Corrupt Museveni’s choice of lapdog to criticize handshakes and visitors with mockery was based on the known depraved nature of his propagandist. Himbara is famous for his lack of morality; he will do anything for money. The Rwanda National Congress (RNC) propagandist is known for his repetitive marriage and divorce, his abuse of alcohol and drugs, and strangely for his extra-marital affaires with younger men.

Museveni’s Stooge Himbara accuses others what he does best, the confused Smoker is not straight, and those who know him well remember his relationship with young men in his rented residential homes in Nyamirambo. If there is anyone with interest in dating fellow men is the weed-smoking Himbara.

To the Ugandan ruler hit list, Corrupt Museveni added the DR Congo President for visiting Rwanda and for working hard to root out Museveni sponsored militia groups from his country. The spite and anger that Museveni displays toward any positive news from Rwanda cannot be good for his health, already, the 75-year-old ruler of Uganda seems to lose his weight at an alarming rate.

The RNC propagandist is the one in love affair with men; Museveni has been courting his stooge Himbara with huge sums of money to write all sorts of rubbish about Rwanda and its head of state. But eventually, Museveni will dump Himbara when his smearing campaigns on Rwanda continue to flop. Clearly, with all the visitors and investments in Rwanda, the leader of the Ugandan junta will realize that funding an online campaign to tarnish Rwanda has yielded no fruits.

For anyone who still credited weed smoking Himbara with any sense of economic analysis, his latest Google research piece should serve as definitive proof Himbara, the Rwandan National Congress (RNC) propagandist, illustrates how ignorant he is by attempting to weigh the impact of the recently announced $1.3 Billion investment by Qatar in less than 48 hours.

Unbelievably, Himbara who writes smear sponsored by Corrupt Museveni, is under the illusion that in two or three paragraphs he is able to compare and contrast the tourism sector of East Africa. Museveni’s puppet goes on to cook numbers (citing the world bank that previously called out his false usage of their data) to somehow show that Rwanda’s $600 Million revenue should be belittled. He accidentally shoots himself in the foot as such a number is actually impressive given that Rwanda had to reconstruct and reinvent itself after the 1994 Genocide against Tutsis.

The Museveni’s Puppet Himbara’s style of writing is envious and spiteful; it unmasks his sponsor’s reaction to Rwanda’s great achievements. The Corrupt Museveni must have rushed his favorite propagandist (amongst others like Seruga, Rugari, Wakabirigi, etc..) in his “tarnish Rwanda” operation forcing the Himbara to write even below his already low (almost inexistent) standard. A $1.3 Billion foreign direct investment (FDI) in Rwanda shows Museveni that his efforts to tarnish Rwanda are not yielding the expected results.

The ruler of Uganda, Corrupt Museveni, does everything possible to destabilize Rwanda. From harboring terrorists, to supporting armed militias, Museveni not only sponsors anti-Rwanda forces but also actively participates in the vice. In particular, economic sabotage is dear to his heart as Rwanda’s success makes his 34 years old regime look terrible.

Museveni’s Puppet Himbara’s rants always target the economy for that particular reason; FDI’s, tourism, manufacturing and all other development sectors are always attacked by Himbara on social media as Museveni attempts to slow down Rwanda with unfair trade practices. As Museveni’s hopes to slow down Rwanda fail publicly, his puppet Himbara is the only card he is left to play. The weed smoking propagandist is one of the few who will write anything for money and he proves it by pretending to analyse the Rwanda – Qatar joint venture.

As usual, the $1.3 Billion Rwanda – Qatar deal did not go down well with Himbara’s Corrupt sponsor Museveni , one can only wonder how Museveni will digest the first flight from Bugesera Airport.

There can be no doubt that Himbara is bitter. For all the money he takes from Corrupt Museveni to tarnish Rwanda in his online campaign, Qatar still opted to inject $1.3 Billions in Rwanda.

