David Himbara’s amnesia is not getting any better, after his attack on Gen. James Kabarebe, he writes an open letter forgetting that he is the one with a record of working with Genocidal forces. The anti-Rwanda propagandist cannot accuse anyone of Genocide denialism while in bed with genocidal forces responsible for crimes against humanity during the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi in Rwanda.

Himbara works closely with both RNC and FDLR to destabilize Rwanda. It is an undeniable fact, he is paid and sponsored to do so. It be his short hour in a US Congress committee hearing that cost about $450,000 to secure or his recent trip to Sweden to defend Rukeratabaro, a convicted genocidaire in appeal, Himbara is indeed a genocidaire partner.

While he was busy trying to secure the release of Genocidaires, Gen. Kabarebe was busy protecting Rwanda from them. Himabara, who on several occasions discredited the Rwandan Judiciary and anti-genocide ideology laws, cannot turn around his reputation with a mere open letter. If miraculously, he now trusts the Rwandan Judiciary, he is at liberty to travel to Kigali and lodge a complaint.

But as an active defender of terrorism and genocide, how can he then accuse anyone with a fabricated translation? If his trickery failed to hold waters in Sweden when he flew on a special mission to help overturn Rukeratabaro’s genocide conviction, does he honestly believe he can fool anyone with his mediocre blog? In reality, David Himbara’s weed-smoking did makes him delusional and amnesiac. While Rwandans, including Gen. Kabarebe, fight Genocide and Genocide ideology; Himbara flies all over the world defending Genocidaires and denying Genocide.

When propagandist Bob Atwine meets fellow hostile troll Rukundo Rugali in the anti-Rwanda campaign, they produce world class smear and fabrication. Bob Atwine is directly linkable to a series of CMI (Ugandan Military Intelligence) sponsored media outlets such as Spyreport and CommandPost. Atwine meets up with one Gideon Rukundo Rugali, the NRM-RNC Facebook activist, to cook up a fake assassination attempt against Rukundo.

In trying to generate attention and in line with their usual practice, the rumor of a fake assassination will soon fly over all over their hostile blogs and Facebook accounts. CommandPost will most definitely repost the rumor, both CommandPost and Spyreport Uganda are the same. On Facebook, they merely charged names but thanks to page transparency functions, it is now a verified fact, both managed by Atwine.

When Spyreport writes that Rukundo Rugali, the alleged target, is a surgeon married with 5 children, they deliberately omit a long list of embarrassing details. They forget to mention his past as a hunted PRA (anti-Museveni rebel group) terrorist by CMI and how he was turned from a hunted terrorist to a pseudo-activist paid to smear Rwanda. They omit to say how Rugali was recruited by the Ugandan Minister for Security, Elly Tumwine, and the Ugandan Police Deputy IGP Muzeyi Sabiti. Unfortunately, both men did not manage to tame Rugali. His indiscipline eventually got him fired for insubordination. None of them came to his defense when Diane Twine, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health, threw him out of Mulango Hospital.

Rugali’s loss of income at the hospital was catastrophic for his family. Spyreport, deliberately, forgets to mention that Rugali is actually polygamous. The Facebook troll has two wives and counts well over 8 kids by the last count. He is also one of the few trolls known to have an official function in the “RNC Uganda Province”, Rugali is its Commissioner in charge of communication and media. But as if that was not enough, Rugali is also a self-declared NRM MP candidate for Ndorwa West.

Bob Atwine and Gideon Rugali’s stunt is a frivolous attempt at placing a troll in the Ugandan Parliament. The troll, who suddenly went quiet, is desperate to get attention and support. They want him elected for being Anti-Rwandan to serve the Anti-Rwandan agenda, what better way than to scream wolf?

CMI’s pay-per-post Belgium based Facebook mercenary is the conduit through which CMI vents its frustrations and emotions. When you want to read CMI’s mind, you only have to read Serubwa’s Facebook posts.

In his recent post, he talks about a plot to assassinate Uganda’s very powerful first brother and two intelligence officials.

But we have come to know that these are diversionary tactics employed by CMI, whenever they drain their operations facilitation account. See, they are big spenders and live a lifestyle of Mexican drug cartel bosses, thanks to the loot from the operations funding by Ugandan tax payers.

When the account starts showing red, the CMI mafia bosses send out false assassination alarms through their strategically placed online sirens (Titus Seruga, Spyreports, Commandpost, Eyalama news etc), and they use this as an invoice to ask for more facilitation funds from Ugandan tax payers.

Also, their Rwanda phobia and guilt due to the heinous human rights crimes they have been committing against Rwandans has deprived them of their peace of mind. This is the principal reason they are always hallucinating about being assassinated. The guilty are always afraid of even their shadows.

