The Corrupt Museveni sponsored outlet has begun its coordination with the Burundian regime internationally reputed for its crimes against humanity and brutality.

The Burundian junta leader, Pierre Nkuruziza, who forcefully extended his rule by claiming his first term in office did not count, used a press conference to launch a series of unfounded allegations against Rwanda. It offered an entry point for the Museveni sponsored trolls like edge an opportunity to slander Rwanda.

Edge is managed by one Roger Atukunda, he is paid by the Ugandan Police to write smear against Rwanda. In his usual fashion, Nkurunziza played his diversion songs that Rwanda is the source of his problems when he consciously caused the current crisis in Burundi by deliberately ignoring term limits. The crisis has so far led to death of over 5000 innocent Burundians, the displacement of 500,000, and thousands more tortured and illegally detained. 

According to the UN Group of Experts,(UNGoE) Burundi has also served as a base for terrorist militias like FDLR, FLN and RNC. Callixte Nsabimana, the leader of FLN extradited to face trial in Rwanda, pled guilty to terrorism charges and confessed that he worked in close collaboration with the Burundian regime. His testimony was confirmed by numerous militia attacks in the southern province of Rwanda. The favorite militia route in their terrorist attacks is through Nyungwe Forest that extends into Burundi.

A virunga Post website article recently elaborate on Uganda and Burundi’s joint efforts in destabilizing Rwanda. Edge article relaying Nkurunziza irrational and senseless speech is an indication that the collaboration has begun. No self-respecting journalists, other than a paid propagandist would give any value to the words of someone who openly claims to hear voices and who sees the future in his dreams.

Currently under International Criminal Court Investigations for crimes against Humanity, Museveni’s ally in destabilizing Rwanda, Nkurunziza should focus on the numerous challenges he created when he opted to disregard constitutional term limits.

Museveni’s stooge, David Himbara, could not help himself. With heavy rains, some of the most severe in recent times, Kigali braved floods and its emergency preparedness responded on time as opposed to the recent floods in the Ugandan capital Kampala.

Himbara who writes on behalf of Museveni, spewing venom to destabilize Rwanda, recently criticized preparations for the heavy rains. As a functional state, Rwanda’s meteorological agency issued warnings, and populations living in hazardous areas were moved. Himbara (who wished that many Rwandans die from the high risk zones) criticized the operation calling it inhuman, and all sorts of propagandist jargon.

These were lives saved by planning and coordination which his sponsoring state doesn’t bother with. Instead, Museveni blamed God and Ugandans probably as he preferred to check on his cows before planning a secret medical trip. His stooge, meanwhile, is instructed to exploit everything that might harm Rwanda, even a natural calamity forgetting that hundreds lost lives in the recent floods in Uganda.

After 34 years of gross misrule, corruption and nepotism, the only strategy of the Kampala regime is to use Rwanda to distract and scapegoat. While holding hundreds of innocents Rwandans in illegal detentions and torturing them without a case, the Corrupt Ugandan ruler Museveni does not care about Rwanda when he is sponsoring attacks on their motherland, therefore his weed smoking Stooge Himbara is not fooling anyone.

The paid mouthpiece of the Ugandan regime, David Himbara, can foresee that his annual report to Museveni will be gloomy. Having received huge amounts of money to tarnish Rwanda and its leadership while sanitizing terrorist groups like the Rwandan National Congress (RNC) and their P5 allies, Himbara suffered major setbacks. His reflex, for lack of any other recourse, is to project his failures onto Rwanda.

Museveni’s Stooge Himbara is a paid propagandist; he writes what Museveni tells him to write. In this case, Museveni too has suffered massive setbacks in 2019 and does appear to have directed an attack on all points that represent Rwandan success against his plan to destabilize Rwanda. Himbara takes success and tries to tarnish them with his usual spin. He takes the Qatar airport deal and calls it a debt when it is a direct investment. The $1.3 Billion hurt Museveni’s feelings so much that he orders his stooge to call it a loan to hoodwink Ugandans not to hold him accountable for billions dollar projects that have stalled in Uganda. It represents, once again, a failure to sabotage the economy of Rwanda.

On top of his failure to sabotage the economy, his militia agenda with RNC saw in 2019 its worst year. All proxy groups set up and supported by the Uganda junta lost senior commanders and “leaders” this year. Mudacumura of FDLR, Musabyimana of RUD-Urunana, Sibomana of RNC, Gen.Shemeki Shaban of CNRD/FLN just to mention a few are top commanders killed on the battlefield.

