David Himbara, the weed-smoking chief propagandist of Kayumba Nyamwasa’s RNC is up to his usual anti-Rwanda tricks. He is doctoring, out of context, the voice of President Kagame. Himbara puts audio on his Facebook page, and then declares “that is a violent speech”.

But what else would anyone expect from a propagandist devoted to smearing President Kagame every time he writes?

The President is heard briefing the military on what to do: shoot those terrorists that kill innocent people! In fact if Rwandan civilians heard that speech they will feel much more re-assured!

The terrorists that come to kill them are not merciful people! They come prepared to massacre innocents. They are not people that warn the population, “We are coming to kill you!” They strike in the night, and violently deprive people of their lives.

All these are realities that the Rujugiro-sponsored mouthpiece of the RNC terrorists hopes people will forget, when they read his slanders! People will not be deceived!

The job of a commander in chief is to tell the armed forces to defend the citizens of a country, by all means necessary. The job of those armed forces is to do just that – to the fullest extent possible.

Himbara pretending that this is a “violent speech” is beyond laughable. It is craven.

Of course the clown will say nothing when even the US, just next door from Canada where he lives, orders its marines to kill terrorists on sight.

Obviously, those that know RNC terror activities in Rwanda and what the families of 17 people lost to RNC grenades and over 400 injured must be going through; or those recently massacred 18 people in Kinigi when the RNC-allied “FDLR RUD” attacked, killing eight people and injured 18 others, will welcome the President’s speech.

Himbara and his RNC friends have a very good reason to fear what President Kagame has to say on how to deal with them. Hence their efforts to twist his words and turn them into something else. Their ragtag forces would, and will face true RDF fire should they try to cross from their forests to kill innocent civilians.

They have tried it some time back in Nyungwe, and they know what happened.

The weed smoker better listen to his doctored (de-contextualized) audio again. Then let him once again think of the fate of the poor fellows his group recruits with lies that they will “capture Rwanda”!

Whatever noises he makes on social media, the fate of those whom he and the others lie to, and recruit them into their highly dangerous and foolish venture, will not be pretty!

The weed smoking radical RNC propagandist is seriously unhappy at a Russia–Rwanda partnership in acquiring nuclear technologies for peaceful purposes, electricity in particular. It is one more proof that his lies and propaganda are not having any effect.

The agreement was first signed in Moscow last December but was revisited in May 2019 when Rosatom Global, the Russian government nuclear parastatal, said it will help Rwanda set up the nuclear plant by 2024.

This will not be changed by Himbara’s usual misleading statistics, his usual fall back plan when all other things fail. He claims Nuclear power plant cost $9 Billions when in fact the cost is about $2 to $4 Billions, (read Synapse Energy for more) on cost blatant deliberate over estimation. But most importantly is that these plants are priced per kWh as different capacities cost differently! The weed smoker once again exposes how he writes in complete ignorance and without a basic (even a simple google) research.

With his paymaster, Yoweri Museveni, they were under the illusion that they could bring Rwanda down by sabotaging a Rwanda-Ethiopia Electricity deal. All they have achieved is to make Rwanda more creative in sourcing alternative sources for Electricity.

As for the financing calculations against gross revenue, Himbara should look for a high school graduate to explain for him easy terms like loans, leasing or grants. Regardless, Rwanda is moving on unhindered by his Museveni sponsored online smear campaign.

For the weed-smoking propagandist, David Himbara, Uganda is the center of the world. Paid to tarnish Rwanda by Yoweri Museveni (aka Exhibit #1510), the terrorist propagandist was bound to comment on the recent launch of the Dubai Ports Kigali Logistics Platform.

It had to make him unhappy, its an indication that his relentless smears campaigns fall on deaf ears. Investors are still considering Rwanda as a favorable destination, the recent DP World Investment is a slap in his face.

In his smear post, the weed smoker’s anger distorts geography. In his mind, the only way to get to Kenya or South Sudan from Rwanda is via Uganda. He forgets that both Kenya and South Sudan are accessible via Tanzania or even DR Congo. As for the southern border with Burundi, he should really get an update, the border is buzzing with trade.

