find out that his RNC deployment of spewing hate propaganda online is actually an international crime. Hate speech is a crime.

Dear disgraced, indiscipline, and conflicted NRM Parliamentary candidate for Ndorwa West, Gideon Rukundo Rugari,

Having seen your recent piece of trash addressed to the Rwandan head of state, I am taking the liberty to respond as a concerned reader. First and foremost, I found out how you double as an aspiring MP candidate for the Ugandan ruling party and a senior member of Rwanda National Congress, a renowned terror group led by Terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa. On November 13th, You were elected as the terror outfit Commissioner for Media and Communication (Propaganda) in the “ RNC Uganda Province Executive Committee.”

Let me take your readers back on how you left Mulago hospital before being hired by CMI to lead smearing campaigns against Rwanda; Conflicted Rugari, you were fired by Diana Kanzira Atwine, the Permanent Secretary of the Uganda Ministry of Health due gross indiscipline and insubordination.

You are hired by Corrupt Museveni (#Exhibit 1510) whose goal is to destabilize Rwanda; everything that comes out of Rugari’s mouth regarding Rwanda is a fabrication, smear, and wild propaganda

I was not surprised, like many others, that Ugandan NRM aspiring candidate like yourself made his way to the RNC leadership, it is common knowledge that RNC is the brainchild of Corrupt Museveni. All anti-Rwanda militia groups, Kayumba Nyamwasa’s RNC, FDLR, FDLR-RUD-Urunana, and MRCD-FLN, are Corrupt Museveni’s creation.

In Corrupt Museveni’s anti-Rwanda agenda, he has always used Rwanda militia groups and people like you (a disgraced and ill-mannered health practitioner) to undermine, threaten, with an intention to topple the Rwandan government. He uses people like you as he has failed to do it himself. You will do no better!

There is overwhelming evidence that Corrupt Museveni works with Rwandan rebel groups to destabilize Rwanda. For instance, Callixte Nsabimana, the leader of the MRCD-FLN militia, claimed responsibility for the attacks on Rwandan soil in the districts of Rusizi, Nyamagabe and Nyaruguru. These districts are in the west and south provinces, however, Nsabimana confessed that he worked closely with Uganda’s Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence head, Brig Abel Kandiho who was acting on behalf of the Ugandan ruler, Corrupt Museveni; Kandiho reiterated Uganda’s support in the rebel’s quest to destabilize Rwanda.

Your argument that you cannot possibly be supporting attack in the west falls to water especially as the entire world knows that Corrupt Museveni sponsored chaos and destruction in eastern Congo as a route to launch attacks on Rwanda. This is a fact revealed by several UN reports including the most recent Group of Expert (UNGoE) report of June 2019. Corrupt Museveni represented by his State Minister in charge of regional affairs Philemon Mateke, Rwandan rebel group FDLR, an offshoot of the genocide regime force was invited in Kampala for a coordination meeting. The meeting was held on 14 – 15th December 2018 at Serena Hotel, Kampala; it brought together Uganda’s Minister Mateke, FDLR spokesperson Ignace Abega (LaForge Fils Bazeye) and its intelligence chief Lt Col Jean Pierre Nsekanabo (Camara) and RNC’s Frank Ntwali who represented Kayumba Nyamwasa.

After the Kampala meeting the top FDLR officials were arrested at Bunagana border by DRC security officials who later extradited them to Rwanda. The top officials for the Genocidal force, now in Rwandan custody have confirmed Corrupt Museveni’s support in destabilizing Rwanda. This takes me back to 2005 when Museveni offered a Uganda passport to the FDLR founder, Ignace Murwanashyaka, and facilitated him to flee to Germany where he died serving his jail sentence for crimes against humanity. While we are on the subject of passport, dear conflicted and disgraced Rugari, you will surely remember that a few month ago Charlotte Mukankusi, your colleague in RNC, was awarded a Ugandan Diplomatic passport to facilitate the RNC diplomacy.

Just in case you don’t remember who Charlotte Mukankusi is, it is the lady charged with RNC Diplomacy and Mobilisation, that Corrupt Museveni claimed to have accidentally had a meeting with at State House,  Uganda. 

In your baseless claims that Rwanda invaded DR Congo, you should be reminded that  what Rwanda did minimized threats to the entire regional security. To the contrary when Uganda invaded Congo, in incurred a cost of 10 Billion dollars for all the looting Corrupt Museveni and his brother Gen. Salim Saleh conducted on Congolese territory. 

Rwanda does not assassinate its leaders, it fights her enemies wherever they are and it will continue to do so. The fake list of assassinated officials is a pure fabrication. But as we are raised to dignify our departed, I will not be writing to you who died of what, only an indiscipline disgraced doctor like you can play such games.

You alleged that RNC’s Col Patrick Karegeya was killed by the Rwandan government, but you never provided evidences which makes your accusation baseless; you as well forget the fact that Karegeya was a terrorist wanted for crimes against humanity. He orchestrated grenade attacks in Kigali that claimed 17 innocent lives and injured over 400 others but since the regime you serve is in bed with RNC, you hide this from your readers and think they will never know this.