The list of captured militias runs into hundreds, as those surrendering are in their thousands. 2019 is also the year Museveni’s RNC militia commander Kayumba Nyamwasa organized the disappearance of RNC Commissioner Ben Rutabana who was getting to noisy for his liking. The disappearance of Rutabana scared off another RNC Commissioner Jean-Paul Turayishimye who resigned fearing to end up “missing” which has now left the terrorist group divided. Furthermore one of their contacts in Rwanda, Jackie Umuhoza, daughter of their Ugandan “Province” Executive Committee Coordinator Deo Nyirigira, is facing charges of espionage and treason.

Himbara is a useful idiot to the Ugandan regime; he allows them to say what they could never do after 34 years of misrule, corruption, and nepotism. For instance, as Museveni cannot dare criticise Rwanda‘s emergency preparedness against floods he sends Himbara to do so. In the first week of December, floods killed 36 Ugandans, and Museveni’s reaction was to blame God and Ugandans.

The same Corrupt Museveni who is unhappy to see that Rwanda took preemptive measures to save her citizens’ lives, he sends his stooge Himbara to write nonsense that 1000 people were displaced.

In 2019, Museveni really lost a lot; even his health is failing him, Himbara’s lies might make him feel better for a few hours but eventually, reality comes back to haunt him.

David Himbara, Museveni’s stooge, is once again braving ridicule to fulfill his mission. The weed smoking propagandist is paid to write smear and for lack of substance, he once again fabricates false stories to meet his paymaster’s demand.

He truly enjoys his weed, the stooge forgets how dangerous it is to work for Corrupt Museveni, especially on the anti-Rwanda desk with the Rwandan National Congress (RNC). Museveni is deadly, hundreds of Ugandans can testify, he does not even hesitate to kill his own friends.

The latest victim is Rwandan dissident, Ben Rutabana of RNC who disappeared in Kampala for just a quarrel with Museveni’s RNC militia commander Kayumba Nyamwasa, former CDF Gen Aronda Nyakairima perceived as Museveni’s rival was poised; Museveni will order killings without hesitation. If he doesn’t kill you, his wife, son, brother or nephew will.

Himbara should know that the Museveni mafia is a dangerous organization, even his own ministers fear it. The former State Minister for ICT Aidah Nantaba said the mafia wanted to kill her. So far she has been very lucky; one week ago, they fired her. We can only hope they do not do to her what they did to Muhammad Kirumira. They fired him from the police for standing up against corruption and then gunned him down!

The RNC propagandist Himbara should focus on his own safety regardless of what assignment Museveni gives him. It simply does not end well.

Yoweri Museveni has mobilized his entire arsenal of online trolls and media outlets to defend Philemon Mateke, his Minister of State for Regional Affairs and longtime point man for genocidal forces supported by the Ugandan regime. Born in Rwanda, Mateke is a household name in the PARIMEHUTU ideology. His divisionism can be traced almost 50 years ago, in 1972, when he led savage revenge attacks on Rwandan Tutsi in Uganda for what he claimed was happening to Hutu’s in Burundi at the hand of Burundian Tutsis. The attack on Rwandan refugees in 1972 illustrated how deep his hatred runs; he attacked innocent Rwandans blaming them for occurrences that were happening in a third country.

Philemon Mateke continued his “Rwandanphobic” when he served Obote and even in the 1990s under Museveni. During the liberation struggle, he used to tip Habyarimana army on RPF positions coordinates army for bombardment. Two recent anti-Rwanda acts prove that the octogenarian still has a regional approach to his bigotry with the support of his leader, Yoweri Museveni.

In the second Luanda MoU implementation, Ad Hoc Commission in Uganda the Rwandan delegation proved that Mateke was in constant communication with RUD-Urunana militias. The terrorists that Mateke coordinated, invaded Rwanda and killed 14 civilians with machetes and hammers, the weapon of choice of genocidal forces, and fled back to Uganda. They are currently hiding in Corrupt Museveni’s Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) barracks that provide terrorist movements with financial and logistical support.

In 2018, he organized a meeting of FDLR and RNC at Serena hotel Kampala, his FDLR delegation ran into trouble on the way back to their bases in the East Democratic Republic of Congo. Ignace Nkaka aka LaForge Fils Bazeye, its spokesperson and Lt Jean Pierre Nsekanabo the intelligence chief were arrested and extradited to Rwanda. They were interviewed by a UN Group of Expert (UNGoE) and confirmed that Mateke is directly involved with anti-Rwandan terrorist groups operating in DR Congo. When the UNGoE sought Mateke to hear his version on the Serena terrorist meeting, he refused to meet the UN.