The RNC propagandist David Himbara’s bad week is not getting any better, the weed smoker reacts with insults as he usually does. After the shock that Rwanda and DR Congo have not fallen to his RNC terrorist games of divide and rule, his week gets worse with the announcement that Bugesera Airport just secured funding. Himbara reacts with name-calling as a way to exert revenge.

After calling the DRC Congo President “puppet” just for his refusal to let Fugitive Kayumba Nyamwasa’s RNC militias operate freely in his country, he now pokes at the Rwandan President saying he found a “patron”. This is a typical reaction for those who know Himbara; he hides his bitterness, ignorance and failures.

That 1.3 Billion proves that Himbara and Museveni’s anti-Rwanda campaign has produced nothing. The RNC propagandist’s attack of the airport deal is pure hogwash, and in particular, his fake concern for Mota Engil Engenharia e Construcao Africa on the new deal. He does not speak for Mota Engil, he does not even understand that Mota Engil also benefits from the deal. If success stories from Rwanda destabilize him, he should seek help urgently as more successes are bound to hit him.

David Himbara, the Rwanda National Congress (RNC) weed-smoking propagandist, had to comment on a picture that made his heart skip a beat. Waking up to a picture of President Kagame and President Tshisekedi, Himbara must have been wondering how his RNC plot to establish bases in East Democratic Republic of Congo to destabilize Rwanda would fare. The truth is that although Corrrupt Museveni sponsors the RNC, he will never risk an RNC attack from Uganda, the cost might be too high. Himbara, his ragtag militias, and his sponsors therefore opted to destabilize Congo just to get to Rwanda. Unfortunately for them, Congo and Rwanda figured out their game and it seems game is now over.

Last week, over 1000 FDLR, RNC and FNL fighters were arrested by the DR Congo army FARDC. This was probably the biggest blow to the anti-Rwanda terrorist groups since their merges and their secret alliances forged in Uganda. In December 2018, Corrupt Museveni organized a meeting in Kampala Serena Hotel of RNC and FDLR officials to work on an alliance. The meeting was chaired by the Uganda State Minister for Regional Cooperation, Philemon Matekye, and attended by senior RNC and FDLR officials. The FDLR delegation to the meeting was arrested on their way back to Congo and extradited to Rwanda. The delegation members were FDLR Spokesman Ignace Nkaka aka La Forge Fils Bazeye and its head of intelligence Jean-Pierre Nsekanabo aka Abega. Himbara knows this too well, the Ugandan regime is at the center of anti-Rwanda forces through its Chieftaincy of Military intelligence agency (CMI).

Himbara could not possibly have kind words for a picture that symbolizes the end of RNC manipulation and regional terrorism. He rants that Congo and Rwanda once fought a war but forgets that the same can be said about USA and Japan or France and Germany. The propagandist should therefore not take his readers for fools; Himbara is only one opposed to peace and prosperity between Congo and Rwanda for selfish reasons. Denigrating the Congolese President with names like “puppets” will not solve his militia problem; this year, they have taken so many hits that their movements might not survive to 2020.

The weed-smoking propagandist should hide in shame, for all the years he tried to keep Rwanda and Congo at loggerheads for the benefit of the RNC terrorist movement; he has failed.

The weed smoking Rwanda National Congress (RNC) propagandist, David Himbara, just failed his detox program. After about week sober, he went back to his drugs and began writing nonsense once again. For his grand entrance, he decides to count how many days the President of Rwanda travels in and out of the country to produce smear and defamation for his sponsors Corrupt Museveni and Fraudster Rujugiro.

David Himbara has a short memory, but his love for money forces him to flip flop counting irrelevant things. If only he remembered what he said back in 2009 about Rujugiro, his current sponsor, in a Newtimes interview. Back then he was asked why Rujugiro had been removed from the Presidential Advisory Committee (PAC), his answer was cold; “…he cannot be a member of PAC – given the high ethical standards the President of Rwanda demands…”

Yet today, the terrorist propagandist flipped. He attacks the one he praised for high ethical standards while on the payroll of the person he once called ineligible due to low standards. Himbara is a hired gun, capable of saying anything for money.

