Senile Museveni is bitter that Rwanda is taking the lead on the COVID-19 response and that CHOGM2020 was not cancelled and set for another venue. He instructed his sponsored mouthpiece, David Murunganwa Himbara, a bitter and petty weed smoker who also acts as the Rwandan National Congress terror outfit propagandist, to increase his hostile attacks Rwanda that are devoid of facts rather based on imaginations.

For anyone who has had the displeasure of reading the sponsored propaganda, it is obvious that Museveni is angered by the contrast in the COVID-19 pandemic response.

As soon as the pandemic was announced as a global threat, Senile Museveni and Himbara’s only concern was the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in Kigali.

They immediately started to celebrate that the event would be canceled forgetting that it could only be postponed but would still be held in Rwanda after the global pandemic crisis. Senile Museveni is allergic to success stories on Rwanda, the CHOGM obsession was Himbara’s way of comforting his sponsors.

The Commonwealth secretariat was clear, the CHOGM2020 was postponed to a later date in Kigali. The event was not canceled and the venue has not changed as the weed smoker and his frail sponsor so desperately want. The only consolation Himbara will be able to offer is his senseless jubilation that an event was postponed because of COVID-19, he will not manage to secure a cancellation with his sponsored propaganda.

Rwanda set an example of swift action against the pandemic, it introduced tough control measures, a countrywide lockdown, social assistance, wearing of masks and economic measures to mitigate the impact of the global pandemic. The Ugandan regime ruler and his cronies were instead busy looting the little reserves Uganda had, Senile Museveni’s corruption networks are reaping profit from money contributed to the Task Force and the food distribution which is even unfit for human consumption.

The world held its breath as they watched running battles of Ugandans brutalized by Museveni’s security services. The Ugandan regime even became a laughing stock when they published data showing more recoveries than infected patiences.

As Rwanda got applause for its response to COVID-19, Senile Museveni runs series of televised shows preaching how the virus spreads instead of coming up with strategies to save Ugandans from the pandemic and to mitigate its impact on the country’s economy. He also has time to give childish instructions to his mouthpiece Himbara to tarnish Rwanda’s effort. The weed smoking mouthpiece focused on the CHOMG event setting it up as a bizzare measurement of the Rwandan response. The distraction was a mere diversion of the chaotic scenes in Kampala.

All public gatherings have been banned and all events requiring public gatherings postponed. Sports events, religious and political events have all been postponed, CHOGM2020 is not different. The weed smoking mouthpiece was stating the obvious as a feel good factor to his sponsor. But realizing that Rwanda was still consulted as a prominent voice on the continent, Senile Museveni and his weed smoking mouthpiece went into overdrive.

As part of the G20, the Rwandan President voices and advocates for Africa, he called for a global effort to assist Africa in mitigating the economic impact of the pandemic. The Ugandan regime response was a vicious attack through David Murunganwa Himbara. Unable to distinguish when President Kagame is speaking as the Rwandan leader and when he speaks as an African leader, Senile Museveni’s mouthpiece went on a rampage of name calling. For daring to advocate for the continent, the weed smoking propagandist tagged the Rwandan President as a beggar.

Senile Museveni’s response is out of envy as he has lost credibility at home and abroad. His corruption record, the nepotism, the kleptocracy that he presided over for the last 35 years, means that he can’t be consulted during any form of crisis.

As the world seeks financial remedies to overcome the economic impact of the pandemic, Murunganwa’s sponsored insults will not deter continental leaders. Real leaders are not concerned about their egos in crisis, nor do they invest in weed smoking propagandist to write “feel good” fictitious articles.

Obed Katurebe also known by his pseudonym Robert Patrick Fati (RPF) Gakwerere on Facebook embarrassed himself in yet another fictitious diversion that the war between Rwanda Defence Force and Uganda People’s Defence Force in the Democratic Republic of Congo codenamed Kisanga 1,2&3 was caused by ‘Bar Brawl between Gen James and Col Sula Semakula. This actually turned him and his paymaster into laughing stock to those who know what Senile Museveni’s army went through in the DR Congo jungles.

What Uganda regime’s trolls like Katureebe will not tell is how Uganda undermined Rwanda thought and what turned out to be a ‘David versus Goliath encounter’ would be that of a parent disciplining a child who is not expected to retaliate.