In bid to lend validation to their incongruous claims, the CMI mouthpiece Seruga alleges that when the South African intelligence chief visited Uganda with a delegation from the country’s security agencies in December last year, he was there to ‘learn from Uganda how to contain DMI (sic) agents.’

However, Lt. Gen JM Nyembe, in his own words had this to say about the reason of his visit to Uganda: “It is important that we see things on the same wave length, we identify problems and together come up with solutions,” he said, adding that sharing ideas and advising each other on current global challenges like terrorism, unemployment, climate change and migrations, among others will make Africa prosper.”

There is nowhere in his statement where he even slightly mentioned Rwanda or assassinations. But trust CMI mouthpieces like Seruga to milk every statement for money, literally (pun intended).

However, in Kinyarwanda we have a saying that says that even crazy people state some truth in the course of their crazy rumblings. The same goes for Titus Serubwa, who receives first-hand CMI intel whenever they want him to smear Rwanda and its leadership.

In this post about CMI imaginary assassinations, he confirms and puts to record what we have been talking about concerning Uganda’s first family and the powers they wield over Ugandans: This is what he had to say: “Uganda’s First brother, General Salim Saleh “who until now still yields a lot of power in who is appoint where in the military….”

He also reveals that he has privilege access to ‘high priority’ intelligence information in these words: “Those who had planned to Murder Gen. saleh were arrested and still under the custody of the army. This matter is however kept under the carpet in order not jeopardize investigations which are high priority.” Except that we know without doubt that this is euphemism for more innocent Rwandans abducted, tortured and illegally held by CMI on trumped up allegations like these ones.

He wrongly assumes that he is smarter than others, that no one will question where he found $450,000 to pay to lobbyists and that everyone forgot about his trip to Sweden in May 2019. Having tarnished himself by joining force with FDLR, Himbara should either smoke more to ease his pain with his psychotic behavior or check himself in a good rehabilitation program that offers counseling to genocidaire partners. Publishing nonsense is not going to help his conscious.

The weed smoking David Himbara is a natural pessimist and a Rwandan naysayer. That is why his bankrollers assigned him the task of expressing pessimism towards Rwandan programs and try to cast as much doubt as possible on Rwanda’s development projections, even though everyone knows the country always achieves its goals.

The RNC terror outfit publicist is now doubting whether Rwanda will achieve Vision 2050, which refers to as ‘delusional grandeur’.

Here is our analysis of the cause of Himbara’s pessimism, which he projects on his surroundings, and ofcourse on Rwanda: the RNC’s ‘Vision capture Rwanda by force of arms’ which was sponsored by anti-Rwanda enterprises fell flat on its belly, courtsey of FARDC’s ‘Vision 2019-2020’ whose objective is to make DR Congo militia free.

Because of this, fugitive Himbara’s cash flow has been dwindling, and you know what that means – that his fix of weed is not as regular anymore as it was during the happy days. Dont be surprised then, that he is asking what Rwandan leaders are smoking. According to him, weed makes things work out better, and there suspects that Rwanda’s rapid transformation is as a result of leaders smoking weed like him.

And since his sponsors have turned off the taps, he is asking what (type of weed) Rwandan leaders are smoking so that they can send some his way. Desperate Himbara, in Rwanda we ‘smoke’, eat and drink patriotism. Thats what drives us to achieve our goals.

Yesterday Charles Kambanda wrote yet another bizarre story on his facebook page. The story, carrying the title, “Kagame: The Conspicuous Absentee in Davos” attempted to insinuate that President Paul Kagame “for the first time” was not invited to Davos, the meeting of global leaders on issues of economic transformation.

First things first, President Kagame was in fact invited to Davos, as has been the case year in and year out. This year, his busy schedule forced him to send his foreign affairs minister, Dr. Vincent Biruta to represent him. If Kambada was not too ignorant he would have to explain how Davos found it necessary to invite Dr. Biruta while at the same time “snubbing” President Kagame. Isn’t Kambanda a “Professor?”

Surely his ignorance can’t be to the point of not understanding basic matters of state protocol, particularly in regards to choosing to honor an invitation by attending in person or sending an emissary.

Only fools like Kambanda and his colleague Himbara, with titles that their brains cannot support, can make such preposterous statements. Interestingly, Kambanda concludes his post by affirming his ignorance despite the foolish claims. “I do not know,” he writes in response to his own question regarding Kagame’s absence at Davos.

If Kambanda wanted to write about Presidents who were absent at Davos he should have written about their boss, President Museveni, who last year found himself meandering there all the while not finding anyone to talk to because it was his first time there and Davos club members didn’t know him enough to engage him. Everyone saw the pictures where he ended up holding meetings with people like Winnie Byanima who he could have met at Entebbe State House back home. Yes, Museveni was that bored!