Amazingly, he once flew to defend a convicted genocidaire who was appealing his sentence. In May 2019, He flew all the way to Sweden to defend Theodore Rukeratabaro hoping to get him acquitted on appeal. Himbara will not hesitate to defend a genocidal maniac for his interest.

The real number that he should count is the number of days he can actually spend sober and ethical. How long can he stay without taking money from terrorists and genocidaires? It should not be very hard, the number is never a double digit number.

From the Nile Wire, one of the numerous Uganda’s Chieftaincy for Military Intelligence (CMI) sponsored blogs that writes anti-Rwanda propaganda, a story that one Frank Ruhinda and Gideon Rukundo Rugari’s lives are under threat, is written in a cavalier manner without providing evidence. Both Rugari and Ruhinda are members of the Rwandan National Congress (RNC); Ruhinda is the RNC Uganda “Province” executive committee 1st vice coordinator while Rugari is the commissioner for media and communication.

Naturally, the Nile Wire seems to focus on Rugari’s fake threat, he is after all, the only one publicly belonging to both Uganda’s ruling party National Resistance Movement (NRM) and Fugitive Kayumba Nyamwasa’s Rwanda National Congress (RNC). As a NRM aspiring candidate who also doubles as the RNC Uganda “Province” executive committee commissioners for media and communication, he seems to be more important than Ruhinda who prefers to hide in the shadows.

Ruhinda, just like Deon Nyirigira (RNC Uganda Province Coordinator), is a well-known RNC recruiter linked to an evil scheme whereby those who refuse his advances to join RNC end up arrested and tortured by Corrupt Museveni’s CMI. This happened to a number of ADPER church members who refused his proposals to join RNC, they are now secretly detained in illegal detentions with hundreds of innocents Rwandans, undergoing horrendous torture.

In an attempt to sanitize the 1st vice coordinator of the terrorist movement, the wire reports that Ruhinda recently won a court case against the cancellation of his passport. The court case in question was heard in the African Court for Human and People’s Rights, an instrument that Rwanda left as far back as is 2016. For a court to rule on matters in which it has no jurisdiction only confirms what most observers say about it, the court is a political tool. Unbelievably, it attempts to force a foreign sovereign state to issue passports to members of a terror group plotting to destabilise it. As Rwanda is not a member of the court, their verdict is nothing more than a headline.

The article began with a crazier claim that there is a $20,000 USD bounty on Rugari simply because the troll was experiencing issues with social media platforms blocking and suspending his accounts. The claim was that Rugari is somehow hiding and closing his online accounts in fear for his life. Twitter suspended Rugari’s accounts that were used by CMI in its anti -Rwanda propaganda but the troll is still very active on Facebook. The falsehood is fabricated; Rugari would not deactivate his accounts on a fake bounty fiction. At the loss of his Twitter account, the lie is Rugari’s way of salvaging his relevance and some much needed income.

The polygamous doctor is under financial duress. He was recently fired from his job at Mulango Hospital by Diane Twine, the Permanent Secretary in Ministry of Health, for his insubordination and indiscipline. He now earns his living by spamming social media with in a smearing campaign against Rwanda. Blocked by many users and now by social media platforms, he fears that he might not be of any use to CMI and might lose his income.

In reality, Rukundo Rugari is a scavenger that once run to Rwanda for safety in 2003. Back then, he was fleeing from the same CMI that wanted to arrest him for terrorism related crimes. Rukundo Rugari was turned into their agent through the minister of security,Gen Elly Tumwine and the current Deputy Inspector General of Police Sabiiti Muzeyi. His secret adventure in the Rwandan National Congress (RNC) was disclosed in a spectacular fashion with details of his role in the terrorist enterprise. The RNC Uganda Province committee leak hampered their effectiveness and embarrassed their sponsors publicly showing the link between RNC and Corrupt Museveni’s regime.

