Yoweri Museveni has been trying to drive a wedge in Rwanda using disgruntled and disgraced officials that flee from justice. He uses official Ugandan media – The New Vision– to launch smear campaigns in an attempt to destabilize and divide Rwandans. His most recent stunt is with a deserter, Michael Mupende, who fled after stealing $18,000 from rations and cash allowance.

Museveni has, over the years, developed a skill in identifying low lives, willing to tell lies and fabrications. Mupende, a wife beating thief that abandoned his family, is a known coward and crook. In the past, the newspaper has served as a platform for terrorist and known fugitives such as Kayumba Nyamwasa, David Himbara, and almost anyone willing to hurl insults.

With Museveni offering money, Michael Mupende has an epiphany. They try to change circumstances surrounding the death of a Rwandan Hero, Gen. Fred Rwigema. The war hero fell to a stray bullet from a retreating enemy on the second day in the liberation struggle. His family and close friends, his companions in the liberation struggle of Rwanda and the entire grateful nation of Rwanda have no doubt about it.

It is certainly not the crooked version of a corrupt wife beating thief, 29 years later, that will change historic facts. By printing it in the New Vision all they reveal to the world is that Museveni has an official hostile policy against Rwanda.

The defamation is also a petty form of revenge. Im East Congo, the anti-Rwandan alliance of terrorist, genocidal maniac and Museveni has been taking a brutal beating. For lack of physical or intellectual ways to harm Rwanda; they resort to insults, defamation, and smear campaigns as consolation.

David Himbara, the RNC propagandist, is as intellectually dishonest as it gets. The weed smoker’s manipulations are second nature, especially when it gets to Rwanda. Using a graph he obtained from xe.com , a online forex analysis tool, he shares a hourly fluctuation of the Rwandan Franc (RWF) to falsely claim that the currency has crashed against the US Dollar (USD).

The key in understanding his lie, in on the scale captured, the value scale of the RWF is from 0.0010775 USD to 0.0010855 USD against 24 hours time-lapse. As a comparison, the Ugandan Shilling (UGX) is weighted on a 0.00027065 USD to 0.00027145 USD. The added decimal in the Uganda Shilling valuation is due to its low nominal value to the dollar.

Himbara’s false alarm that there is a crisis when the RWF value changes from 0.0010825 to 0.001078, a 0.0000045 change, is simply ridiculous. Currencies fluctuate every day, capturing a day’s opening number is a deliberate attempt to mislead. 

As a currency gains more nominal value to the dollar, fluctuations become easier to capture. To detect fluctuations in the Ugandan Shilling are very hard to illustrate unlike the Rwandan Francs.

Furthermore, the stronger the currency the more visible and relevant fluctuations become. Below, a graph of the British Pound (GBP) to the USD fluctuation on the 7^th of October 2019. By his analysis, the weed smoking RNC propagandist would have you believe there is a major economic crisis. 

The weed smoking RNC propagandist David Himbara has a new theory. According to his most recent crazy post, American Pastors should be immune to the law and do as they please in Rwanda.

The paid propagandist is paid to smear Rwanda at all cost. Sponsored by Tribert Rujugiro and Yoweri Museveni, both corruption symbols around the world, Himbara has to find a way to insult Rwanda to get their money.

The American pastor in question is charged with numerous of charges ranging from holding an unlicensed gathering to overstaying his visa. His embassy and lawyers will have access and due process will follow as in any normal state.

A sensational headline from a propagandist will not tilt the scale of Rwandan justice. The weed smoking propagandist overestimates himself for the sole purpose of cashing in on the ‘smear Rwanda funds’ availed by his corrupt paymasters.

David Himbara’s sudden interest is a cheap trick, frequently used by his clique to divert attention from the fact that the terrorist network they set up in Uganda is suffering defeat after defeat!

His defense of radical teachings that claim ‘women are evil’ is as shameful as the act of trying to bully an independent judiciary. The weed smoker should explain why he thinks an American Pastor is above the law, would it be possible to live in a society where such a privilege exists?

Commandpost and Kayumba Nyamwasa celebrated too early that their allies – the Genocidal FDLR or other Terrorist associates – attacked a locality in Rwanda. They rumbled on that their partner had attacked gloriously for 2 hours and photoshopped pictures to depict a fleeing population.