The Kisangani 1&2 was ignited by UPDF’s attempt to chase RDF from it had captured. The history has it all how Uganda wanted to balkanize the liberated region and installs a Congolese rebel leader. In so doing Uganda started misbehaving to an extent of staging an ambush on their own military vehicle near RDF’s deployment. This was the cause of the first battle.

The first fight that was around Bangoka Airport lasted for a day whilst the second one which extended to Soteski (Wamba dia Wamba’s Headquarters) went on for three days; all the fighting were provoked by UPDF as opposed to Katureebe’s ‘Bar Brawl’ joke. He should have asked how Col Sulah Semakula was suspended, placed under house arrest after self-inflicted UPDF’s humiliating losses to RDF.

In all battles, RDF had conquered UPDF, for example; RDF captured UPDF commanding officers and senior officers captured including the Late Col Nobel Mayombo then Deputy CMI, with Brig Gen Kahinda Otafire and Major Lauben Ikondere who were heading the UPDF mission in the DR Congo together with over 346 PoWs and weaponry. Katureebe should ask Kahinda Otafire what happened rather than inventing lies and hurting his paymaster.

The battles made headlines in both local and international media following Rwanda’s decision to pardon senile Museveni’s senior commanders and other captives of the wars; they were fed, treated and repatriated back home peacefully. “Rwandans you are good people. You defeated us, fed us, and took our soldiers to Kigali. If we had defeated you we would have stripped you naked, paraded you in the middle of Kisangani and called CNN” said Gen Kazini on CNN and BBC televisions.

Subsequent to the second battle, Uganda and Rwanda agreed work together but Uganda’s mission to fight RDF was still undone. The UPDF planned to encircle Rwanda’s detaches and deployment by bringing heavy artillery and armor to surround the RDF as they secretly planned for revenge; little did they know that this was going to result into worst humiliating defeat in UPDF history.

The third battle erupted when UPDF continued bickering, troop buildup with intention to revenge for the previous two defeats. Despite their reinforcements to nearly a division size supported by one artillery regiment and a mechanized battalion, the UPDF suffered a crashing defeat where nearly all seven battalions (7xBns) were annihilated and 147 POWs captured by the RDF and repatriated to Uganda through Kigali International airport to Entebbe will only live to recount what happened.

The major reason of why Uganda keeps bringing up this Kisangani wars year in year out is the three times heavy, self-inflicted, both personnel and material losses they suffered during the battles for Kisangani. This haunts and will haunt Museveni till last breath.

If Katureebe continues hurting his boss by writing about these wars, I promise to name seven of the UPDF battalions that were annihilated.

Weed smoking David Murunganwa Himbara, sponsored by senile Museveni to slander Rwanda and its Leadership continues to pick taboo topics in Uganda as inspiration for his frivolous attacks. He stupidly laments about the constitution of Rwanda gives authority to the Rwandan President forgetting to look at his Ugandan sponsor’s unconstitutional behavior.

The current constitution of Rwanda was adopted by referendum; it is a sovereign text that concerns Rwandans. It is respected and adhered to; major changes are subjected to referendums. That’s not the case in senile Museveni’s land. One would simply have to look at how senile Museveni changed the constitution to get rid of the age limit.

Senile Museveni could not risk a referendum on the age limit, after 35 years of kleptocracy and nepotism, Ugandans would have refused his senseless extension to become a “President for life”. Since 1986, senile Museveni takes his people for a ride with different excuses to stay in power as he grooms his son, Gen. Muhoozi, to succeed him. Senile Museveni does so in complete disregard that Ugandan is supposed to be a Republic; he taunts and mocks decency by even making his wife the “sport and education Minister”, his Somali half-brother a military general being his “senior security and defense advisory”.

In 2017, Adegoke wrote, “The world’s youngest continent will keep being run by its oldest leaders” and extensively covered Senile Museveni’s abnormal stay in power. Museveni was the third longest ruler in terms of consecutive years in Africa and the second oldest ruler in terms of age gap to the median age of his population. At according to the study in 2017, Uganda’s median age is 15.5 making Museveni 57.5 years older than those he ruled.