Snoops tells us that it was Winnie Byanyima who had pushed to get him invited. In the end he was so angry at her for the embarrassment of isolation that he departed for Uganda before the event ended. So there was no one to invite him this time around and no one to get angry at for isolating and embarrassing him. Kambanda and Himbara could learn from this embarrassing experience.

Meanwhile, President Kagame enjoyed a successful meeting in London where he gave a public lecture at the International School for Government at the prestigious Kings College, London. The school also committed to establish a public service training centre in Kigali. How’s that for success? More proof that Kagame’s schedule was filled is that on that same morning he held a breakfast meeting with 50 investors in different sectors and urged them to invest in Africa. The meeting was also attended by HRH Prince Willliam, Duke of Cambridge, who had earlier received President Kagame at Buckingham Palace. All Kambanda needs to do is google for the story and the pictures to go along!

Kagame’s delegation also held a meeting with their colleagues at the Common Wealth regarding preparations for this year’s CHOGM General Assembly that will take place in Kigali this summer. If Kambanda wasn’t a fool he would know that the meeting was also a success, with delegates expressing satisfaction that Rwanda was on schedule regarding all aspects of the preparations.

Kambanda, Himbara, and their friend Wilson at the Financial Times can go console themselves with their friends if Kagame’s success is giving them sleepless nights.

They should know that while President Kagame was very busy doing all the above, their boss President Museveni was busy explaining to Allan Kasuuja of the BBC how he has lost 30 Kgs by eating cassava, Irish potatoes and Millet! 😂😂

It is no state secret that the Ugandan intelligence services (CMI, ISO, and ESO) run several blogs, Social Media accounts on Facebook and Twitter in their anti-Rwanda propaganda.

A mole in their network, probably blackmailing for a pay rise, has begun to spill beans and drop names on the real identities behind several anonymous platforms. He says he will reveal how the hostile anti-Rwanda network is run and operated and divulge the identity of key operators such as CommandPost and RPF Gakwerere managers’ names.

There are several known names to the public, who openly run very hostile propaganda outlets. Sarah Kagingo’s Softpower and Giles Muhame’s Chimpreports openly run anti-Rwanda propaganda, but according to the insider, there are less familiar yet more toxic actors in the Ugandan intelligence social media machinery.

For example for Chimpreports articles, the mole says that his payments used to be done by one Dellah Nyakanzi who is said to owe money to a number of propaganda writers. Apparently, delayed payments, payments in installments and worse no payment is a common practice in the network. Another example was CommandPost, owned by Bob Atwine, but closely managed by a lady that goes by the name of Musiimenta along with one Andrew Katusabe Irumba.

The leak, a “CMI Watergate”, does not just focus on financial malpractices in the network; it also reveals the interconnection of several accounts. In reality, Bob Atwine’s CommandPost is also Spyreport Uganda and Patriotic Pulse TV is NRM Online TV. The source says the network is rather extensive with some of his colleagues’ given rewards of expatriation to work as security guards in Syria or Pakistan via Giles Muhame’s human trafficking networks.

Asked about Titus Seruga, Gideon Rukundo Rugali, Sulah Nuwamanya Wakabiligi, and Prossy Bonaabana the mole confirmed their affiliation to Ugandan Intelligence social media operations but said there were other major actors little known to the public. Names like Edgar Muvunyi Tabaro, Ian Kakuru, Wamala Raymond, Nicolas Mwesigwa, or Wilberforce Nyakana are all major players in the Anti-Rwanda propaganda.

According to the mole, who promised more details on their internal organization, there is growing discontent amongst the rank and files who powerlessly have to watch their handlers enrich themselves. He is adamant; there will definitely be more leaks.

For those who have been following Kayumba Nyamwasa a.k.a Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere infantile and impotent propaganda, it is easy to notice two things, first is a recycling of his laughable propaganda and secondly is a hopeless urge for audience. He has since resolved into soliloquy.

For those who do not know what soliloquy is, it is an act of speaking one’s thoughts (however stupid it is) aloud when by oneself or regardless of any hearers, especially by a character in a play. Out of decimation of Fugitive Nyamwasa’s RNC militia in DR Congo jungles, he has sunk into total depression.

This is a fellow who wakes up from his hideout in South Africa, sips a cup of black tea, create an imaginary sick story and then fills it with Rwanda or its leaders. What a good for nothing leader of a crippled terror outfit known as RNC.

In his laughable and bogus Facebook post, he alleged Rwanda Defense Forces, under a defunct DMI- since it has changed name- has deployed an army of “sex assassins” around the world to carry covert operations on behalf of Rwanda government.