What they failed to do, as usual, is to gage the ordinary Rwandan resolve and determination. They are so out of touch with reality on the ground that they failed to predict the immediate aftermath of their cowardly hit and run attack.

Within hours, ordinary citizens plucked their militias with their bare hands. Scenes of local residents parading the glorified thugs by anti Rwanda media and forces simply shows that they are as fake in reality as they are online.

What kind of force gets plucked by unarmed locals who they claim to be fighting for?

For instance, to illustrate what transpired in Kinigi (Musanze, Rwanda) where their thugs attacked, anti Rwanda media is using pictures of a military exercise simulating combat health care by the Rwandan Army. These pictures were obtained from the Rwandan Army which shared their simulation exercise online.

How long will they fool themselves that they are capable of taking on Rwanda? Not so long ago, their commanders were paraded in courtrooms, others have pictures of their dead bodies circulating online.

FDLR, RNC, P5, etc… are not match for Rwanda, they may foolishly photoshop online and rumble on their blogs and fake online accounts, in reality, if they step on Rwandan soil, they will be caught and paraded.

The RNC propagandist in Chief and heavy weed smoker is once again claiming there are death squads after him. David Himbara is either a pathological attention seeker, an easily panicked terrorist movement member, or both.

This is probably the tenth time he does so since he and RNC started their terrorist movement aimed at destabilizing Rwanda. Every year, twice or three times, he jumps on social media and claims to have proven that his life is in mortal danger. (Link to a false alarm in 2015)

He particularly panics when one of his allies in the terrorist enterprise falls, whenever a terrorist is arrested or is killed. Just this year, one remembers Himbara writing about his personal fictional worries when one Callixte Nsabimana was arrested. Nsabimana, a P5 terrorist member, had not even made a court appearance when Himbara began the “My-life-is-in-danger” alarmist song. (Link to false alarm after Nsabimana arrest)

Not long after, when top RNC commanders were neutralized in East Congo, the propagandist replayed his song. The so-called ‘Capt.’ Simbomana died on their Eastern Congo front while ‘Maj’ Habib wounded and captured; these were the two of most senior RNC militia leaders in RNC.

More recently, and probably the cause of the recent false alarms, RNC allies in FDLR lost their overall commanding officer, Sylvester Mudacumura. Once again, Himbara attempts to divert with pseudo-threats or possibly hides a more cynical approach. The possibility that Himbara, a renowned attention seeker, just doesn’t like headline other than the one he dictates might be strategic.

The RNC propagandist must be worried about possible legal implications to the arrest of so many of his associates in a terrorist enterprise. The mounting evidence of his personal involvement in criminal activities must worry him about potential terrorism charges and thus he launches more fake death threats.

To do this, he can count on illegal immigrants who will volunteer to use his fiction to apply for political asylum in exchange for false testimony. Whether these fake Himbara alerts are cheap theatrics to steal the show, defense strategies or both is hard to tell. So far, the only certainty is that the timing of this fake alert always coincides with news of a serious setback in the Anti-Rwanda terrorist enterprise

David Himbara once proclaimed himself a military avionics expert and wrote a propaganda piece saying Rwanda had purchased two 208B Grand Caravan aircrafts. The weed smoking RNC propagandist published under the sensational title, “KAGAME’S AIRFORCE MAY BE GETTING REAL FIREPOWER WITH AIRCRAFT PURCHASE FROM USA” when in reality the two 208B Grand Caravans were air ambulances. The propaganda piece was in itself erroneous and misleading, a few facts should be highlighted. When Himbara began the article with the claim of Grand Caravans purchased, he quickly veered to AC-208 Combat Caravan. The propagandist rumbles on and on about the AC-208 Combat Caravan, a 1982 model which he overestimates to be worth $14.7 million instead of $2.32 million per plane.

Himbara tried to send a regional alert that Rwanda is acquiring fighter jets when the 208B Grand Caravan is actually a medivac aircraft. The RNC Terrorist propagandist deliberately wanted to set off a false alarm, possibly even an arms race in East Africa, simply to benefit from the ensuing chaos. His terrorist movement feeds on chaos and destruction, hence their label as a negative force in the region or a destabilizing force in the recently signed Luanda MoU.

The RNC propagandist should know that his “I know everything” does not fool anyone with access to google which ironically happens to be his only source of information on Rwanda.