For more than three decades, the world has constantly been amused at the trickery utilized by Senile Museveni to stay in power. One trick in particularly ridiculous, when he tuned 70 years old he orchestrated an attempt to reduce his age by three years in order to circumvent the constitutional 75 years term limit. As a gift to himself, he doctored a baptism card and pretended to be surprised by the discovery that he was 3 years younger. The stunt backfired, degenerating 3 years proved too hard as his autobiography contradicted him, his age mates and a litany of evidence emerged that he was indeed 70 emerged. Through David Murunganwa Himbara, his sponsored weed smoking mouthpiece, senile Museveni launches a clumsy attack on Rwanda and its constitution. Himbara, a Rwandan National Congress terrorist propagandist, blinded by his hate for Rwanda, forgot (or opted to cash his cheque in silence) to advice his Ugandan regime sponsor that their propaganda hurts Senile Museveni more than their target.

Hiring drug addict has its risks, senile Museveni is bound to regret ever hiring a unstable weed smoker like David Murunganwa Himbara. Himbara, paid by the Ugandan regime to write anti-Rwanda propaganda, in his demented mind, Himbara can’t realize that his writings hurt more his sponsor than his intended target. Nutty Himbara, in an attempt to amuse senile Museveni, decided to count how many USA Presidents has ruled and retired during President Kagame’s tenure.

The Ugandan ruler might be senile but it will remind him that he has been in power since Ronald Reagan was the American President. Through his paid mouthpiece, Senile Museveni is trying to cover a open secret in the financial world. Senile Museveni and weed smoking Himbara are hiding that Uganda cannot access crucial funds due to their corruption record, and specifically, due to the money printing scandal.

His weed addict academic fraud, David Murunganwa aka Himbara, has relentlessly attacked the International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) rapid credit facility by claiming that it is for countries poorer than Uganda. He has been disparaging Rwanda and 24 others nations who responsibly sought the Rapid Credit Facility to mitigate the impact of the global pandemic on their economies.

But out of ignorance, the self l-proclaimed professor of international development didn’t verify that basically there are four countries namely São Tomé, Tijikstan, Gambia and Nepal who economically perform better than Uganda but still were granted the IMF emergency credit service relief. This actually confirms that Uganda missed out on the opportunity because of her corruption and funds embezzlement record.

Per capita, Rwanda and at least 4 other countries seeking IMF’s assistance are all richer than Uganda. It is a fact, Uganda needs help and is actually sourcing help elsewhere (For example European Union), but avoids IMF like a plague. Senile Museveni goes further by unleashing his favorite online mouthpiece to belittle those who do seek IMF’s assistance. In reality, it is IMF’s nature and function that Museveni wants to avoid.

Create after the second world war, the International Monetary Fund was tasked to safe guard global monetary and financial stability. It replaced the international gold standards for interstate trade and currency valuation with a new instrument SDR (Special Drawing Rights). IMF lends in SDRs and is paid back in the same meaning an exchange rate has to be established with individual nations. Senile Museveni’s issues is that for IMF to lend him money, he has to submit his Ugandan Shilling to an audit.

As a ritual, every time Uganda approaches elections, Senile Museveni orders his central bank to print money. He does so knowing that it is against national and international financial laws for political gains. Last year, June 2019, reports of yet another currency scandal was widely reported in the Ugandan media. Bank Of Uganda (BOU) faced a money printing scandal where they printed more money than they declared, the worst possible financial crime in IMF’s eyes. Senile Museveni cannot approach them so soon after he was caught red-handed in a printing money scandal.

Faced with pressure, his response is to start a ridiculous campaign to mock those who have the required transparency to seek the assistance from IMF, the institution created for global financial stability. His weed smoking mouthpiece useless attacks on Rwanda are diversions to how his corrupt regime is now denying Uganda crucial help during in such a world crisis.

To access IMF funds, BOU would have to be audited and monitored, Senial Museveni would lose his money printing tool to bribe his stay in power.

David Murunganwa aka Himbara, the Senile Museveni’s mouthpiece, repeats his historical mistake of underestimating Rwanda.