Himbara’s propagandist line that the border with Uganda is closed is also false. He uses the said line to hide the fact that a travel advisory was issued to Rwandans not to travel to Uganda. He prefers to say the border is closed than to reveal the real cause keeping Rwandans away.

To support Himbara’s terrorist organization headed by Fugitive Kayumba, the Ugandan regime has been persecuting innocents Rwandans living in Uganda. They abduct Rwandans and illegally detain them in secret military intelligence (CMI) cells. They are beaten, tortured and forced to either convert to RNC or confess to trumped-up charges of espionage or illegal entry. Rwandans in their hundreds are illegally detained in Uganda in this wave of persecution.

Rwanda borders are open, just don’t expect Rwandans to put themselves in harm’s way with RNC and CMI hunting them down in Museveni’s Uganda. The 77-year-old ruler is consistently trying to destabilize Rwanda, hence his sponsorship of Himbara’s smear.

Himbara and the entire Anti-Rwanda propaganda can keep on making online noise, its effects will always be nullified with real success stories such as the DP World Investment.

The RNC propagandist and Liar In Chief, the weed smoking David Himbara, is venting about Volkswagen Rwanda (VW) again. The propagandist hates VW Rwanda, it represents his failure to sabotage the Economic Development of Rwanda with his Museveni sponsored smear campaigns.

In his latest attack, he minimizes the VW as a mere assembly plant stressing that the German car maker assembles but does not construct cars in Rwanda. His ignorance of industrial process is evident as most car manufacturers outsource parts productions to third party and then assemble the final product.

Toyota, Mercedes Benz or Land Rover do not produce tires, batteries, windows, etc… they outsource to specialized factories and dispatched to assembly plants. His ignorance lead him to believe that he just had an Eureka moment when, once again, he just made himself even more ridiculous. In his logic, to construct a car, one would need a tyre factory, a window factory, a panel press, an electronic center, and much more.

The weed smoking propagandist forgets key principles such as globalization and specialization! Very basic concept, one might really as if he has any development knowledge?

VW Rwanda, on the other hand, is a business proposition carefully studied and planned. If the German car maker investment in Rwanda hurts Himbara’s propaganda, he should brace himself for more pain as his empty rhetoric have failed to dent Rwanda’s development.

The NRM- RNC anti Rwanda fanatic, Gideon Rugali Rukundo, has been a very active troll. His dual membership to NRM and RNC keeps him very busy in the Museveni campaign to smear Rwanda and its leadership. He is, slowly but surely, unveiling a master plan by the common denominator in both RNC-NRM ‘Rwandanphobic’ agenda and Genocidal forces defeated in 1994.

Gideon Rukundo Rugali is a tool used by NRM heavyweights like the Minister of Security Tumwine and the Deputy Police Chief Sebiiti Muzeeyi. They fished him out of CMI’s radar (Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence) when he was caught engaging in subversive action and turned to be their online attack mouthpiece.

One of the mysteries with their enterprise to destabilize Rwanda has been the inclusion of genocidal forces such as FDLR and RUD forces. Rugali provides an answer to the enigma in his latest post. He creates an alternative universe with an fictitious reality.

For that to work, a series of distortion and revisionism is actively sponsored. With the help of Museveni’s purse, they bought and fabricated a litany of lies from a army thief and deserter, one Michael Mupende. The nonsense fiction they propagated simply made no sense; why, 29 years after, were they blaming the death of Late Rwigyema on someone who was clearly not within thousands of kilometers of where Rwigyema made the ultimate sacrifice to his country?

As it turns out, the revisionist conspiracy goes further, the Rukundo Rugali post suggests that had Rwigyema and Habyarimana were alive, then a peaceful settlement would have been found in 1994. He claims that Rwigyema on one side and Habyarimana on the other, could have controlled the violence. The distortion and revisionism then blames the subsequent violence on the Rwandan leadership.

In the alternative reality world he creates, he says RPF had no objective of Military victory. He claims the push to completely liberate Rwanda was not Gen. Rwigyema’s plan. As for Habyarimana, he claims the latter could have stopped the genocide against Tutsis in 1994. The twisted theory exonerates perpetrators of violence, blaming it on circumstantial, fictional scenarios. The surreal fantasy is very convenient for the NRM troll, it provides an altar for RNC and FDLR to marry, both being Museveni sponsored and supported militias.

