The weed smoking RNC propagandist woke up to a massive slap in face. The Rwandan President’s press meeting left the propagandist bitter and sour, Himbara’s anti-Rwanda network was unmasked rendered useless.

President debunked several cheap falsehoods circulated in the anti-Rwandan propaganda. But what hurts Himbara is not that his “Rwanda is spying” narrative was debunked, or that his “Rwanda cooks numbers” lie fell apart; what hurts Himbara is the actual “meet the press” event.

For years, the RNC propagandist’s central lie is that centers on tainting Rwanda as a brutal oppressive regime yet national and international press witness first hand how open and democratic Rwanda is. The atmosphere of the event trashed all that Himbara and his network have been saying.

Unlike in Himbara’s paymaster master Museveni regime where journalists are briefed on what to ask the president; for Rwanda’s presidential press conference the press was free to asked any questions. But Himbara doesn’t want to tell his readers how Museveni banned all sorts of questions about the Rwanda-Uganda conflict; Himbara should be telling us about his praised freedom of expression in Uganda.

It left the weed smoker confused and out of breath, resulting in one of the most bizarre post in which he quotes the Art of War and the Bible at the same time! Himbara knows his campaign failed and he fears his sponsors might reach the same conclusion. Yoweri Museveni (aka Exhibit #1510) and Tribert Rujugiro (#AnkleBeeps) have poured millions in financing Himbara and his network to tarnish tarnish Rwanda, a move that has died on arrival.

Meanwhile, Himbara keeps cashing his checks, making a living from an elaborate scheme of pseudo-activist and journalists that are in fact paid propagandists. In his conclusion, out of desperation, the weed smoker concludes that the Rwandan President will be removed “by the sword”, a blatant admission that his smear campaign has failed. Before writing his empty threat, the RNC propagandist should really have asked his military wing in “P5”; they would have explained to him that his “by sword” joke can only be typed on his laptop’s keyboard not in reality, considering the experiencing P5 had in Minembwe and Musanze district attempts to subvert Rwanda.

Terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa mourns fellow terrorist by exploiting his partners death

Terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa has ended the week on yet another sour note, one more partner in his Ugandan sponsored “P5” militia has died in Congo. RUD-Urunana “General” Musabyimana Juvenal alias Jean Michel Africa was killed this Saturday and instead of mourning his fellow terrorist, he decides to dance on his partner’s grave by posting #FakeNews on his CMI sponsored RPF Gakwerere Facebook Page.

The P5 terrorists alliance, which both Terrorists Kayumba and Musabyimana were top commanders, was established and implemented in Uganda with the facilitation of Ugandan authorities. Philemon Mateke, the Ugandan State Minister for Regional Cooperation personally organized and supervised coordination of the terrorist enterprise. Mateke was acting on behalf of his boss, Yoweri Museveni, the ruler of Uganda.

According to reliable sources, Musabyimana was a regular visitor to Kampala and was in constant communication with the Ugandan Minister and Major Frank Ntilikina (deputy to Kayumba Nyamwasa in the P5 armed wing). News of Musabyimana’s death must have reached Kayumba via their mutual handlers in the Ugandan Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI). His so called reliable sources are within CMI not the Rwandan Army (RDF); CMI, Museveni and Mateke are the ones who have been organizing RUD against Rwanda and it is in P5, so they should know what is happening to their forces.

To exploit the death of one of his own, Kayumba always deceives his master Museveni that he has sources within RDF. This is a lie he will continue to peddle to misled his Ugandan backers to justify his relevance in their shared agenda to subvert Rwanda.

When he ridiculously writes that his “sources” in the Rwandan Army (RDF) —voices in his head— told him that his RUD-Urunana partner died as a result of an RDF Special operation, he does so to exert some bizarre revenge in fabricating controversy on the death of his partner. He forgets that a dead terrorist is just that, it really doesn’t matter how the threat is neutralized so long as it no longer poses a threat.

Musabyimana, Mudacumura, Capt. (Rtd) Sibomana “Sibo”, Murwanyashyaka and others are just a few fellow senior terrorists that Kayumba has lost just in the couple of months, the list of those captured is equally long and impressive. He gets his obituaries from his terrorist network (including Uganda intelligence organs CMI, ESO and ISO) which is now hunted down in East Congo where Museveni had installed them.