During the liberation struggle, the weed-smoking fraud brushed away the liberation effort in the 1990s preferring to smoke his weed while others were fighting for his country. After the liberation, he unsuccessfully barged in trying to usurp other people’s work as he had done when he adopted the Himbara name to smuggle himself into University. Almost 30 years later, as Rwanda fights the coronavirus pandemic, David Murunganwa, who is paid by Senile Museveni to taint Kigali leadership image, once again places his bet against Rwanda blinded by his Senile Museveni support.

The mouthpiece, oblivious of his past mistakes, claims loudly that Rwanda cannot survive a prolonged lockdown in combatting the coronavirus pandemic. His claim that Rwanda will not make it is a classic smear promoted by Senile Museveni in his propaganda war against Rwanda. It has been senile Museveni’s secret wish as he powerlessly watched Rwanda take off while his kleptocracy gangrened Uganda for 35 years. Museveni sponsors trolls like Himbara to paint a false picture of Rwanda failing; it would offer him a line to feed those he failed saying, “Uganda is not the only state failing”. Rwanda’s success becomes senile Museveni’s nightmare as the temptation will be to ask him, “If Rwanda managed to prosper after the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi, why can’t you?”

In terms of recovery, Rwanda is a global model. It is one of the few countries considered a post-conflict success studied by scholars and others on how quick recovery can be achieved with determination.

The lead secret of Rwanda’s secret is accountability, transparency and its fight against corruption as well as nepotism, these things will forever elude Senile Museveni’s regime. Weed-smoking Himbara and senile Museveni should be reminded that just like in the 1990s when they hoped to exploit Rwanda, they are wrong on COVID-19; Rwanda will overcome it and come out stronger.

David Himbara Murunganwa, the Rwanda National Congress (RNC) propagandist and Senile Museveni’s mouthpiece, finally revealed his true colors by issuing a press release on behalf of his sponsor Tribert Rujugiro. In the middle of a global pandemic, Himbara coined advertising time for his two sponsors in one event.

Generally, in the humanitarian world, it is considered unethical to receive donations from the tobacco industry. Their donation is furthermore a special big taboo in the health sector, but Senile Museveni of Uganda doesn’t see anything wrong with it. His mouthpiece Himbara knew he could comfortably use Uganda to run a tobacco public relations stunt. Senile Museveni gladly accepted money from Trilbet Rujugiro; in fact, he even paired him up with one Gen. Salim Saleh, his arms dealing brother.

Rujugiro became, as he always is, a the tax evading cancer dealer in Uganda. Now, instead of paying taxes on his death products, he gave a mere $60,000 to combat COVID-19 in Uganda. His donation could not be more unethical and cynical, Rujugiro is a prolific blood money generator who also sponsors regional terrorism. The macabre scenario, where a cancer dealer masquerades as a health conscience philanthropist, is signed of with a press release by David Himbara of the “Pan African Tobacco Group” based in Toronto.

The public relation exercise is an attempt to whitewash senile Museveni and Rujugiro at the same time. Museveni’s corruption record has dented the fight against COVID-19, no one wants to give him money. The pandemic in Uganda was triggered by endemic corruption that allowed individuals to bribe their way out of quarantine. Relief efforts, medical equipment and food was looted by Museveni and his cronies. To dupe for more donations, they needed a fake donor to salvage their drive to raise more money to squander.

With Rujugiro, the RNC chief financier and Himbara, the RNC propagandist, deep in Museveni’s debt, the Ugandan regime ruler knew that his request for a photo opportunity donation would not be denied. As for ethical considerations of publicly taking a terrorist drug kingpin’s money, senile Museveni doesn’t care.

Don’t expect ethics from someone who appoints his wife as Education Minister, his brother as the CEO of a sovereign fund whilst his son, a military General, serves as a senior presidential advisor on special operations!

Senile Museveni’s mouthpiece has blown his cover, it’s now an open secret that he serves Rujugiro and Museveni who are already known in the public gallery as sponsors of Kayumba Nyamwasa’s RNC, a terror out that has openly declared war on Rwanda.

Two prolific Ugandan regime online mouthpieces, Bob Atwine and David Murunganwa Himbara, are enviously lashing out at Rwanda for receiving global assistance in mitigating the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on its economy. As their senile sponsor, Yoweri Museveni entertains a bizarre comical live show on the pandemic, proactive and effective leadership in other countries are already thinking about mitigating the economic impact of the pandemic. Faced with such a contrast, Senile Museveni’s sponsored mouthpieces Himbara and Atwine of Spyreports and Commandpost lash out at Rwanda.