CMI is faced with a dilemma, their campaigns to tarnish Rwanda is failing. Generating sensational headlines of death threats on their sponsored trolls and agents is an attempt to revamp fear-mongering.

It’s quite hilarious to read Fugitive Kayumba Nyamwasa, the chief regional terrorist posting on his RPF Gakwerere Facebook page accusing Rwanda of supporting terrorists! In his wicked logic, terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa believes the tricks he learnt from South African criminals will save and absolve him of the terrorism label.

See, thieves in South Africa and Kenya, to avoid being lynched by mob justice, when crowds chase after them shouting “thief! thief!”, they also run ahead shouting “thief! thief!” in order to confuse the angry mob and escape the lynching. Many have managed to survive mob justice this way.

Terrorist Kayumba’s recent stunt aims to achieve the same objective to shout “terrorist!” in order to deflect attention from the fact that he leads a terror organisation sponsored by the Ugandan ruler Corrupt Museveni, the high priest of regional terrorism. In so doing, Fugitive Kayumba also aims to sanitise his sponsor by duplicating the accusations leveled against them.

In his juvenile logic, terrorist Kayumba believes that if he used the terrorism accusations leveled against him and his sponsor by the UN Group of Experts, he would create a moral equivalence and thereby make their own criminal responsibility any lesser.

That is the reason why in his recent post he alleged that Rwanda was supporting the ADF, an outfit created by Museveni himself decades ago to provide him and his family with a motive to go to DR Congo to plunder that country’s resources.

The shameless terrorist is so desperate and in so much in arrears of credibility to the extent that he has ceased to mind about sounding ridiculous to those who read his posts. Otherwise, he would not have the audacity to allege that Rwandan Special Forces were actually ‘using the ADF logo’ and operating alongside the Uganda-DR Congo border, ‘plundering and preparing for future military operations against Uganda.’

Such an allegation would effectively invalidate Uganda’s claim of the existence of the ADF, and therefore expose and make Corrupt Museveni liable for criminal prosecution for invading a sovereign country under false pretense. It would also beg the question why DR Congo has not complained about the presence of Rwandan troops on its territory and neither has any independent entity like the UN Group of Experts made such a claim.

Everyone who reads his post will realise that what terrorist Kayumba did, like in the analogy cited above, was to reverse the roles change his charge sheet and replace his name and that of Corrupt Museveni with ‘Rwanda’ and post. His and his sponsor charge sheet exposes the two as sponsors of regional terrorism, by leading and supporting terror outfits respectively.

It is no secret that the RNC which also belongs to the P5 coalition of terror operates in DR Congo with the aim of destabilising Rwanda. Information found on killed or arrested militia fighters during the DR Congo Army (FARDC) operations has revealed that the terror groups receive direct command from Corrupt Museveni regime. Terrorist Kayumba’s claims therefore should be seen as a desperate diversionary attempt to create a moral equivalence and deflect his criminal responsibility.

Charles Kambanda, the Professor of hate, divisionism and Genocide denial is using DR Congo to tarnish Rwanda as all anti-Rwandan trolls do. The mentally deranged Professor is the only person who defends MONUSCO forces’ stay in the Democratic Republic of Cong after having spent billions of dollars (USD18 billion according to Reuters) and fail to restore peace and order in the country.

Hired by the Uganda’s Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) and under direct supervision of its boss, Brig Gen Abel Kandiho, he entangles himself in trying to drag Rwanda in the messy militia business that CMI sponsored in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. According to the UN group of Experts report, Kampala serves as a hub for numerous terror militias in East DR Congo, Kambanda’s commentaries are therefore nothing but diversions from their involvement to their preferred scapegoat, Rwanda.