Dear Rugari, as for Corrupt Museveni, I cannot exhaust his kill list, below is a list of some of the assassinations attributed to him.

1.            Brig. Perino Okoya, commander of Second Infantry Brigade,1970. Personally shot dead by GSU intelligence officer Yoweri Museveni.

2.            Nicholas Stroh, American journalist, 1971. Murdered by Lt.Silver Tibahika on orders of Museveni, for investigating FRONASA’s murder of Acholi and Langi army officers.

3.            Robert Siedle, Makerere University lecturer, 1971. Murdered by Lt. Silver Tibahika on orders of Museveni, for investigating FRONASA’smurder of Acholi and Langi army officers.

4.            James Bwogi, director of Uganda Television, 1971. Murdered by FRONASA agents to tarnish the image of President Idi Amin.

5.            Michael Kabali Kaggwa, president of Uganda Industrial Court, 1971. Murdered by FRONASA agents and burnt in his car, to turn Bagandaagainst Amin.

6.            Father Clement Kiggundu, Roman Catholic priest and former editor of Muuno newspaper, 1971. Dragged from altar during Mass to turnBaganda and Catholics against Amin.

7.            Raiti Omongin, first leader of FRONASA, 1972. Personallyshot in the mouth by Museveni during a morning parade in Tabora, after Museveni’s claim to FRONASA leadership was challenged.

8.            Ali Picho Owiny, former GSU intelligence officer and colleague of Museveni, 1972. Murdered during the attack on Mbarara by Museveni because of his habit of humiliating Museveni in the office. The murder was blamed on Amin’s soldiers.

9.            Valerino Rwaheru, comrade in arms of Museveni, 1972. Killed by Museveni to eliminate challenge to his leadership of FRONASA.

10.          William a.k.a “Black” Mwesigwa, comrade in arms of Museveni, 1972. Murdered during the invasion of Mbarara, to be blamed on Amin’s troops. 

 Just to mention a few, the list is endless.

For your information Corrupt Museveni is the most desperate man, he all of a sudden changed from a self-proclaimed freedom fighter of the 1980’s to a Getto Man of 2019.

As you claim to be a Ugandan, you should be more concerned about UPDF, not RDF. You are nowhere in RDF’s records; you have never served in the Rwanda Defence forces, which makes you ignorant about the Rwanda’s military business. RDF is a professional army where people serve and retire to other endeavors, young officers are given opportunity to grow with the institution, moreover, the command structure is not clogged like UPDF’s. This makes RDF an efficient army than UPDF. For Rwanda, it builds institutions not individuals unlike Museveni who still employs 70 years old Generals. E.g. Gen Moses Ali, Elly Tumwine, IGP Ochola Oketch just to mention a few. Corrupt Museveni trusts nobody as himself refused to retire, he cannot ask anyone else to do so.

With such a President, it is laughable to see you commenting on other dynamic younger Presidents. You are calling for a comparison that makes your paymaster ridiculous. The Rwandan leadership is hardworking, energetic and results-oriented. Finally and yet importantly, Rwanda is safe, Rwandans are safe so as their leader.

Sulah Nuwamanya Wakabirigi, the CMI-RNC propagandist wakes up to another lie as he struggles to deliver on his mandate to smear Rwanda. It is getting harder for Nuwamanya to smear Rwanda as his affiliation with Corrupt Museveni’s sponsored terrorists and genocidal forces based in Uganda has been exposed.

In a desperate attempt to depict the government of Rwanda as acting like his sponsoring Uganda regime actively persecuting Rwandans, Nuwamanya alleges that Rwandan government deported Ugandan nationals working with the Chinese company known as China State Engineering co. Once again, he did not provide any evidence, not even one name of those he says were deported. Deportation is a regulated legal procedure in Rwanda, it is not carried out as in the Ugandan regime were foreigners are dumped at a border.

Nuwamanya forgets basic facts; there are thousands of Ugandans and foreigners who live and work in Rwanda legally. They are protected like just like Rwandans but this is not the case for Rwandans in Uganda. The Ugandan Military Intelligence (CMI) routinely abducts, tortures and kills innocent Rwandans. For more than two years, the Rwandan government has been trying to get Uganda to either charge or release hundreds of Rwandans.

Despite the constant provocation from the Ugandan regime, Rwanda is not vindictive; Nuwamanya should ask his wife who he abandoned with four children. Rwanda cares for their school and medical needs despite the constant insult from their immoral father. Trying to depict Rwanda as a state playing such petty tic-for-tac games is either the result of the mediocracy that Nuwamanya surrounds himself with or the results of Nuwamanya legendary dishonesty.

Ugandans and other foreigners without valid stay or working permits are usually advised to go back home and get the required documents. Rwanda is one of the few countries in the world that offers visa on arrival for all for visit and business, but as all countries in the world, work permits still have to be applied for.

