The weed-smoking propagandist David Himbara’s dream is made of his fantasy where he succeeds in dividing Rwanda. The Professor of hate routinely attempts to sow divisions with slander targeting Rwanda’s leadership but his recent post focuses on one Tito Rutaremara.

His issue with the senior RPF member is easy to summarize. He hates Rutaremera is that unlike him, Rutaremera stayed loyal to the country. The Professor of hate, cursed by his betrayal, has for almost ten long years observed Rwanda and Rwandans progress. Its elders are proud and its youth full of energy to keep the pace set.

He says the former Senator “created” the current President of Rwanda. Himbara should know that the President of Rwanda is an elected person, not a “created” one as in RNC. With his mindset of created personalities in RNC, the who is who logic, Himbara cannot comprehend that Rwanda and the ruling party RPF are not based on individuals. Normal systems have higher callings and aspiration.

The weed-smoking propagandist has never grasped the idea of teamwork, his ragtag RNC fellows are no better. Desperate for titles and recognitions, almost all of them carry two to three line long titles. Inspired by their sponsors’ model, RNC is infested with a spirit of entitlement. Rwanda, and most other states, one serves a higher cause. Transfer, retirements, new assignments are normal. Himbara made the choice to join the RNC club of greedy individuals who want to exploit the country for their personal gains.

Haunted by his choices in life, it is safe to say that Himbara wrecked it all! Disgracefully, he finds himself peddling rumors and lies with the intention to divide. The root cause of Himbara’s downfall was, and still is, his megalomaniac traits. The sense of absolute entitlement, his arrogance, and his misplaced ego are still visible in his writings.

He made the wrong choice and he should live with it, his elaborate calculations ten years ago that RNC would have a quick victory were wrong. The propagandist finds himself one the wrong side of history, disgraced and in bed with terrorists and genocidal forces. He made his bed, he should lay in it.

David Himbara, the weed-smoking RNC propagandist, is up to his enticement trickery. The Professor of hate likes nothing more than luring others into trouble and then writes about their troubles from thousands of miles. In his recent posts, he writes about Victoire Ingabire interview with Voice of America. Himbara calls her an “opposition leader”, moves to highlight her smear and defamations contained in the interview.

Victoire Ingabire was convicted for inciting the masses to revolt against the government, forming armed groups to destabilize the country, and minimizing the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi. She was pardoned and not given an amnesty which is very different in law. She is, therefore, a pardoned convict who is receiving praises for a terrorist propagandist. The praises are most certainly harmful to Ingabire, but Himbara could not care less as long as he gets his 15 minutes of fame.

The process of a presidential pardon or clemency is different to an amnesty, one writes and seeks clemency promising not to do it again. A pardon or clemency is most of the time given with conditions to the convict. This is different to an amnesty that annuls the conviction and the criminal record. Himbara is well aware of this, he is equally aware that his relay, whether solicited or not, is a violation of her pardon. The Professor of Hate is therefore enticing hoping to land her in jail with for his RNC smear agenda.

The weed-smoking propagandist probably has articles ready with headlines like “Rwanda Ingabire Arrested Again” to smear and tarnish the image of Rwanda.

RNC weed smoking David Himbara propagandist is now targeting VW Rwanda’s electric car program. With specific instructions and money from the Ugandan Ruler, he constantly writes slander on Rwanda. The propagandist will literally criticize anything in Rwanda. The pseudo Professor in Development has became a full time Professor of Hate, specialized in hate speech.

For a few pennies, Himbara sold his services to the Ugandan regime. This year alone, he produced over 400 hateful propaganda articles to satisfy his sponsors and his terrorist organization, the RNC. He has such dedication to hate writing that one wonders how he would explain his attack on electric cars in a development conference! But truth be told, is that he now prefers grenade throwers and genocidal maniacs conferences.

Himbara is also confused as to what to say about Electric cars in Rwanda for his attack piece. He began his smear saying electric cars are ineffective, then claimed importation is somehow unacceptable. Only a paid propagandist would find something abnormal in importing electric cars.

Rwanda’s giant strides in technology, environment, its industries and even its reputation for security and stability are constantly targeted by hostile anti-Rwandan forces. It is almost as if these envious groups expect Rwanda to slowdown for them to catch up; that is obviously not happening.

Eventually, the hateful propaganda machine will run out of arguments. Hiring a unprofessional weed smoking propagandist who cannot even properly cite a source will only cause more embarrassments to those who sponsor these campaigns.

RNC propagandist and weed smoker David Himbara’s paranoia heightens on hearing about the meeting of military chiefs of Great Lakes countries in Goma. The meeting which was a joint operation on how to strategize the kick out of East Congo of all rebel groups is giving Himbara shivers in his spine. Given that RNC remnants in DRC won’t have anywhere to hide anymore.