The Ugandan regime has lost a significant number of their sponsored militias leaders in East DR Congo as a response; they have been trying to fan anti-Rwandan sentiments to keep the East DRC as they want, chaotic and unsafe. Kambanda would have you believe that President Kagame and Tshisekedi are attacking the UN MONUSCO. He forgets that in the UN, Rwanda and DRC Congo are members and that MONUSCO is in DR Congo at DR Congo’s invitation.

MONUSCO is not an occupation force in Congo, to insinuate that its President Tshisekedi is attacking them is simply madness. The CMI troll, Sex for grades Professor, Charles Kambanda, misleads his Facebook audience for a specific reason, it is for the same reason that Uganda actively sabotages regional efforts to rid Congo of armed militias.

For Corrupt Museveni’s regime, peace in DR Congo poses a serious problem to its mission. Not only would they lose a route to destabilize Rwanda, an avenue to loot and conduct all sorts of illegal activities, but they would also be faced with the problem of returning ragtag militias that they trained and armed. For Kambanda and his fellow Anti-Rwanda network, peace in DR Congo is synonymous to the end of the road in their “destabilize Rwanda” enterprise.

The Rwandan National Congress (RNC) propagandist is beginning the month writing fiction and smear on the President and the First Lady of Rwanda. As usual the terrorist organization propagandist, sponsored by the Ugandan regime, attack is both irrational and incoherent.

David Himbara’s terrorist circles and that of his sponsor is littered with nepotism. His analysis skewed from the uniqueness of “in your face” nepotism in the Corrupt Museveni regime, is based on a mafia like patronage that does not exist in Rwanda. The First Lady of Uganda also doubles up as the country’s sports and education minister thereby getting her involved in official government business. It is no state secret that she places her relatives and family members in all strategic positions.

After all, in the cabinet of Uganda, you will find her cousins, her in laws, as her son and daughters also hold official government duties. For example; her son is a Lieutenant General and Senior Security adviser to the President, the son’s father in law is Minister of foreign affairs, the Minister of Security is the First Lady’s cousin; the list is endless.

Sponsored by such a regime and under the influence, Himbara cannot see that his silly analysis is only valid in Uganda. In Rwanda, much like the rest of the world, First Ladies usually use their influence for social causes and don’t interfere in government business. They advocate, fundraise and champion causes of their own choosing but do not go placing relatives, sons and daughters and worse, securing themselves key government positions.

Although the weed smoker is probably just trying to impress his sponsor to secure next year’s funding, his clumsy choice of fiction highlights shocking realities in the failing state that sponsors him.

Terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa is outdoing himself in trying to cook up stories on Jackie Umuhoza’s case. On his pseudo-Facebook page Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere, he wrote that Umuhoza was kidnapped in the early hours of November 27, 2019. Yet, Umuhoza was arrested, on charges of treason and espionage- her case being investigated by the Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB).

Nyamwasa should remember that kidnapping is what his sponsor’s security agents (Uganda’s Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence – CMI) do; kidnaps, torture and illegal incarcerations in unknown places detention, without charges and no legal representation.

In Uganda, hundreds of innocent Rwandans were taken to secret detention facilities. They had no access to lawyers, family members or consular visits. Umuhoza is not in a secret detention facility, she is in RIB (Rwanda Investigation Bureau) gazetted custody.

Due to numerous lies and cooked up stories, the fugitive got confused. He wrote that the police kidnapped Umuhoza. However, RIB and the police are two different entities. Fugitive Nyamwasa may have thought that Uganda’s way of handling suspects is conventional.

Rwanda is a Law abiding country, unlike RNC’s host Uganda, where Innocent neighboring states’ citizens are kidnapped, tortured and held incommunicado in torture chambers without trial.

CMI and the police work as the same entity in the persecution of innocent Rwandans. In corrupt Museveni’s regime, institutions work in a chaotic manner. CMI and other security agencies can torture without fearing judicial consequences.

Terrorist Nyamwasa is out of touch and inspired by CMI blood money. The terrorist invents malicious stories to smear Rwanda in the means to satisfy his sponsor corrupt Museveni, and in turn, get his pay.
