Weed smoking affects mental health and in particular, reaction time. David Murunganwa aka Himbara sponsored by Senile Museveni to sustain a hostile media campaign against Rwanda exposes his inability to keep up with current events.

Two days later, he suddenly remembers that President Kagame held a press conference. Suddenly, Himbara also realized that his sponsor, senile Museveni, gave one of his two hour long talks on all public and private owned televisions and radios. Paid to smear Rwanda constantly, Himbara’s smoke filled brain cannot process both events.

After shedding crocodile tears and writing poems to exploit the suicide of the late Kizito Mihigo, it took Himbara 48 hours to realize that a journalist asked the Rwandan President about Kizito. He was busy writing fiction, propaganda and forgot about his former partner in crime Kizito Mihigo. The embarrassed journalist who asked the misplaced question received no support from Himbara as he was busy sowing division among Rwandans on social media.

Drug addicts are inherently unreliable. Senile Museveni, deliberately or owing to his old age, undiplomatically revealed his conversation with other heads of states. Robotically, his mouthpiece amplified the blunder 48 hours later by posting about it.

As a Rwandan National Congress member and their chief propagandist, Himbara assisted in the persecution of Rwandans living Uganda leading to a travel advisory for Rwandan nationals. The advisory cost hundreds of millions to Uganda, and the Ugandan regime has been doing everything possible to have the travel ban lifted. The mere mention that President Kagame and Museveni talked on the phone excited Himbara and fellow anti-Rwanda propagandists. Weed made him forget that most countries are under lockdown, no one is traveling for business, besides his funded “border” narrative collapsed long ago. Borders are closed to all traffic except cargo.

It was clear during the televised address that Museveni, almost 80 years old, is aging fast. He could barely read numbers and names, he stuttered and kept repeating himself. With a mouthpiece whose work shows clear signs of memory loss, Senile Museveni’s online anti-Rwanda campaign is falling apart. Its initial objective of scapegoating Rwanda has backfired and is now indicative of their mental health issues.

Senile Museveni’s mouthpiece, the prolific weed smoker David Murunganwa Himbara, will criticize anything in Rwanda to get his paycheques.

Sponsored by Senile Museveni in a ridiculous media campaign against Rwanda, Himbara has resorted to criticize donations in Rwanda to fight the coronavirus pandemic. It is his response to the embarrassment that his sponsoring regime entertains in the COVID-19 campaign funding.

While other countries’ Leaders are mobilizing resources and even donating their entire salaries, Senile Museveni and his cronies opted to increase their allowances to steal from the COVID-19 response fund. The Ugandan parliament, where senile Museveni’s party (NRM) has ultimate control, they recently passed a bill to allocate each Member of Parliament 20 Million Ugandan shillings. As part of the astronomical 300 Billion plus cooked up budget, the Ugandan regime earmarked over 6 Billion only for workshops.

Caught with his hand in the jar, Senile Museveni quickly backtracked on his decision and advised his MPs to donate the 20 million and announced that he too would donate half his salary. To cover the shameful attempt to profit from the global pandemic, Museveni’s Canada based mouthpiece (who has remained mentally unfit due to excessive consumption of narcotic drugs) Himbara decided to criticize one donation in Rwanda. The sponsored troll twists a donation from Crystal Ventures (CVL) taming it a “Presidential” donation.

His problem is that the ruling party’s Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF) has shares in CVL. If he knew anything about businesses, he would know that shares can be bought or sold. Furthermore, his confusing of RPF, the Rwandan President, and CVL in a donation only makes him ridiculous since all three are bound to contribute in the country’s fight against the pandemic.

Unlike Senile Museveni’s kleptocratic regime where the priority seemed to be profiteering from the pandemic, in Rwanda all senior officials donated their entire April salaries as private and parastatals also led the way in donating for the fight against coronavirus.

Museveni made it clear, even in a pandemic; his political party will still receive 20% of his salary. It is the same party that passed a daylight robbery bill and that insist in using food relief as propaganda prompts.