In his article, Himbara writes that the Rwandan military is not welcome on Congolese soil. Utterly laughable, the RNC tool should tell people if RNC is the one now to tell Congo about whom it can or can’t welcome. He should sober up and come back to the reality that time is up for RNC in Congo.

Congolese leadership is determined to rid its country of rebels and terrorist groups. Terrorists such as RNC and FDLR that DRC doesn’t want in her territories. To that end, it is prepared to work with willing neighboring countries.

Let’s not forget the RNC bandits that were thoroughly clobbered and smoked out of DRC, 200 killed, and those lucky to be captured alive are standing trial now.

The ridiculous RNC Weed smoking propagandist David Himbara joins the list of hypocrites caught pants down on yet another smear they initiated. For a while, Himbara and his anti-Rwanda network lied that the Minister of Foreign Affairs died of poisoning. They named the poison, the poisoner and even cooked up a motive for his poisoning.

When they woke up to a picture of the Minister, they suddenly changed their tunes. Himbara now shamelessly claims the Minister had a stroke and is in recovery. The hypocrite and Professor of hate realized he was dancing on an empty grave, so he turned himself into a medical doctor, specialized in strokes.

The only thing he hopes to achieve with his U-turn is to have readers forget that he was amongst the first RNC mouthpieces to push the poison lie. It is typical of the RNC and their Chief propagandist; that how they operate. They will claim someone was killed or missing and when the person surfaces, they will still try to exploit it with wild speculation.

RNC and their P5 associates are violent terrorists that target innocents civilians with their militias. They are sponsored, trained and supported by Museveni’s regime. In Uganda, hundreds of Rwandans that refuse to join their cause are illegally arrested and tortured. The few lucky enough to be dumped at a border bring heartbreaking stories about the horrors they suffered in Ugandan Military Intelligence dungeons. RNC members take part directly in their ordeal, most victims testify to RNC members torturing them.

They even kill within their ranks; Ben Rutabana, an RNC commissioner who attempted to oppose the RNC defacto leader Kayumba Nyamwasa, simply disappeared. Rutabana’s family revealed that the disappearance took place in Kampala. They accuse Kayumba and his brother-in-law Frank Ntwali, both known to use Ugandan Military Intelligence as their private militia, to have orchestrated the disappearance.

The senior RNC member, David Himbara, who fabricated and celebrated the fake news on Minister’s poisoning is not different from his torturers based in Uganda. The Professor of hate is trying to salvage his lies for more hateful propaganda.

They only know how to write slanders such as the one about Sezibera, yet they are the ones engaged in atrocities and murder!

Weed smoking David Himbara tries to twist the 2019 World Bank’s Doing Business Report to mislead his readers. Envious of Rwanda’s economic development, he writes that the World Bank Changed Their Tune On Rwanda. The fact that the World Bank proclaimed Rwanda to have one of the world’s best environments for doing business drives Himbara crazy that he believes this is cronyism.

Globally, Rwanda ranked 38 and scored 76.3%, maintaining its second position on the continent in the World Bank’s annual Doing Business indices this year. In the Doing Business 2020, Rwanda is among a few economies in Sub-Saharan Africa that improved its business climate.

According to the World Bank reports, Rwanda implemented three reforms over the past 12 months of review on getting electricity, starting a business and dealing with construction permits. However, there was an abrupt change in the methodology where the World Bank debuted assessing the Active Stock Exchange as part of the indicators, hence Rwanda’s current rank.

Himbara the professor of hate deliberately distorts facts about Rwanda’s economic development as a way of achieving his motive of tarnishing Rwanda’s image, despite knowing that facts and reports are there for everyone to see.

David Himbara, the RNC propagandist, has just posted another smear against President Kagame. After a picture circulated Yoweri Museveni, his 77-year-old sponsor, deeply sleeping in the Russia-Africa summit, he questions the fitness of other leaders.

The picture is not unique, his main sponsor is old and does have a tendency to sleep in public events. To divert from the ridicule Museveni draws with his public naps, the RNC troll attacks the Rwandan Leader, something he has done over 400 times this year.

As a Professor of Hate, he deliberately targets the Rwandan leadership as part of his attempts to destabilize Rwanda. With friends and sponsors like his, however, he should be the last person to talk about leadership or competence. His associates and friends are wanted fugitives, international criminals for terrorism, crimes against humanity and genocide.

One of his sponsors, the RNC chief financier Tribert Rujugiro is an internationally acclaimed corrupt individual. Rujugiro used the steal corpses in an insurance fraud, his also a convicted tax fraudster. He actually dogged taxes his entire business life and it eventually landed an ankle monitor on his leg in UK when he was placed under house arrest for tax evasion. The almost 80 years old now finances terrorist activities seeking to cause chaos, his favorite work environment.