Genocide is a process, a plan carefully implemented with a specific objective, the extermination of a race or group of persons with a common marker. It is not a spontaneous killing spree, Genocide is executed in stages. That Habyarimana’s death was the spark (according to Rugali’s theory), does not mean he played a key role in planning and executing the initial stages. The labeling, the dehumanization, the identification, the hate speech, the targeted killings, all occurred with the blessing of Habyarimana.

The sequence of events is clear, RPF had just signed a peace treaty, but with the Genocide unleashed, it quickly became a rescue force. The late Gen.Rwigyema would not have opposed the liberation and rescue of innocents Rwandans targeted by a well prepared Genocide against Tutsis in 1994.

The NRM troll reveals his hand, to get genocidaires on his sides, he literally exonerates them by blaming their actions on Habyarimana’s absence. And then, to add salt to injury, he apologizes for the liberation saying; had Rwigyema been alive, he would not have pushed to rescue and liberate Rwanda.

His alternative world, truly, is dark; it is only inhabited by Genocide denialist and perpetrators, disgraceful terrorist who confused liberation with to a personal affair for personal benefit. The Kayumba Nyamwasas, Yoweri Museveni and Felicien Kabuga might happily live in that bubble; but the rest of the world will never fall so low. No matter how many Mupendes they buy to create a alternate universe.

The weed-smoking RNC propagandist, David Himbara, has turned himself into a Ugandan official in the foreign affairs ministry. For some strange reason, he feels the urge to comment about the Luanda MoU implementation debate. Understandably, as the RNC propagandist is concerned not for peace but for war. He taunts those who want to keep Uganda accountable and gage its commitment to the Lunda MoU. Referring to a New Times (Rwandan media) article that raised a concern about Uganda dragging its feet to call for a second meeting of the Luanda MoU implementation Ad Hoc committee, the propagandist taunted Rwandans as being desperate to see the MoU implemented.

Sponsored by Yoweri Museveni (aka Exhibit #1510), the Rwandan National Congress terrorist organization is fostered in Uganda from where they plan and plot in conjunction with other anti-Rwandan forces how to destabilize Rwanda. One of the activities in their terrorist plot in to force Rwandan living in Uganda to join their terrorist organization.

When approached by the terrorist organization, the Rwandan that refuse their advanced face arbitrary and illegal arrest by the dreaded Chieftancy of Military Intelligence (CMI). They are taken to secret detention facilities, held incommunicado and tortured to confess to trumped-up charges. Hundreds are still held incommunicado by the CMI in the Museveni-RNC plot. Faced with such hostilities the Rwandan Government did what every responsible government would do. It issued a travel advisory to its citizens as their security was obviously at risk. The measure hurt the Ugandan Economy significantly, as Rwandans went elsewhere for their importation needs.

The region’s effort to mediate the normalization of bilateral relations between Rwanda and Uganda led to an MoU in Lunda. In their first meeting in Kigali, the Rwandan side was clear on the travel advisory issue. Uganda was to release or trial those secretly and illegally detained, done so in conjunction with RNC.

The MoU also specifies that Uganda’s support of violent terrorist organizations was to stop. It would be the end of the weed-smoking Himbara’s income. The paychecks from Museveni would stop hence his attempt to sabotage with posts designed to antagonize.

What the terrorist propagandist should remember is that Uganda committed to the region, not only to Rwanda. Soon, it will not only be Rwandan media, but it will also be regional pressure that Museveni will be facing to let go of the RNC, assuming the national economy doesn’t pressure him to dump RNC.

One of the most foolish Anti-Rwandan online troll on social media is the weed smoking David Himbara. A weed addict, he is paid to run the RNC terrorist propaganda by the 75 year old ruler of Uganda.

When RwandAir landed in entebbe due to bad weather, a regular route for the airline the amnesiac troll jumped up and down in celebration. He launched a propaganda that Rwanda had to beg for its plane to land in Uganda.