The Ugandan regime was caught off guard by the public condemnation of their Minister of State; they wrongly presumed that the Rwandan side would play window dressing diplomacy. Without Museveni’s go-ahead, it would be unthinkable that a Minister would engage in active terrorism in a neighboring state. Defending Mateke is, therefore, defending Museveni who oversees and coordinates plots destabilize Rwanda.

This only happen in Uganda where the regime sponsors outright smears and virulent misinformation campaigns to defend its evil agenda aiming at toppling leadership of neighboring state.

News reaching my desk has been that Museveni stooge and now mentally injured David Himbara -after damaging his lungs and liver from binge drinking and excessive intake of Marijuana- has asked his paymaster for more time on the propaganda docket as his life plunges into severe distress.

In fact, while the whole anti-Rwanda propaganda machine was busy distorting remarks of Rwanda’s state minister in charge of regional affairs, Olivier Nduhungirehe on outcomes of the previous round of the second ad-hoc commission, the ailing Himbara had excused himself to join the bandwagon later as he looked for more lies against him and struggling with his health status.

His latest piece after struggling to defend Museveni’s junta officials against empirical evidence provided by Minister Nduhungirehe on Rwanda’s concerns with Uganda. He signed it with a miserable teaser “Stay Tuned,” like saying “Give me more time as I patch up more lies.”

On the other hand, David Himbara literally forgets that his mission as a paid propagandist is to lie for Museveni, failure to that would make his life more miserable and make him a pauper. He knows very well no one else would employ him in Canada.

One can literary add that Museveni’s stooge and chimney weed smoker Himbara, has come late to toe the newest order like that given to Softpower, CommandPost, Nilewire, Sulah Nuwamanya, Titus Seruga which is “Attack Olivier Nduhungirehe, he has hurt us so much.”

In argumentative writing, argumentum ad hominem – an argument based on an attack against the person– is used when one lacks any other factual argument. Himbara is powerless against the evidence that Museveni has been supporting efforts to destabilize Rwanda; he lacks any argument to defend his sponsor. He, therefore, hopes that an Ad Hominen against Minister Nduhungirehe completed with a “stay tuned” conclusion will secure a paycheque and a renewal of his contract as Museveni’s stooge in 2020.

Barely 24 hours after the Ad Hoc committee on the Luanda MoU implementation, Ugandan regime ruler’s Stooge David Himbara plays his role in the regime’s longtime plan to destabilize Rwanda. As their sponsored mouthpiece, the weed smoker relays a baseless allegation that the Museveni regime uses to justify the persecution of innocents Rwandans.

They no longer bother denying that they illegally detained, incommunicado and in secret detentions facilities, hundreds of innocents Rwandans. The Corrupt Museveni regime now tries to justify their cruel acts with a falsehood that Rwanda infiltrated their security agencies and that Rwanda kidnapped “refugees” under their protection. Himbara relays this line of defense that attempts to justify the persecution of innocents Rwandans and connects the arrest of the former IGP of Uganda to the extradition which he calls abduction of a deserter named Joel Mutabazi.

Joel Mutabazi, a deserter, is not governed by UNHCR refugees convention nor was he kidnapped. He was handed over in October 2013 by Ugandan authorities. The former Ugandan IGP, Kale Kayihura, was arrested in August 2018, five years later, probably due to the constant internal wranglers and the need for Museveni to once in a while produce a scapegoat for his failures.

Amongst the hundreds of innocents Rwandans illegally detained no one has been charged in the last two years with kidnapping. In facts, most of them have not been charged with anything at all! When Museveni’s Minister was pressed for answers, he used the “infiltration” excuse that Himbara is now duty-fully relaying.

To counter the irrefutable proof tabled by Rwanda in the MoU Ad Hoc committee, Himbara trivializing it as “a boy crying wolf”. Not a month goes by without the Canadian Police receiving an alert from Himbara, crying wolf assassins for almost the last ten years. Himbara would use his shadow as proof of his life being threatened just to get some attention.