David Murunganwa Himbara, weakened by his immoral sponsorship, is limited to fairytales. Accidentally, one fact is undeniable; in Rwanda everyone is chipping in while his sponsor’s regime chips away any funds donated to combat the pandemic.

As expected, Spyreports owned by Bob Atwine and sponsored by Senile Museveni’s Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI), picks and runs away with a characteristically biased report by AFP, which gave undue prominence to a statement by FDLR, a genocidaires outfit that has caused unimaginable suffering in Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo for decades, over anyone else.

The choice of the AFP title itself is enough to make even a casual reader smell a rat. First of all, the Virunga management was categorical in pointing out the perpetrator of the attack that killed 16 of their rangers in an ambush. Nobody knows the area better than them, and this is not the first attack by FDLR in that area.

Clearly, AFP is typically lending credence to FDLR propaganda statement which seeks to portray the genocidaire outfit as innocent victims. Anyone who accords a platform to FDLR to proclaim that they are angels should be held accountable by the international community which declared the genocide outfit a terrorist organisation.

During the presidential press conference early this week, President Kagame demystified rumours doing the rounds to the effect that Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) soldiers were operating in DR Congo. The President cited the DR Congo government as witness that there were no Rwandan troops on DR Congo soil.

But strangely, CMI tabloid Spyreports which still enjoys Uganda regime’s millions of shillings to mudsling the Rwandan leadership, had to amplify a report that preferred FDLR statement over an evidence based account by the bereaved Virunga park management who are mourning 16 of their rangers.

It is clear that FDLR, after suffering a series of heavy losses alongside other negative forces operating in the jungles in the Eastern DR Congo, at the hands of the DR Congo army (FARDC), carried out the desperate attack on the innocent rangers. It is futile to try and sanitise the FDLR, a genocidaire armed group that has continued to wreak havoc, perpetrating heinous acts against Congolese nationals.

After a long spree of fake news and rumors about the health of the Rwandan President, David Murunganwa Himbara admits that he was wrong. Himbara, sponsored by Senile Museveni of Uganda, realized that their fake news trickery collapsed and quickly distanced himself from his the anti-Rwanda propaganda network. To counteract his aging sponsor’s bad health, factual to the naked eye, Himbara and his club of hostile trolls began rumors on the Rwandan Leader’s health.

Museveni is aging rapidly and his health is deteriorating quickly. After almost 35 years of pure kleptocratic rule over Uganda, projecting that he is in good physical and mental health is becoming difficult as he approaches his 80th birthday. The public perception of his state of health is so important that he recently released a video of attempted push-ups. To divert attention from the obvious, his regime sponsored trolls began a rumor of ill-health of other leaders.

Unfortunately for him, his rumor generating machine headed by his favorite mouthpiece, Murunganwa Himbara, came up with a ridiculous lie that backfired when the Rwandan President held a press conference with national and international media houses. The event was a sharp contrast to a bizarre show in Uganda where their sickly, coughing Museveni holds a press conference with his preferred Ministers and entourage asking questions.

The aging Museveni holds 2 to 3 hours long talks seated on an elevated chair in front of his own his prime minister and a few selected ministers. His show reveals a stuttering, incoherent and aging old man that should not be running a country. Much as they try, Senile Museveni sponsored Himbara and other hostile trolls cannot divert attention elsewhere. Himbara’s propaganda while backtracking on his failed rumormongering is of no use to his sponsor. What Museveni needs is advice to focus on his health and on the nearing end of his reign.

Senile Museveni should pay Himbara to advise him on issues like falling from grace, financing his propaganda is a waste of time. Eventually, all his lies are debunked by hard facts.

Rwanda’s good governance and accountability principles is incomprehensible by the Bahima dynasty nepotistic system in Uganda led by the Rwanda-born Senile Museveni.