With the 5th freedom right, RwandAir not only flies to Entebbe but also picks up passengers to certain routes such as Juba or Nairobi. (Read about 5th freedom rights), yet the propagandist acts as if Entebbe had just won the lottery! RwandAir equally flies and lands to Bujumbura on a regular basis, but in Himbara’s fume clouded mind, Rwandair had not option but to beg to land.

His attempt to link the travel advisory issue to RwandAir is foolish and silly, it is as far fetched as the narrative that Rwanda has closed its border when bus cross with non Rwandan passengers on a daily basis. Himbara’s confusing the travel advisory to Rwandans caused by the nonstop persecution of innocents Rwandans in Uganda and air travel.

With hundreds of innocents Rwandans still illegally and arbitrary incarcerated and subjected to torture in CMI (Ugandan Military Intelligence) dungeons, no amount of rain will make Rwandans travel to Uganda. They will flyover the dangerous zone.

The pointless online jubilation does serve one purpose, it unmasks RNC’s loyalty and allegiance to the Ugandan regime.

They are so desperate and so dependent on their Ugandan regime support that they celebrated even harder than Ugandans, RNC had to use the event to bootlick hard those who shelter and sponsor them.

After confusing air ambulances to fighter jets, it is clear that Himbara has absolutely no knowledge of aviation. RwandAir will be traveling to Entebbe tomorrow, and the day after. Perhaps what should be of concern to Himbara is his disconnect to reality. Clearly, the RNC propagandist needs to work on his research and sourcing skills.

After a series of lies on the death of Gen Fred Rwigema, Gideon Rukundo Rugali has continued to push the Kampala smear campaign against Rwanda. The NRM candidate, who also seats in the RNC executive committee in Uganda, is the Facebook mouthpiece of Gen. Elly Tumwine (Ugandan Minister for Internal Security), recruited after he landed himself in trouble with Ugandan Military Intelligence (CMI). Gen. Muzeyi Sabiti, the Deputy IGP of the Uganda Police, also regularly uses Rugali as an online attack dog.

The aspiring NRM candidate facilitated by the Ugandan regime created fake witness to distort historical accounts of fallen heroes during the liberation struggle. From thin air, they produced a deserter, Mupende Michael, who fled after stealing $18,000 from rations and cash allowances. Rugali and his associate turn Mupende into an omniscient being, he miraculously knows everything that happened 29 years ago. Their invention, the ‘super-witness’ is also omnipresent, after witnessing Rwigema’s death, he also happens to witness Major Chris Bunyenyezi and Major Peter Bayingana’s deaths. Mupende thinks he is omnipotent, capable of changing the past with his lies.

Rukondo Rugali and his handlers Tumwine and Sabiti inspired by their master’s trickery in cook up lies. Gen. Aronda Nyakairima death in 2015 inspires the anti-Rwandan collaboration using Mupende’s fiction. In typical Museveni fashion, right after poisoning Gen. Aronda Nyakairima, they lined up to bury him with honors and drop crocodile tears on his grave. Nyakairima’s window braved them; she punched holes in their heart attack narrative as they sat just a few meters away from her.

They are capable of such shameless evil twists that even seating cabinet ministers in Uganda come under threat by their mafia. Evelyn Anite, the State Minister of finance for investment and privatization faced such death threats from the mafia that sponsors Rukundo Rugali that she called them out, insisting that they should not come to her funeral after they kill her. She did not want the Aronda Nyakairima show. In reality, Rwanda faces experienced criminally-minded storytellers capable of attending their victims’ burial. If Rukundo Rugali and his fake witness are defaming and distorting history, they are drawing inspiration from their paymasters’ crime book.

The RNC chief propagandist, drug abuser David Himbara is supposed to produce a constant stream of smear on Rwanda and its leadership. His most recent post is that the Rwandan President travels too much and does not attend Cabinet meetings. Himbara could not care less about cabinet meetings in Rwanda. Paid to smear Rwanda by Yoweri Museveni and Tribert Rujugiro (aka Ankle-Beeps), the weed smoker accidentally produced an article that shows how efficient the Government of Rwanda is.