When Rwanda said Uganda was attempting to destabilize it, it proved it to so much extent that only a blind man would not see it. Uganda has been caught pants down issuing passports to terrorists, facilitating their transports and meetings in Kampala. Almost all captured terrorist militias have links to Uganda and one terrorist militia was even captured with a mobile phone constantly talking to a Ugandan Minister. The call log revealed he was in communication with Minister Mateke before, during and after the Kinigi attack that claimed 14 innocent civilian lives.

Similarly, when Rwanda said there were armed militias in Congo forming groups to attack it, they proved it beyond reasonable doubt. In fact, the Congolese Army recently arrested over 1700 Rwandan militias who are bankrolled by Corrupt Museveni.

As for Museveni and his mouthpiece, they claim infiltration but do not even try to prove it in their own courtrooms. The truth is that Museveni is busy torturing innocents Rwandans hoping to extract confessions; they are then faced with a dilemma of how to produce injured victims of torture in court rooms. The Ugandan junta ruler then bankrolls trolls and propagandist like his stooge Himbara to buy time as he tries to figure out his next move.

The boy who screamed wolf is a better fit for those, like Himbara and Museveni, who make baseless allegations over and over again.

Disgraced and Conflicted lapdog Gideon Rukundo Rugari’s confused post commenting on the Rwanda-Uganda crisis and then diving into Rwandan wetlands protection policy shows how conflicted he is. His crisis of identity can be seen in almost all his post, a Ugandan ruling party National Resistance Movement (NRM) aspiring member parliament for Ndorwa West yet always meddling into matters of another sovereignty state Rwanda.

Secretly, the RNC lapdog Rugaii is also a member of the Rwandan National Congress (RNC) Uganda Province Committee, he is in charge of media and communication (slander and defamation online). But as the RNC is incapable of keeping a secret, Rugali quickly became the public face of NRM-RNC alliance which in reality is the Corrupt Museveni-Kayumba association to destabilize Rwanda. Museveni (NRM) supports Kayumba’s (RNC) armed terrorist movement to subvert Rwanda.

The corrupt Museveni policy led to the current crisis and the border closure that Rugali tries to comment about. The Ugandan economy has lost over $600 million USD since Rwanda advised her citizens not to cross to Uganda, its border towns have been turned into ghost towns. For normal relations between Rwanda and Uganda, Uganda has to stop its hostilities:

• Release innocent Rwandan civilians it illegally detains in secret facilities without trial.
• Stop harboring and supporting terrorist groups like RNC, FLN, FDLR
• Stop its hate and smear media campaign against Rwanda

Above are the conditions set out to the Ugandan regime for the border to open. Rugali and his colleagues had tried all forms of pressure online, from smear to outright threats. But at the end of the day Museveni will have to choose, RNC or trade.

Conflicted Rugali is as confused as his boss, faced with failure on all sides, he then moves to condemn Rwanda’s wetlands protection policy which protects against flood related incidents. He does so as Kampala is flooded, and when his leaders’ reaction to death from his chaotic rule is to blame God!

The confused Rugari should spend more time with his constituents instead of running his campaigns on Rwanda; they will tell him how desperate they are for trade with Rwanda. Ndorwa voters will tell Rugali that Rwanda is not his business to mind about as they still starve and living under poverty line despite his sponsor’s 34 years of chaotic rule. His campaign on Rwanda will not get him votes, except Museveni’s vote and money.

The masquerading “Professor” in Development hired by Corrupt Museveni to tarnish Rwanda turns out to be fraud. One can tell this by simply reading what he writes.

The RNC propagandist Himbara is said to have changed names to complete high school after crashing with the lowest possible scores. He changed his initial name Muruganwa to fake one Himbara with a decent high school records, his forgery constantly catches up with him as his posts reveal ignorance of very basic economic concepts.

The Museveni Stooge, Himbara writes that the recent Rwandan economic growth of 11% is not possible because its currency lost value to the dollar. The claim leaves economists laughing hard as devaluation of a currency can be a source of economic growth. If one holds a strong currency, local products are more expensive hence less competitive.

For the benefit of Himbara (or Murunganwa in this case), the current exchange rate means that for an importer of Rwandan product with dollars in his hands, they can buy more products in Rwanda. As a result, Rwanda products fair better compared to similar products produced elsewhere. Economic growth, an expansion of the gross domestic product, can be stimulated by a favorable exchange rate that make local products more competitive on the export market. With more willing to buy competitive Rwandan products, there will be more producers, more jobs, etc…

For any economists reading the confused Museveni Stooge’s post, equating currency fluctuation to currency collapse is equally ridiculous. All that Himbara showed is that the Dollar has been getting stronger against the Rwandan Franc. Yet the same is true with all other currencies globally meaning it is the dollar that is gaining value. The British Pound, the Euro, even the Ugandan Shilling have all lost value to the US Dollar. If Himbara was consistent in his claim then he would find himself sounding the alarm for other currencies too.