One simply has to look at the Senile Museveni’s mouthpiece, David Murunganwa Himbara, reacting to a Rwandan security minister dismissed over an accountability matter to gage how far apart the Ugandan regime is to good governance and accountability. He thinks Rwanda is like Uganda where Bahima are never held to account for whatever failures in office, and whereby Senile Museveni inflicts selective punishment on none-Bahima leaders.

In Uganda, it is actually wise to run cabinet meetings in Runyankore language since all cabinet members are Bahimas and Banyankores coming from the same region west; this sends a very important message to those anti-Rwanda mouthpieces and self-proclaimed critics that Ugandan situation will never be equated to Rwanda’s. Appointments in Rwanda are done on merit regardless of tribe, region etc as has been the case in Museveni’s regime where top government position, high Government institutions, leading companies in the private sector are led by Museveni’s family, relatives and tribemates.

David Himbara’s sponsor, Museveni, turned Uganda in a family property. Through the terrorist movement Rwanda National Congress (RNC), he had hoped to do the same in Rwanda. It is only in Uganda where you will find a First Lady doubling as a Member of Parliament then as Cabinet Minister. Museveni will have you believe that his bedmate is the most qualified person to hold the position of Education Minister and that their “First Son” is the best soldier ever thus making him a general. There is simply no way that Museveni’s mouthpiece will grasp the concept of accountability. How would he hold accountable his dearest wife or his only son Gen. Muhoozi, or brother heir to the Bahima dynasty?

It is not just Museveni’s wife and son at helm of power in Uganda. The Country’s minister of foreign affairs’ daughter happens to be married to the General “First Son”, the minister of security is the cousin of the First Lady; basically, the Ugandan cabinet is a gathering of family and friends. Museveni’s brother, also a General, Caleb Akandwanaho aka Salim Saleh runs a sovereign fund as punishment for his world renowned mismanagement and corruption.

The brother, Salim Saleh, occupied several key positions and always left a trailer-blaze of scandals. When Saleh was the Army commander, he bought helicopters that could not fly, when he was Minister of Microfinance, he robbed Ugandans in broad daylight. In the Bahima republic, Saleh has nothing to worry about since his brother; the Rwandan born Museveni is the president.

Furthermore, Salim Saleh is not just one case; the father-in-law of the “General First Son” is another amongst thousands. Sam Kuteesa, Minister of Foreign Affairs and father-in-law to Museveni’s only son was the subject of international news in numerous corruption scandals. Museveni’s right hand man Kuteesa featured prominently in the Panama Papers offshore banking scandal, Kuteesa and Museveni’s names reappeared in a corruption case in New York. One Patrick Ho was convicted by a court in Manhattan for bribing Museveni and Sam Kuteesa with $500,000 for shoddy dealings. Since then Museveni promised to hold Kuteesa accountable but he never did. To date, Kuteesa is still serving as minister and has nothing to worry about just because he is related to Bahima.

The painful history of Rwanda led some Rwandan to be born outside their home country. That pain led them to unite and liberate Rwanda from divisionism and genocide ideology. Himbara’s talk of “Ugandan” Rwandans is pure divisionism better placed in the Ugandan regime that sponsors him. In Rwanda, Rwandans are all treated equal regardless of where they were born. His toxic segregation inspiration from the father of the current Ugandan nepotistic state is globally unacceptable.

Competence, good governance, transparency and accountability are foreign words to Museveni, his directed attacks on accountable leadership like Rwanda’s, illustrates how foreign these concepts are to him. In the Ugandan led Bahima dynasty, dismissing a minister for an accountability issue is simply scandalous. Predictably, Senile Museveni’s trolls, mouthpieces and propagandists will go in overdrive on such matters only understood by the knowledgeable.

Uganda regime paid Anti- Rwanda propagandist and trolls, hired for years by senile Museveni to tarnish Rwanda, are jubilating that RwandAir is experiencing difficulties in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

All airlines worldwide, are going through severe difficulties with the pandemic reducing air traffic by an unprecedented 70%. Senile Museveni’s mouthpiece, David Murunganwa Himbara, led the charge with his usual inaccuracies while Chimpreports cooked up fallacious data to support their hostile narrative.