Desperate in his attempt to tarnish the President of Rwanda, Himbara enumerated the President’s foreign trips. He calls it a scandal that Head of State travels too much; but reality, he just proved how hard working the President of Rwanda is. Himbara probably did not carefully think through his sponsored attack piece especially as most trips were invites to high-level, global leaders events that his sponsors failed to get.

World leaders’ travel are not spontaneous for example; if Museveni wanted to travel to the G20 this year, it would not have been possible, as he was not invited. He could have traveled to the UN General Assembly in New York but he skipped it as his name was mentioned in a courtroom in New York in a corruption case. He wanted to skip it to avoid embarrassing questions about how one Partick Ho was convicted of giving him – referred to as Exhibit 1510 – a $500,000 bribe.

Some leaders opt not to travel at all, fearing a coup d’etat the moment they step out, while others might simply not get invited as their reputation for corruption and mismanagement cause embarrassment to their host. Post-war and genocide Rwanda is a global success story due to its hard work and determination, it is a story that leads to its leaders being solicited and invited to additional forums.

The weed-smoking propagandist hates that Rwanda’s success story has not been tarnished by his smear campaign. By his own admission, Rwanda is doing well on the international scene otherwise its representatives would not be invited to attend world-class events.

Agaba Godwin, a convicted crook in Rwanda and constant repeat offender, is attempting to sanitize how deeply involved Museveni is with anti-Rwandan violent groups. On his Facebook, he published what some may think is advise but in reality, is an affirmation of what Museveni has been doing.

On his Facebook page, a Ugandan sponsored troll is advising Museveni to be tougher on Rwanda and to cease cordiality. He writes:

– “It is high time Uganda realised that this is not a matter to discuss over tea and it passes. There is not mutual cordiality and reciprocation. Rather it is a cold shoulder that could spark off something tragic.”

The Museveni has been extremely hostile to Rwanda. He is currently sponsoring and organizing all sorts of terror groups to destabilize Rwanda. Regularly, apprehended terrorists and genocidaires are almost always linked to Uganda for example; FDLR and RNC senior officials were caught with Ugandan passports, senior FDLR are apprehended traveling from meetings in Uganda, the recent RUD attackers in Musanze were recruited in Uganda.

Agaba Godwin online outburst is over the disappearance of an RNC member, Ben Rutabana, in Uganda. The troll does not like that Rutabana’s family is accusing their fellow RNC members of foul play in Uganda. The Rutabana’s family is clear; RNC members’ have special security guarantees in Uganda, and therefore Rutabana must be a victim of internal wrangles. In discrediting the Rutabana’s family plea, Godwin Agaba “wonders” why “Belgium and other countries are not subject to pressure”. He pretends to find it unfair that only Uganda is on the stoplight, but instead of simply proving with immigration for records that Rutabana left Uganda, all he says is Rutabana went for ‘operations in Congo’.

In Agaba’s version Rutabana died in Congo killed by RUD (a FDLR splinter group) and that his family should stop bothering Uganda with it. Accidentally, Agaba reveals that RNC transit through Ugandan to reach a frontline in Congo. Rather than question why terrorists prefer the Ugandan route to a front in Congo, he strangely concludes that Rwanda is behind a campaign to publicize Rutabana’s case. His only concern it the bad press Uganda is getting and that therefore, Museveni should get tougher with Rwanda!

How could Museveni possibly get tougher with Rwanda? Over the past 20 years, Museveni has turned Uganda as a hub for all terrorist movements (RNC, FDLR, P5, RUD, MRCD-FLN, etc…) that target Rwanda. Government-owned newspapers, and over 30 online news outlets and blogs tarnish and smear Rwanda at the direction of Museveni’s Intelligence Agencies. What can he really do to be more aggressive? He has so far carried out acts of economic sabotage, persecution of Rwandans, and so far without success. With UPDF’s numerous defeats in Kisangani still fresh in his memory, he is all too aware that a direct confrontation would be disastrous for him. Rwanda knows Museveni is hostile, and that he is actively pursuing to destabilize it.

Agaba’s advice to the 75-year-old is redundant, he tells him to do what he is already doing.