On his RPF Gakwerere Facebook page, Terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa calls for redeployed Generals in Rwanda to rebel and commit treason. In Rwanda and in almost all other countries, the Commander in Chief of the armed forces has constitutional powers to reshuffle the military leadership whenever deemed necessary. He certainly does not need to seek approval from a wanted terrorist like Kayumba Nyamwasa.

Those he calls houseboys in his Ugandan sponsored online attack are well trained and skilled military officers committed to defend their nation. They are not like him who fled the country in fear of being held accountable for his treasonous crimes. In Kayumba’s terror group, Rwanda National Congress, they serve themselves with no higher purpose. It is about individuals who are consumed with titles and self interest.

That’s why his Ugandan regime sponsored terrorist enterprise is plagued with mutiny, factions, and internal wrangles; they serve nothing but their self-interests.

But he is to be excused because he knows not about the intricacies of management and administration, let alone Rwanda’s unique way of doing things, which has seen her succeed where many, including his mentor Museveni have failed.

Terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa and his sponsor are averse to the rigors of keeping the state machinery in a constantly well-oiled condition for better performance.
Unlike Rwanda’s results oriented leadership, Terrorist Nyamwasa’s sponsor Museveni never reshuffles his leadership, his favoritism based appointments last longer as his presidency. In Terrorist Nyamwasa’s poor analysis, he believes Rwanda should follow suit.

The fact that his calibre could not cope with this unique way of working led to his failure as a military leader in Rwanda and took the cowardly option of fleeing. If there is any recycling, terrorist Kayumba should be talking of the UPDF where generals have refused to officially retire from the army to give way for a new generation of military officers, where they continue to siphon state resources by drawing salaries and benefits and influence peddling.

David Himbara is usually furious at anyone that praises Rwanda, when the South Africa President praised Rwanda, the weed smoking propagandist unleashed a vicious attack on President Cyrill Ramaphosa. Attacking Ramaphosa is, however, no news since distorting every success story about Rwanda is what puts food on the Weed smoker’s table

Himbara could not digest that Rwanda is cited as an example in cleanness and ease in doing business. He must have been worried when President Ramaphosa said that he actually sends South African officials to learn best practices in Rwanda.

The RNC propagandist did not take it well, it was a hard pill to swallow, the self-proclaimed economist Himbara still has the guts to attack a whole President that harbors his boss, terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa.

Although, the South African President praises were based on facts, Himbara will simply not having it, praising Rwanda automatically attracts a hailstorm from him. Himbara and RNC’s deepest fear is that the SA rapprochement with Rwanda will eventually lead to their boss’s extradition to Rwanda, RNC henchmen should be reminded that their chief terrorist was convicted by Rwandan courts for crimes against humanity.

In fact, the South African President is not the only person praising for Rwanda. As he praised how one stop centers make doing business easy, it merely corroborated the World Bank that rates Rwanda second on the African continent in its doing business report. The RNC propagandist simply lost his marbles and could not formulate a logical argument. In his attack, he comes up with a ridiculous line that South Africa has nothing to learn from Rwanda simply based on a primitive comparison of the two countries GDP. The professor of hate lacks knowledge about countries’ development indicators, he thinks South Africa with its high GDP can’t learn from Rwanda yet there is a lot a state can learn from another regardless of being a big economy.

Countries exchange best practices in a number of fields. South Africa can learn from Rwanda and vice versa. As South Africans and Rwandans were welcoming President Ramaphosa’s comment, Himbara became the odd man out with his negative comments. It proves that Himbara is truly the Professor of Hate.

In his agenda aimed at silencing and suppressing any positive news from Rwanda, he is sponsored by Museveni who is equally hurt by positive news from Rwanda. The weed smoker should take the South African President’s praises as a call to reality, in some aspects even Museveni his sponsor would do well to seek advice from Rwanda.

Weed Smoking David Himabara, the RNC propagandist, has exposed more bigotry with his medium post on what he calls “Ugandans” in Rwandan institutions. The professor of hate reputed to only view Rwandans in terms of tribes, clans and family lineage, extends his bigotry to “place of birth”. Sponsored by Museveni, He misfires with an article claiming that there are no more as “Ugandans” in the Rwandan government.

Rwandans govern Rwanda regardless of their ethnic, clan, or family affiliations, which is not the case in Himbara’s worshiped Uganda regime. Himbara’s wish is to see Rwanda governed based on ethnicity as it happens in his paymaster’s Uganda; as he has always does in his one-sided analysis, he avoids mentioning how Uganda regime is led by just one tribe of Bahima in a country that has got over 45 tribes. The divisionism spewed by Himbara is what Rwandans vowed never to return to after the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi. The weed smoker’s analysis reveals more than his bigotry, as a sponsored tool, Himbara divisionism also reflects his terrorist group and sponsor.

