The New Times Rwanda has a troll, especially on sewage matters; the troll is none other than David Himbara. Himbara, the Rwanda National Congress propagandist, bizarrely has a keen interest in the announced centralized sewage system for Kigali. The weed smoking Professor of hate interest in the Kigali’s sewage system indicates that the project will be in his target sight in his effort to sabotage positive development in Rwanda.

David Himbara has been doing everything he can to tarnish to image of Rwanda bitter that the country moves on despite his efforts to destabilized Rwanda. The propagandist, who fakes data, news and events to harm Rwanda, regularly, trolls The New Times for any announcement of a mega project to tarnish. In his megalomaniac mind, he overplays his importance and believes his analysis to be of global importance when the reality is that no one actually cares.

For the past ten years, he swindles anti-Rwandan forces with the idea that he can halt economic development in Rwanda with his smear and fabrication. In turn, anti-Rwandan forces sponsor him enabling him to live a life solely based on smearing. In urban lingo, Himbara is the definition of “a professional hater”, he will hate on Rwanda for anything and he is paid to do so. Be it an airport, a road, a hospital, or even the weather; as long as it is good news from Rwanda, Fugitive Himbara will attack and criticize it. If it is written by the New Times, Himbara will have to react.

The weed smoker’s obsession with sewage matters, with no expertise on the matter other than populating trash online, will certainly entertain him for a few weeks to come as he again struggles to impress his sponsors; but he ought to know; no one cares about his opinion.

Jealousy, David Himbara the RNC Propagandist is busy counting diplomatic trips conducted by a Head of State. To illustrate his boredom, we will review Himbara’s own foreign trips. Everything he does on behalf of his sponsors is purely for the benefit of a terrorist enterprise.

In May 2019, Himbara flew to rescue convicted genocide convicts from extradition. His sponsor Rujugiro, sponsored him a return trip to Sweden to plead for Genocide convict Theodore Rukeratabaro. He failed his mission and left ridiculed for his silly attempt.

About 5 years ago, they also sponsored him with hundreds of thousands to travel to Washington, with a specific mission to acquire lobbyists to tarnish Rwanda’s image in the US congress. He did so, as instructed, but once again showed his very limited capacity. He stuttered and hesitated throughout his short lived spotlight moment. He recently received a makeover trip to Washington this year, but sources close to him indicate he did more partying than actually work.

In 2019, Himbara also travelled to Uganda to meet with fellow RNC terrorists to strategize on how to harm Rwanda. As their propagandist, he squeezed in a quick scripted interview smearing Rwanda. In Uganda, there are several reports indicating that he participated in meetings with FDLR members (Genocidal Forces).

Other than that, Fugitive Himbara spends most of his time smoking weed and counting Presidential trips. Whereas Diplomatic trip actually generates direct and indirect benefits for Rwanda, Himbara’s few trips are only with the intent to harm Rwanda.

David Himbara, the weed smoking anti-Rwanda propagandist, is aggressively marketing his useless propaganda book. He is so aggressive that he has turned his medium blog in an advertising page, reposting a “please buy my book” article every two days. Weed Smoking Himbara hopes that his fourth book will not flop like his previous ones since people lost interest in his rubbish.

The anti-Rwanda propagandist fraudster masquerades as published intellectual when in fact he self-publishers. His previous self-published book ranking illustrates how bad of a writer he is. All of his books are ranked at least one million places from the best seller, meaning he probably never sold more than 15 copies of his freelance smear. Yet on his CV, Himbara will be calling himself an author.

One of Himbara’s childhood friends explained that fraud and self-aggrandizement was typical behavior for Himbara. It turns out Himbara’s really name is Murunganwa, a high school failure who scored the lowest possible level. He then faked a name “Himbara” to get to University as he is currently faking the author badge to get some attention.

RNC’s Himbara, or Muruganwa, developed a complex that he tries to cover with fake titles from birth. He was born a taboo; his father took his grandfather’s wife and impregnated her. This makes him a step-brother to his father! To hide this, the megalomaniac propagandist grew up faking to be the son of an important royal, but everyone knew the incest and taboo behind his birth.

When he calls himself an author, or spams his blog with adverts of a book that will not even sale 10 copies, he is once again only fooling himself with illusion of “grandeur”. Everyone knows his 2020 book is just a collection of lies, we all know no one published it but someone printed it for cash. Most importantly, we know all know that his book is another failure for the noisy fugitive as he ranks in the millionth like he did in his high school education.

In his daily hostile, negative, misleading and half-baked propaganda, weed-smoking David Himbara a.k.a the professor of lies has hopelessly span a very laughable piece of intellectual dishonest about Rwanda’s registered business net worth.

The weed smoking Muppet claimed that Rwanda should not have captured the actual worth of Bugesera International Airport project in its 2017 earmarked and registered businesses, simply because it did not materialise.