As the whole world fights against the pandemic, airlines are faced with difficult choices. To avoid bankruptcy, some airlines resorted to massive layoffs, and other drastic measures. RwandAir, a major player in the airline industry in Africa, opted for pay-cuts; a more sensible approach indicative of a strong sense of solidarity.

David Himbara, the weed smoking mouthpiece sponsored by senile Museveni, incapable of reading a simple press release, twisted the announcement of an 8% to 65% pay-cut to an imaginary 85% pay cut. Major airlines like British Airways, Virgin, and Air Canada are all going through the same process some opting for massive layoffs. Air Canada, for example laid off 5000 employees, British Airways announced an 80% salary reduction scheme. Only sponsored trolls and propagandists will be rejoicing at a global crisis.

Himbara and Chimpreports have always had RwandAir in their sights. The airline represents what Uganda could have achieved if it had not been governed by a kleptocratic mafia for the last 35 years. The airline has faced outright sabotage from the Ugandan regime that sponsors Chimpreports, Himabara and others. Unfairly, for instance, Senile Museveni denied it landing and embarking rights for European routes in an effort to contain its growth.

Senile Museveni has always been envious of RwandAir with twelve aircrafts, including two Airbus A330s and six Boeing 737-700s and 737-800s. His corruption in his regime led to the total collapse of Uganda Airlines, its recent failed revival attempt was marred with further corruption in the purchase of two small bombardiers.

RwandAir contributes enormously to the tourism sector and holds so much potential that Qatar Airways recently announced a major investment in the airline. The Qatar deal, a $1.3 Billion investment in the National Airport and Airline carrier, was a vote of confidence in the Rwandan Airline industry.

The Ugandan regime hostile propagandist should realize that the world will overcome the global pandemic. While they dance and jubilate at aviation troubles, they should consider their own issues first.

After the COVID-19 pandemic as other airline recover, they will still have a kleptomaniac Museveni regime running down the infant Uganda airlines. The issue for Uganda is not a periodic setback caused by a pandemic, it is endemic corruption that has lasted for 35 years.

The Ugandan regime sponsored media outlets including the state owned daily ‘The New Vision’ are in overdrive publishing all sorts of lies following the arrests of suspects in Col Tom Byabagamba’s new case.

One of the suspects, John Museminali was arrested as part of the ongoing investigation of an attempted escape of a convicted criminal from prison. On the 10th of April, the ministry of defense announced additional charges on the demoted Tom Byabagamba, convicted of various crimes including inciting insurrection, related to his attempted prison escape currently serving his 15 years sentence.

Museminali, whose wife is the sister to Byabagamba’s wife, together with two others are charged with the same offense. Uganda based media outlets, online trolls picked an unprecedented interest, they are trying to make the case a major breaking news event.

These trolls and media outlets are sponsored by the Ugandan regime and have strong undeclared link to the Byabagamba case. Tom Byabagamba is the brother of David Himbara, one of their key pillar in their online warfare against Rwanda, who is conspicuously silent on the issue. In a self interest maneuver, Himbara stayed silent as his colleagues in the anti-Rwanda propaganda like Sulah Nuwamanya, Chimpreports and even the Ugandan State owned The New Vision, took the lead in smearing Rwanda using a lawful arrest.

The fixation and obsession on an arrest case in Rwanda by hostile propaganda from Uganda is even more bizarre given the number of high profile arrests in Uganda. Not so long ago, the former Spy Chief and security minister Lt-Gen (Rtd) Henry Tumukunde was spectacularly arrested in Uganda for announcing his intention to vie for presidency. Tumukunde was later see unable to walk after an emergency trip to the hospital. Recently, a member of parliament, Francis Zaake, was arrested for disturbing food to the needy. Zaake is currently fighting for his life on an ICU bed following the brutal torture he endured from ruthless regime operatives. But strangely, the case of Museminali attempting to break out a brother-in-law excites Ugandan based outlets? It reveals the outlets links to the anti-Rwanda propaganda and confirms Museveni’s regime deep involvement in the macabre effort to smear Rwanda.