Himbara’s readers should be reminded that the same divisionism he is sowing among Rwandans is the same foundation of the differences that hit his terror outfit RNC of recent. There are now more than two factions within RNC which were formed after some members questioned Terrorist Nyamwasa and his publicist Himbara’s ability to lead the group as well as citing RNC funds embezzlement and betrays between group members.

The Rwandan National Congress (RNC) that Himbara serves centers on Kayumba Nyamwasa’s family links; Frank Ntwali was appointed leader of RNC Youth Wing and represents Nyamwasa’s interests in Kampala; Rugema Kayumba heads recruitment activities overseas. Nyamwasa’s relatives are protected from any dangerous task and anyone who opposes the “Kayumbas” suddenly disappears. One Ben Rutabana is still missing, if Himbara wrote one article against Terrorist Kayumba, he would suffer the same faith.

Fugitive Himbara’s paymaster Museveni is no better, he rulers Uganda as an open nepotism and Kleptocracy for all to see. Museveni’s clansmen, the Bahimas, openly rob Ugandans and herd them with batons, tear gas, pepper sprays and bullets. In Uganda, nepotism is clear and in your face, the cabinet is composed of family and friends of Yoweri Museveni. He appointed his wife as the Minister for Sports and Education, he also promotes his son to General and appointed his Head of the Presidential security and later on as the senior President’s advisor in charge of operations. His in-law (father in law to his son) is the Minister of Foreign Affairs while the First Lady’s cousin formerly headed the Ministry of Security.

There is a lot to focus on with the ongoing wrangles in RNC, Weed smoker Himbara should shift focus to his entourage. He should either publish, “There are no more Kayumba Nyamwasa relatives in RNC” or “There are no more Museveni’s relatives in the Ugandan government”, either way; there are no “Ugandans” In the Rwandan government, only Rwandans manage Rwandan affairs.

RNC Weed-Smoking Himbara Fears And Panics Over New Security Ministry

David Himbara, the Rwandan National Congress’ (RNC) weed-smoking chief propagandist, can barely contain his fear of the establishment of a Ministry for Internal Security in Rwanda. He deflects his fear and claims that the Ministry “has been revived” to secure the Head of State of Rwanda in his recent blog. RNC, a terrorist movement, is so concerned with the development that they deployed their chief propagandist to hurl his usual insults.

Himbara has specialized in Ad hominem attacks (attacks on the person), one of the lowest forms of discourse. He typically attacks Rwandan leaders with smear and defamation to push RNC’s agenda as he gratifies his paymaster. This year alone, he posted over 450 hostile articles attacking one person; the President of Rwanda. For example, in his most recent post, he lies about the faith of the former Minister of Internal Security. He says, “Kagame nonetheless dumped Harelimana” when Harelimana leads a whole opposition political party and is serving as the Deputy Speaker of Parliament.

The weed-smoking propagandist is also disingenuous in his conclusion that a Ministry for Internal Security is for the President’s personal security. Most governments have a Ministry for Internal Security, even the Ugandan regime that sponsors him has a Ministry for Internal Security. What might be different in the Ugandan regime is the personalization of security which serves the first family instead of serving the people. The difference might have misled Himbara in his analysis. In Uganda, it is the President’s son, Lt-Gen. Kainerugaba Muhoozi, that headed the Presidential security. The President’s wife happens to be the Minister of Education and Sports and the father in law to Muhoozi is the Foreign Affairs Minister while the First Lady’s cousin formerly headed the Ministry of Security. In Himbara’s analysis, critical points are left out intentionally, he doesn’t want to tell his readers that unlike Museveni who embraced nepotism, President Kagame has no single relative in his reshuffled cabinet.

Finally, yet importantly, the recent establishment of the Ministry of Security is a big blow to all Rwandan terror groups mainly Himbara’s RNC and FDLR currently operating both in Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The move is seen as an impediment to their continued plots to subvert the Rwandan territory.

Terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa Source For Online Smear

Kayumba Nyamwasa, the fugitive terrorist leader of the Rwandan National Congress (RNC), blames the Rwandan Government for all deaths. It is a matter of propaganda for him; to tarnish Rwanda, whether accidental or natural causes he will always blame the Rwandan Government. This time, in one post on his Robert Patrick Gakwerere Facebook page, he says the late Nyandwi Joseph Desire was killed but also claims Nyandwi died of organ failure at the same time.