Well, for people of average knowledge in economics and accountability like him that would sound bizarre, but Himbara forget simple and basic economic and accountability principles like fiduciary duty.

In the interest of time let me introduce Himbara to a concept called fiduciary duty and accountability. Simply this concept that is applied mostly in accountability relates to relationship between two parties obligating one to act solely in the interest of the other.

Coming back to what this means in the Bugesera International Airport case, which Himbara openly distorted to suit his intellectual constipation, Rwanda Government had entered into a contract with a firm that was supposed to execute a project within the agreed terms of references.

The budget was earmarked and portion of work has been underway from then till today. What Himbara doesn’t understand is that such were not expression of intent as he claims, the work was and still is in progress.

Fiduciary obligations were then transferred (and its business net worth would not be ignored) to the new contractor with clear cut terms of references, he should wait and see project materialising like so many others he criticized but turned out to be successful.

The Rwanda National Congress propagandist, the weed-smoking fraud David Himbara, is once again commenting about issues to which he has absolutely no idea about. He is obsessed with the recent announcement that Rwanda saw over $2.4 billion in investment in 2019. The Rwanda Development Board made the announcement two days ago, Himbara has lost sleep since then. He picked one project, the Rusizi III project to advance a narrative that the $2.4 billion investment is not true.

Initially, Himbara was so furious that he confused Foreign Direct Investments (FDI’s) with Investments. Having frauded his way through academia, Himbara simply did not know the difference. When he realized that he was becoming a laughing stock for his inability to distinguish FDI’s and Investments, Himbara switched tunes and moved to attack the Rusizi III project.

The project is a hydro-electric power plant construction by the Communauté Economique des Pays des Grand Lac” (CEPGL), an international organization of Burundi, Rwanda and RD Congo. The international organization has its headquarter in Rwanda, in Rubavu City. The power plant will be constructed on the river that demarks Rwanda and DR Congo. Yet Himbara wants to deny that it is an Investment in Rwanda.

Perhaps he does not know what an investment is, in economics, an investment is the purchase of goods that are not consumed today but are used in the future to create wealth. If CEPGL’s bank account in Rwanda has $600 Million for investment in a multi-national project to create wealth in the future, then it is called an investment. DR Congo and Burundi can also state that $600 Million were invested, no one reasonable, logical development expert will engage in dividing the investment value. Only Weed Smoking Himbara can think of such madness, he really should go back to high school.

David Himbara, the weed-smoking stooge used by Corrupt Museveni to slander Rwanda with propaganda, has run out of steam. Pressured to continuously producing lies and fiction on Rwanda, Himbara is exhausted as he realized his propaganda has no impact on Rwanda. He is now trying to convert himself into volunteer commentator on articles published by The New Times. His new occupation is to read all The New Times articles, searching for something to write about.

When The New Times wrote a review of the innovating ICT program for the education sector, Museveni’s stooge Himbara pounced on the article and claimed The New Times embarrassed him [referring to the President] on ICT. Stooge Himbara cannot understand how Rwanda works; unlike in the Museveni’s regime that sponsors him, Rwanda sets objectives and strives to achieve them. Honest reviews are part of the process to attain the set objectives. He is used to the Ugandan regime style; Museveni throws a soundbite like “we will fight corruption”, and goes walking about promoting the soundbite.

For 34 years, Corrupt Museveni has been taking Uganda for a ride and now hires hostile Rwandan insurgents in his effort to destabilize Rwanda. Himbara who is also a Rwanda National Congress propagandist cannot pretend to care about schools in Rwanda. His RNC movement throws grenades at innocent civilians; they attack and kill innocent Rwandans including children.

Himbara cannot turn around after smoking his weed to comment about the development of Rwanda while working to destroy it. He should review Ugandan media and advice his sponsor Corrupt Museveni. According to Ugandan media, Museveni’s police is gazing children, Himbara should review that and advice his boss.

A stooge paid by Museveni to hurl insults and lies at Rwanda has just made the most ludicrous breakdown of Rwanda’s currency seeking to paint Rwanda’s negative economic outlook. But he forgot that Uganda’s currency is not weaker but dead.

In doing so, the weed smoker and stooge for the corrupt Museveni, was campaigning indiscreetly for desperate Ugandan traders who have been crying foul for Rwanda to open its borders on the Ugandan side.

Himbara false alarm is that the dollar is trading at 945 Rwandan Franc when the same dollar in Uganda is valued at 3700 Uganda Shilling, meaning three times weaker than that of Rwanda. It is expected that Shilling against dollar will get at its bottom fall, after projected markets decline.

What the pseudo professor of lies has deliberately ignored is that in the region, no currency has made considerable gains against the dollar. It is therefore the dollar getting stronger and not regional currencies getting weaker.

He should also be reminded that Rwanda’s economic growth in some quarters registered double digits, notwithstanding being the lead in doing business in the whole region.