His RNC terrorist boss, Kayumba Nyamwasa, is a convicted terrorist who threw grenades at innocents civilians. Nyamwasa was also a land grabber, details of how he used to steal cows have also recently emerged. Hidden in South Africa, he lures young gullible minds to certain death in battlefields against professional armies. He makes his money fundraising for his terrorist movement and diverts the funds to his private business.

Himbara is also surrounded by genocidal maniacs, he once tried to have one Theodore Rukeratabaro released from Swedish custody by committing perjury (lying under oath) in his convicted genocidaire’s appeal case. The list of David Himbara’s dark friends is too long.

The most notorious of his circle has to be Yoweri Museveni. For 33 years, he martyred Uganda for his personal benefit. There are few crimes that he hasn’t committed against his country and his neighbors. To add salt on injury, he is now grooming his son to continue squeezing Uganda dry for his family’s benefit. Museveni will kill, torture, steal, and commit any other atrocity to rule Uganda forever.

The weed-smoking propagandist is really the last person that should comment about leadership and competence, he is simply unable to recognize either one. Only the bloodthirsty and the corrupt make it in his definition of “leadership”.

The weed smoking propagandist David Himbara is a camouflaged agent of hate. He masquerades as some form of activists, or as a Professor, etc, but in reality, he is nothing but a Professor of Hate utilizing Nazi propaganda techniques to plant division and hate. His ultimate fantasy is for RNC, and their patron Museveni to bring down the Rwandan administration, so that their terrorist organization can take over as puppets of the Kampala regime.

Since the 31st of December 2018, the weed smoking RNC Liar in Chief produced an astronomical amount of hate pieces on his medium blog. In 295 days, to be exact, he smeared the President’s name 411 times his medium blog out of 417 blogs, with the name ‘Kagame’ in the title. In other words, 98% of weed smoking Himbara’s post are hate posts directed at the Rwandan leader with a repetitive mention of his name. The repetitions are more than a mere coincidence; Himbara is borrowing from known hate speech technics for indoctrination and labelling. The infamous Nazi propagandist Goebbels designed with these repetitions, he believed in constant repetitions to tarnish and slander.

Yoweri Museveni and Rujugiro finance and support the propaganda against Rwanda as they support and finance any effort to destabilize Rwanda. Himbara benefits from their deep pockets; in 2015 alone, they gave him more than $400,000 to lobby against the Rwandan government and it leader. The two grumpy old men also sponsor violent militias, genocidal maniacs and anyone else willing to join their enterprise to destabilize Rwanda.

The only thing he is currently teaching and preaching is hate. His last three books, self-published as all publishers refused to publish pure slander were also titled with “Kagame” as the first word. In reality, Himbara smokes his weed and then writes hate and slander, he is the Professor of Hate by excellence. The paid propagandist is relentless in teaching hate, give him a microphone or a camera and ask him to talk about the weather; he will begin with ‘Kagame’ and follow it with a hate sermon. Worryingly, the Professor of Hate still labels himself as an educator and is still allowed to approach young minds; parents and real educators should be concerned. The weed smoking RNC propagandist will intoxicate their young ones and lure them into terrorism, to certain death most likely in East Congo.

Their death will not stop the weed smoking Professor of hate to maintain his repetitive Nazi styled hate propaganda.

For the likes of David Himbara, a dedicated RNC smear and hate propagandist and a weed smoker, writing nonsense from a point of view of ignorance is not a concern. But for the rest of the world, normal and decent, a very basic fact check is _sine qua non_ (essential), to at the very least avoid making a fool of oneself.

The RNC propagandist recent wrote what he termed as breaking news, the Hirwa Gorilla family has moved from Rwanda to Uganda. He literary used a wildlife normal migration for political ends, politicizing natural conversation efforts. Gorilla’s move freely within the Viruga park area that extends in Rwanda, DR Congo and Uganda. In fact, a few years ago, the only group of gorillas moved from Uganda to join the twenty groups that lived in Rwanda. When this happened, there were no celebrations or political undertones attributed to the migration.

It was a normal occurrence much like the Hirwa movement to Uganda. Moreover, with the Greater Virunga Initiative, countries agreed to share revenue for tourists visiting a group that has crossed from one state to another. Meaning, Uganda will be sharing revenue generated by the Hirwa migration (assuming they keep their words).

Himbara and his cheap band of propagandists should keep gorillas out of your cheap propaganda. It is also unwise for them to pick on Rwanda’s conservation; it is a global success is there for all to see. Their cheap online thrills will not dent the global recognition of Rwanda’s conservation and environmental policy.