Sponsored by Yoweri Museveni (aka Exhibit #1510) and Tribert Rujugiro (aka #AnkleBeeps), Kayumba Nyamwasa’s RNC uses all possible means to attempt to destabilize Rwanda. The terrorist has also used grenade attacks and armed militias in his numerous failed attempts. The more he fails on other fronts, the more he falls back to online anonymity to slander and sow division. The fugitive, in slandering online, is aided by environmental factors; his proximity to Museveni and Rujugiro’s world inspires him.

After 33 years of corruption, nepotism and total chaos, Museveni’s world is littered with murders and assassinations of political opponents. Unlike Late Hon Nyandwi Desire who died of natural causes, Kayumba intentionally dodges to tell his readers that Gen. Aronda Nyakairima and Brig-Gen. As for Rujugiro, his other sponsor, his world is so dark that he is known to have made a fortune stealing corpses in an insurance fraud scheme.

With such sponsors, it is easy for Kayumba to come up with crazy stories of poison, murder and betrayal, that the world he lives in. When his militia adventures in East Congo go sour, his commanders captured and paraded or killed, the fugitive terrorist becomes an online mouthpiece as it becomes obvious that his militia failed. His wild fallacies are now getting wilder as the countdown to a harder beating in Congo began with the new Kinshasa leadership determined to get rid of all terror groups operating in the Congolese jungles.

Kayumba Nyamwasa, instead of joining the young people he lured in a suicidal mission, hides behind his Facebook. In reality, he is once again shinning his cowardliness.

The RNC’s Weed Smoking propagandist, David Himbara, a disgraced academic that has now been reduced to writing sponsored RNC smear attacks, just published a long useless piece on the Bugesera Airport projects.

Masquerading as an intellectual, he routinely attacks any mega project in Rwanda. He focus on all ongoing and complete project and terms writes slanderous articles. All his pseudo analysis have the same methodology. He takes twists a source or creates one in line with his RNC terrorist agenda.

In his recent post, he quotes the US government but hyperlinks a non US government website, he takes a paragraph out of context from a newspaper article; none of his citations actually say what he claims they say. He attacks the airport project saying in is not viable but then lists investors – omitting to mention some stake holders like the AFDB (African Development Bank).

Himbara is truly megalomaniac to think that from his hideout, he knows better than investment firms, business experts, who objectively review their portfolios before investing. The Ugandan regime sponsored mouthpiece grossly over estimates the value of his blogs. No one will take investment advice from the RNC terrorist group’s propagandist!

Rwanda has one of the highest credit rating in Africa (B+ by Standard and Poor’s), it is also ranked second in doing business on the continent, it is rank amongst the most efficient and transparent governance worldwide. These are facts that investors look at in choosing Rwanda. His sponsored blog attacks are not going to change facts.

With over 450 smear attacks from his blogs yielding no results, someone ought to give him the Einstein definition of madness, “Doing the same thing over and over again, while expecting a different result.”

David Himbara, The Weed-Smoking Propagandist, Preying On Asylum Seekers

David Himbara, the RNC weed smoking propagandist, is attempting to relay a documentary on Radio Canada Info that featured Judi Rever, a fellow Anti-Rwanda mouthpiece and notorious negationist of the Genocide against Tutsi. Inspired by their recent machinations in manipulating asylum seekers in Europe and in Australia, Judi Rever gives her Canadian version of the propaganda narrative.

The Anti-Rwandan propagandists have played this tune before. They identify Rwandans whose stay is in jeopardy and offer them lies to hurl in a asylum claim promising to help with their claim. In the Canadian case, it is interesting to note that the fake witness is brought forward only after her study permit was coming to a close.

In most societies, an asylum claim is done upon arrival. The sudden change of heart of a fake spy does not hold waters. How do they want anyone to believe such a wild story?

In the documentary, the claim is that the fake spy mission was to identify the whereabouts of someone’s parents. In a digital age where everyone shares pictures and location, a simple google search would suffice. Sending a trained spy for a simple “locate the parents” mission is fished out of a fantasy cooked up by propagandists.

The weed smoking propagandist and his entire network of anti-Rwanda forces should know their trickery has been unmasked. They should own their shameless lies, preying on the global migration trends will not sanitize their anti-Rwanda narrative.