Clearly, it is the Uganda shilling that needs help and in the quickest way possible Museveni needs to regain its fourth market (Rwanda) by renouncing hostile activities against Rwandans like continuous persecution, aid and abetting rebellious forces against Rwanda and releasing innocent Rwandans languishing in Uganda prisons.

Unleashing trolls and propagandists like weed smoking Himbara to embarrass themselves with a laughable analysis comparing currency values won’t help corrupt Museveni strengthen his shillings

Weed smoking David Himbara is a fraud in every possible angle. He is a stooge used by Museveni to smear Rwanda. Reading his latest post giving fake ‘World Bank’ documents interpretations, the RNC propagandist betrays himself exposing how incoherent and incompetent he actually is. Posing as an educator, an economist, a specialist in development and a holder of a Ph.D., Himbara hides behind his multiple identity façade a very limited intellectual capacity.

He writes that Rwanda is about to build latrines for $200 million when in fact the $200 million represent an entire program budget as shown in the table below: 

The so-called educator does not spare educational programs in his attacks on behalf of RNC. Any attempt to improve anything in Rwanda warrants his social media attack with fake interpretation.

It is easy to spot Himbara when he is deliberately distorting reports and data. He never references his quotes, something rather serious for a self-proclaimed ‘Educator’. Furthermore, on the latrine issues –which he imagined – one might be tempted to as him whether he considers a school complete without latrine? But these are just a few hallmarks of a paid ‘intoxicator’. David Himbara’s role in RNC is to intoxicate, he is no educator or economist, and he is paid to do so by Rujugiro and Museveni. When he writes that there will be more latrine built than schools, even his soberness/sanity should be questioned. Each school must have at the very least two latrines (male/female). Basic logic, primary level maths, dictates more latrines than schools. Writing under the influence, the weed smoker could not even work out the latrine to school ratio. Only Himbara, in the entire academic world he faked his way to, will not understand this. Rujugiro and Museveni should ask for a refund or seek a more capable liar.

In 2019, Museveni’s stooge –David Himbara – was caught red handed in hundreds of propaganda lies echoing Museveni’s evil thoughts on Rwanda as part of his continued mission to undermine a sovereign nation.

In his Museveni paid duty to tarnish Rwanda and its leadership, he regularly used to distort World Bank’s data to fit the Anti-Rwanda narrative which earns him a living. His distortions would receive relays from a network of neocolonial forces determined to tarnish Rwanda like the Financial Times or the Guardian. What he had not anticipated, along with his allies, was that eventually the World Bank would disown their trickery.

It was a shock, having tried to built a reputation as a development expert, he was ridiculed and unmasked by the World Bank. Himbara’s reaction was quick, he suddenly turned on his data source (the World Bank) and claimed it too was faking development data on Rwanda. The only motive Museveni’s stooge could cook up was a crazy conspiracy that the Bank’s President was a personal friend to the Rwandan President.

Nepotism runs in Himbara’s blood, it is one of the key points he shares with his sponsor the Corrupt Yoweri Museveni. Governance, in their world, should be about family and friends promoting self interest. Being a paid tool, his attack on the World Bank President just like other people he attacks lacks facts and evidences which humiliates him in return.

Fact is, all development agencies and experts are impressed with the strides achieved by Rwanda. The country has become an inspirational story of what can be achieved by fighting corruption, instilling efficiency, peace and security. The same experts and agencies do not have the same praises for Museveni, widely considered the source of corruption and chaos in Uganda.

In 2019, David Himbara’s trickery on development issues was debunked and exposed by the World Bank. He will certainly continue his efforts to destabilize Rwanda but in 2020, even his allies will be careful about the data he presents.

The fraudster Himbara was unmasked. 2020 will be a hard year for Museveni’s stooge, without a shred of credibility he will find it hard to earn his Anti Rwanda paycheques.

Museveni’s stooge, David Himbara, begins the year doing what he does best; trying to make a living on lies and slander. He announced yet another book this year, most likely a self published compilation of his usual lies.

For the fourth time in a book title and in over 600 other blog titles, he reveals his Museveni sponsored propaganda. The stooge has economic sabotage as a specific lines from his sponsor. He therefore has to do what his nazi propagandists role models did by repeating the same lines over and over again. Gobbles, Hitler’s Chief propagandist, believed that if one repeated a lie over and over again, eventually, people would believe it. His technique inspires Himbara.

Himbara ought to know what madness is. For Albert Einstein, foolishness is doing the same thing over and over again while expecting a different result. For almost ten years, Museveni and Himbara have been doing nothing but repetition, smear and fictional tales to add hype to their lies.

His recycled propaganda book will therefore include crazy conspiracy theories with Bill Clinton, Tony Blair and Jim Young Kim to attract readers. His cover page also indicates he will be attacking the World Bank, payback for having denounced his manipulation of data to fit the Museveni narrative on Rwanda.