The reality is that Museveni found himself a useful idiot with a fake title. Museveni is angered by the Rwandan economic growth and he needs someone to cast doubt on the Rwandan success. He therefore pays a disgraced fraud like Himbara whom he turned into the Stooge to write smear to make himself feel better about his gross mismanagement of the Ugandan economy for the last 34 years.

When one considers that Himbara is paid by a regime that prints money to buy votes, the absurd economic analysis is somehow understandable. If Museveni cannot see how dangerous it is to print money for his economy, he cannot see how his Stooge Himbara’s article is laughable to economists.

Within the elaborate arsenal that the Corrupt Museveni regime deploys to attack Rwanda with online smear; his stooge David Himbara, a failed academic constantly abusing drugs and alcohol, meets his demands. To access Museveni’s anti-Rwanda propaganda funds, one simply has to smear recklessly Rwanda. For Himbara, what Museveni wants is written in gold regardless of how ridiculous it is.

With the recent announcement that Qatar is investing $1.3 Billion Dollars in the construction of the new Bugesera airport, the ruler of Uganda’s demands are clear. He wants the project to failure. His instructions to the beneficiaries of his mud-throwing fund are that they should attack the project relentlessly.

One might be forgiven for not understanding why Corrupt Museveni, the ruler of Uganda, is so hell bent on attacking the Qatar-Rwanda airport joint venture. The answer lies in his general attitude towards Rwanda and explains why Museveni is openly hostile to Rwanda.

It is no state secret that the Ugandan Junta leader, since the liberation of Rwanda, always viewed Rwanda as an extension of his nepotistic kleptocracy rule. He assumed that whatever role played in the liberation effort meant that he could make Rwanda a district of his Uganda. In other words, Museveni is the uncle that accompanies you to a dowry hoping to bed your spouse.

He, however, quickly realized that his dream of ruling Rwanda were a mirage. Quickly, Rwanda asserted itself as a sovereign nation and when Corrupt Museveni tried to use force in Kisangani, he found out the hard way. His reaction was to attempt everything possible to destabilize Rwanda and its leadership in particular. Over the years, he regrouped and organized anyone with an axe to grind against Rwanda. Fleeing Rwandan genocidal maniacs, Terrorists, rapist, fraudsters, cartels, were all welcome in Uganda. Initially they received support (passports, money, arms, etc), but it quickly became management, coordination and organization.

The Ugandan ruler mainly attacks Rwanda via proxies he setup on the Democratic Republic of Congo jungles for that purpose. He has so far been proven to sponsor armed militia groups (RNC, FLN, FDLR, P5), there are equally over 20 media and social media outlets funded by his regime to smear Rwanda, and has so far been proven to sabotage the Rwandan economy at every change he gets.

David Himbara, for example, received over $400,000 USD in 2015 just to secure a hearing in the American Congress. Furthermore, Corrupt Museveni sabotaged an electricity import deal from Ethiopia, refused to grant Rwandair common aviation rights to board and disembark passengers enroute, he also blocked minerals and milk exports from Rwanda. The list of his hostile escalated recently, he now openly persecutes Rwandans living in Uganda with his Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) abducting and holding incommunicado hundreds of innocents Rwandans.

The 75 years old ruler has been trying to destabilize Rwanda for about twenty years now but has not succeeded. It must be painful for him to see how, despite all the hurdles he places in Rwanda’s path to development, Rwanda still triumphed. When Rwanda attracts investors, it is a failure in Museveni’s book. The $1.3 Billion Qatar investment and the Bugesera project represent a massive failure for him. Since he failed to stop it, he unleashed his stooge (his foul mouthpiece) Himbara to tarnish the investment.

Qatar, or any other serious investor, does not care about Himbara’s sponsored fake analysis just like Himbara does not really write out of concern for investors. Investors can spot propaganda and smear, this is a fact that even Museveni’s stooge Himbara is aware of. He therefore writes to please Museveni, deliberately confusing the old man with numbers, while hoping to continue getting his paycheck. For the propagandist, Corrupt Museveni is the goose that lays golden eggs as long as you attack Rwanda.