The paid mouthpiece Nuwamanya could be reminded about the incident in which of over 100 Ugandan teachers who were found with both no working permits in Nyagatare district. Through Rwanda’s Migration office, Ugandan workers were advised to go back home and process the necessary documents for a work permit. They did and later on, they reported back to their jobs.

Moreover, the fact that Nuwamanya never comments on has been happening in Uganda where CMI & ISO abducts, torture and dumps innocent Rwandans, is an indictment of his bias. The few lucky Rwandan victims of abduction and torture in Uganda are dumped on the borders while others remain in illegally detentions with no access to advocates, family and consular visits.

Readers should be reminded that Ugandans or any other foreigners in police custody in Rwanda have access to their embassy officials, legal services and family visit. Judicial due process is followed as expeditiously as legally possible.

Nuwamanya’s deportation allegations and others ran in Ugandan media outlets are part of the continued Kampala regime strategy to create a false moral equivalence narrative that Rwanda also does deport Ugandans like Uganda does.

David Himbara, the weed smoking RNC propagandist, has ran out of fuel in his desperate attempts to smear Rwanda. Himbara, who masquerades as a humanitarian is now attacking a foundation for donating ambulances. He is unhappy that the First Laday’s Imbunto Foundation has donated ambulances simply because he is hired to opposed to any positive news from Rwanda.

The RNC propagandist hides his utter discontent by playing a fake transparency card. He demands to know where the First Lady’s funds comes from. The hypocrite who refused to declare where he obtained $400,000 USD to pay lobbyists in Washington in 2015 to secure a hearing in the US congress, is now asking others to declare the origin of their funds.

While his dark finance sources are known, some coming from Museveni (aka Exhibit #1510) and others from Tribert Rujugiro (aka #AnkleBeeps), he forgets that unlike him Imbuto Foundation is a reputable humanitarian fund. There is simply no comparison between the hate propaganda fund that pays Himbara to turn brothers against brothers and any foundation fundraising for humanitarian causes.

This time, the RNC Propagandist dishonest trickery lies in his deliberate mix up of the Foundation and the First Lady. As he pours his hate venom, he wants readers to forget that a Foundation raises funds, invests, and even contract loans. A foundation has partnerships, property and an entire management structure. Insinuating that what the Foundation does is similar to what the First Lady does is either dishonest or ignorant. In Himbara’s case, it is his paid duty to tarnish and smear Rwanda.

At face value, Himbara’s attack is simple. Sponsored to advocate for terrorists and genocide convicts, he stands at the opposite side of humanitarian actions such as donating ambulances to Rwanda, his target for destructing whatever Rwanda has achieved through his funded fictitious writings.

Rwanda National Congress (RNC) in Uganda has just blown its cover with a serious breach in their internal communication. The leak exposes how RNC is structured and how it operates with the Ugandan regime’s support to the point of organizing meetings and elections establishing a whole committee making Uganda an RNC Province. Uganda’s Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) online peddlers of the RNC propaganda are now desperately trying to hide the elephant in the room; RNC in Uganda.

Not so long ago, Top RNC officials offered interviews in Uganda state-owned media. Kayumba Nyamwasa, David Himbara, Leah Karegeya, and others were given front pages in the Uganda state-owned The New Vision. It’s a fact that RNC is operational in Uganda; even President Museveni admitted that in a press conference on the 25th of March 2019. Back then, Museveni gave an example of how RNC militias were intercepted in Kikagati. Unfortunately, he released them after a few days and they ended up in RNC military base in Minembwe, Democratic Republic of Congo just to be recaptured by DRC’s Army FARDC and extradited them to Rwanda. They are now facing trial in Kigali.

Museveni and the Ugandan government are aware of RNC in Uganda; the Ugandan ruler has been meeting Rwandan dissidents attacked to Kayumba Nyamwasa’s terror group; for instance in Museveni’s letter to President Kagame, he admitted having met Charlotte Mukankusi, the RNC head of diplomacy at the State House. In the same letter Museveni claimed to have met her accidentally. Details emerged later that Museveni issued a Ugandan Diplomatic passport to Mukankusi to facilitate her movements in Uganda and across the globe.

RNC Uganda operates in broad daylight; denials issued by their CMI funded partners are silly – to use a polite word – as it contradicts what the Ugandan junta leader stated. Ofwono knows very well that RNC agents coordinate its activities in Uganda, the likes Deon Nyirigira (Owner of AGAPE Church in Mbarara), Christopher Busigo Frank Ruhinda Dr sam ruvuma are all RNC regularly assist CMI in arresting and torturing innocent Rwandans that refuse to join their terrorist enterprise. Ofwono Opondo, the Uganda government spokesperson’s claims that RNC in Uganda does not exist is ridiculous and it turns out to be a sort of insubordination. One has to wonder how Museveni will react to Ofwono contradicting him directly.

CMI trolls and the Uganda government spokesperson should contain their dismay that RNC is incapable of keeping anything confidential, it is in part due to the special treatment they are given in Uganda.