Their approach and coverage of the arrest also reveals their system of beliefs of untouchables. Their immediate reaction was to offer Museminali’s spouse biographies when she was not arrested. Sponsored by a nepotistic regime, the hostile propaganda is stuck in a world where “who is who” confers immunity from lawful prosecution.

Naturally, a prison escape or attempted escape investigation will lead to an interest in the prisoner’s contacts. In Rwanda, if that prisoner happen to have a well connected list of family and friends, justice will still be able to investigate.

Unlike Uganda, the Rwandan legal system treats everyone as equal; there are no “historicals” with lifetime immunities.

The weed smoking mouthpiece sponsored by Senile Museveni, David Murunganwa Himbara, is always simplifying issues in his effort to tarnish Rwanda.

Omitting key facts, he twists and takes the speech of the President of Rwanda to fit his senile Museveni’s narrative. After 35 years of rule, Museveni will soon seek an extra 5 years to reach 40 years in power. Desperate, Senile Museveni is looking for equivalencies in the region to justify his never ending reign, being the reason why instructs Himbara, his mouthpiece, to distort facts about Rwanda.

Unlike Uganda where Senile Museveni bribed members of parliament and brutalized those who opposed his stay in power, the people of Rwanda opted to keep their leader in office.
The process in Rwanda began with a public petition that saw over 3 million signatures, followed by a bill in parliament and culminated in a referendum in December 2015. A famous catch phrase “Turamushaka” (we want him) resonated and accurately captured the mood of the constitutional amendment process in Rwanda. With a loud voice, the people of Rwanda made a sovereign call and President Kagame answered the call.

In Uganda, the process was the opposite with chants like “Museveni must go”. Riots broke out everywhere in the country and even in parliament. To circumvent the age limit in the constitution, after deleting the term limits, Senile Museveni opted for a back door operation. He opted to bribe and intimidate members of parliament to pass a bill without consulting the people of Uganda. The besieged ruler of Uganda got his way but is always fighting the old man image with choreographed physical exercises on television. We saw Senile Museveni run, jump and even try pushups to combat the obvious, his image of an aging unhealthy despot determined to stay in power for life.

Senile Museveni sponsored online attacks strategy via his weed smoking mouthpiece is just another desperate attempt to hoodwink his citizens with a diversion. David Himbara, once offered front page cover in Ugandan state owned media, will not manage to sanitize his sponsor from the backdoor loophole tactic to cling onto power.

Scapegoating Rwanda after 35 years of kleptocracy, corruption and nepotism via a weed smoking mouthpiece shows how desperate Senile Museveni is getting.

In Museveni’s kleptocratic world, Rwanda’s contribution to the Africa Union (AU) CDC (Center for Disease Control) and the AU COVID-19 fund is incomprehensible. When news of the Rwandan $500,000 donation to each AU initiative hit the airwaves, hostile propagandist hit back. David Murunganwa Himbara, Senile Museveni’s preferred mouthpiece, immediately linked the Rwandan contribution to the AU with its recent acquisition of an IMF credit facility. In his shallow world, he simplifies two unrelated concepts to make it look like Rwanda borrowed to donate.

In Senile Museveni’s world, the order of the day is taking while giving is a foreign concept. If contributions, grants and donations were exclusively reserved for debt free countries, there would be almost no country donating to any cause. It might come as a surprise to Himbara, the pseudo expert hired by Senile Museveni, but the most indebted countries in the world like Japan and the USA also happen to be some of the most charitable countries in terms of grants and donations to global causes. The Ugandan regime cannot hide from its continental obligations by hiring a weed smoking mouthpiece to tarnish those stepping up to mitigate continental challenges.