In a very ridiculous style, the goon alleges that the deployed, mostly women, have been coerced into such activities and are expected to instill a reign of terror.

It should be noted that every time a terrorist organization seeks to carry out deadly attacks, it first announces in advance such kind of sick propaganda to hoodwink security organizations, let nobody give that hopeless terrorist such benefit of the doubt.

The crook who could not name any of his imaginary character somehow mentioned a certain Solange Uwamahoro, as a punching bag, subsequently putting her life in danger; Uwamahoro has long been listed several times by machinery propaganda sponsored by a cattle thief and land grabber Kayumba Nyamwasa.

Like a friend was arguing, this disgraced terror outfit leader has now resorted into insults and fabricated lies against the Rwandan leadership. Like an adage goes, barking dogs seldom bites.

By his own admission, RNC publicist David Himbara is a joke who was laughed at by aviation experts. The weed-smoking propagandist fails to know is all sorts of experts and novices laugh at him. Himbara is laughed at for his ignorance and for his megalomania; nothing is as funny as to watch a stray cat pretending to be a lion.

When Himbara counts the number of Presidential trips and mentions an application that helps him “track” private jets, he actually gives an insight into his obsession with the Rwandan leadership. He revealed the aviation application as far back as in July 2019. On the 21st of July 2019, Himbara wrote about Flightradar24 and called for Rwandan to use it in a patronizing manner. For him to now say that experts told him about the application six months after illustrate how dishonest and bored he actually is.

If he was honest and had an aviation expert that is even willing to waste his time to talk to him, I would request Himbara to ask his fictitious expert to explain a few minor details. For example, he should inquire about the limit of the flight tracking application, it cannot tell him who is on the plane or the object of the trip. If a jet goes for routine maintenance, Himbara will count it as a trip by the President. His innovation, to load an application and get fixated on it for days hoping to follow an airplane live is sad. I wonder whether Himbara secretly wishes for a ride in the presidential jet, and follows it obsessively as a result. Either way, if he wants to know why people laugh at him, he should read his own blogs and check his psychotic behavior.

The Human Rights Watch doesn’t seem to learn from it mistakes, especially when it comes to its agenda driven reports on Rwanda. For decades, the organization has produced negative report after negative report, all based on hearsay and rumours designed to tarnish the image of Rwanda and its leadership.

In their recent report, they have continued to peddle the allegations of ‘disappearance’ of people which they attribute to the Government of Rwanda. If HRW was an organization driven by objective reporting on human rights issues, they would learn from their past careless mistakes, where they reported that people had ‘disappeared’ only for the said victims to surface and dispute the reports. Some who HRW reported to be dead would show up alive and kicking, putting HRW’s research and intentions in serious doubt.

For instance, in their recent report they mention without bothering to verify that Constantin Tuyishimire as among those who disappeared, with insinuations that the Government of Rwanda is responsible for his disappearance. But in November a photo of him bearing injuries were posted online, by someone who said they injuries were inflicted by Burundi’s civilian militia known as Imbonerakure.

There has been a trend of this kind of deliberately fraudulent reporting that dent any semblance of credibility by the HRW. In October 2017 right after the presidential elections, HRW published a story concerning Rwandans who supposedly had been executed by the government. The organisation didn’t bother crosschecking its claims. An investigation by Rwanda’s National Human Rights Commission confirmed that in fact the people in the HRW report were alive and kicking.

On 31 August 2016, it was reported on social media that John Ndabarasa, a journalist with SANA Radio had “disappeared,” the insinuation being that he had been killed by security organs.

However, in March 2018, the same supposedly ‘assassinated’ Ndabarasa surfaced and said he had been in Uganda all along.

Two top commanders of the RNC, Captain Charles Sibo and Major Habib Muthadiru were reported ‘missing’ more than three years ago and the HRW and similar organisations pointed fingers at the Rwanda Government. Last year, Sibo was killed by FARDC while Habib was captured as a prisoner of war and now in Rwandan custody.

Ever since the RNC increased its operations in the DRC, these “disappearances” reports continued, by HRW and like-minded organisations who don’t pose to ask why the trend is that way.

When you follow HRW’s reporting closely, you clearly see a pattern of reporting around claims of “disappearance” and “executions” and “repression” and they never acknowledge their mistakes. The 31 December 2018 United Nations Group of Experts report on the Congo traces the path of the “disappeared.” It gives the strongest signal for anyone interested in locating these people in what it refers to as “a network” across the region.

This puts the credibility of HRW and other rights organisations is serious doubt. The flaws in their reporting as pointed out over time points to serious dishonesty and bias.