As Rwanda contributed to the AU, Senile Museveni issued 10 Billion Ugandan shillings to its MPs (offering 20 million to each Member of Parliament). The move was so shocking that Ugandan courts declared the allocation to MPs illegal, but as Senile Museveni is determined to bribe his stay in power, court orders were simply ignored.

Rwanda is a member of the AU; fighting diseases and COVID-19 on the African continent is in Rwanda’s interest. Although contributing to special AU funds is voluntary, every African Union member should follow suit and contribute for a comprehensive continental approach to succeed in the fight against the pandemic.

In reality, with COVID-19, one is only as safe and clear from infectious virus as his neighbor is. COVID-19 is described as a global pandemic and is being fought through international cooperation and coordination.

Senile Museveni’s sponsored attack is a diversion of the gross mismanagement of Coronavirus in Uganda. He is further angered by the lack of trust that international lending institutions displayed in dealing with Uganda. Who would blame international lenders from caution on giving the Ugandan regime anything?

Clearly, Museveni’s priority will be to feed his cronies with unexplainable allowances and to finance a weed smoking propagandist like Murunganwa Himbara in a smear campaign against Rwanda.

Rwanda’s contribution to the Africa COVID-19 Response Fund has startled senile Museveni and his cronies out of their post supplementary budget awards hangover.

Museveni’s bankrolled trolls funded through his Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI), including Spyreports and UCC’s Obed Katureebe, alias Robert Fati Gakwerere, and the dull-witted Sulah Nuwamanya Wakabiligi could barely wait for the day to break for them to spin Rwanda’s contribution, and portray the Panafrican gesture of solidarity as a ‘wasteful venture.’

But unlike Uganda, Rwanda is famed for ingenuity in management of her available resources. It is Rwanda’s conviction that one doesnt have to be stinking rich to offer a helping hand. When calamity strikes, Rwanda and indeed African culture calls for solidarity to mitigate the suffering. However, it is clear that greed has blinded Ugandan leaders to the extent that they don’t want to give and at the same time they are not happy when others do.

Just because Rwanda does not conduct its affairs with showy funfares does not mean nothing is happening on the ground. The difference between Rwanda and Uganda is humility. While Senile Museveni’s Uganda chooses pandemonium in quest of dispensing their affairs, Rwanda is famous for taking a clinical approach, which has invariably borne impressive results in all spheres.

While the eyes of Senile Museveni and his trolls are literally jumping out of their sockets and salivating at the one million USD that Rwanda donated to the Africa COVID-19 Response Fund, like hyenas, greedy Ugandan leaders are helping themselves on the COVID-19 fund.

During his 11th TV address, Museveni talked of interest in a regional approach in the fight against COVID-19, and yet, his dimwitted trolls have the audacity to question Rwanda’s contribution for the same cause. How does Museveni expect the approach to work? This exposes the senile regime ruler‘s hypocrisy.

Not even a Court injunction could deter Ugandan members of Parliament from stealing 20 millions each, giving as their defense that everyone else was also stealing, referring to Museveni’s cunning award to himself of even more millions from the supplementary budget.

There are quite a lot matters of importance to Uganda which is worth reporting, for instance Obed Katurebe, Bob Atwiine of Spyreports and CommandPost should question Senile Museveni’s issuing of 10bn to his Members of Parliament hurriedly even before the court ruling.

Giving and sharing the little you have with those in need and contributing for a good cause are key values in Rwanda’s rich and vast culture. It is considered taboo in Rwandan culture for one to have a meal when the neigjbour sleeps on an empty stomach. It is not the first time that Rwanda has contributed from her little resources, as a gesture of solidarity with humanity at times of distress.

The contribution to the AU therefore should not have come as a surprise to anyone because it is not the first time, and neither will it be the last.

Instead of stealing resources that should be used to save the continent from this invisible enemy threatening to annihilate the global population, Senile Museveni and his cronies should behave for once and be seen to care about their people and Africans at large.