There are several reasons why senile Museveni opts to use comedy to Ugandans while unleashing his online trolls to attack Rwanda. Unlike Rwanda, the Ugandan regime’s transparency record is so bad that it makes it difficult for them to obtain aid or grants. He is limited to waiting for pity, anyone who might overlook the 35 year long kleptocracy that gangrened Uganda.

The little money he has to spare is wasted on David Himbara, Bob Atwine and other useless online trolls. Senile Museveni sponsors these online mouthpieces to tarnish as hard as possible Rwanda. His efforts however are in vain, Rwanda still enjoys the credibility of a functional, corruption Free State. Having failed to raise his country from chaos and despair, he opts to sponsor fake news to tarnish the image of those who managed.

Fugitive Murunganwa Himbara and Atwine’s boss resorts to comedy and satire as a second response to COVID-19 pandemic. Senile Museveni cannot come up with a better strategy; he has to distract them from serious issues like the aftermath of the pandemic. For lack of a solution, entertainment in long televised live shows are organised while other leaders organize serious meetings.

Unlike the weed smoking RNC propagandist Himbara, who uses his real name for senile Museveni’s dirty assignments, Bob Atwine operates under layers of pseudo identities like Spyreports, CommandPost or SpyUganda. The Ugandan state sponsored anti-Rwanda propaganda gives the world a glimpse at Senile Museveni’s priorities in the midst of a global pandemic. Inevitably, they too contribute to the serious issue Senile Museveni has; no one wants to help him!

Ugandan President’s mouthpiece David Murunganwa aka Himbara never writes anything about his brother Tom Byabagamba but exceptionally almost 48 hours after Byabagamba faced new charges, Murunganwa broke his silence. Himbara, Senile Museveni’s mouthpiece, argues that his brother Tom Byabagamba —convicted of inciting insurrection amongst other crimes— could not possibly think of escaping because he is held in a maximum security prison. If his argument was true, maximum security prisons would not exist.

Himbara took his sweet time to come up with empty defense. As Senile Museveni’s sponsored mouthpiece, he is not at liberty to write as he pleases and has to seek permission for everything he writes; even when it concerns his brother. 48 hours later, Himbara was finally allowed to write something but could only come up with a lame excuse that prisoners never attempt to escape.

Attempting an escape from a maximum security prison is one thing, succeeding is a different story. The Rwandan Defense Force press release indicates that Tom Byabagamba sought to bribe his way out, a criminal offense punishable in every country on the planet. Byabagamba is not immune from prosecution and his brother’s sponsored online propaganda will not intimidate Rwanda’s impartial judiciary.

Maximum security prisons are specifically designed for criminals like Byabagamba considered dangerous and who are considered high flight risks. Himbara accessed $450,000 of Senile Museveni and Rujugiro’s funds in 2010 just to secure an audience in the US Congress to smear Rwanda. The money was paid to lobbyists who secured the audience. Given that Himbara paid $450,000 to lobbyists essentially bribing to get attention, how much would Himbara raise to sneak his brother out?

Fortunately, unlike hundreds of innocents Rwandans illegally detained in Uganda, under Museveni’s regime, Byabagamba will have a court date for his new charges and he will be assisted by lawyers. Prosecutors will present their evidence, Byabagamba’s defense will naturally contest and judges will rule; this is what is referred to as due process in democratic states contrary to Kangaroo courts’ behavior in Himbara’s treasured Matooke Republic.

There is a saying that when something rots and smells, it attracts flies. This analogy rings true of senile Museveni’s situation, whose rotten system has a high affinity for attracting undesirable elements and society rejects.

You only need to look at the crowd he surrounds himself with and you will agree that the senile old man is smelly, which is the reason why he is surrounded by parasites with an insatiable appetite for decayed stuff.

If you are still in doubt, I will draw a short list for you, and I will start with Brig Abel Kandiho, the head of CMI, a parasitic intelligence chief who has collected a horde of other like-minded bootlickers and placed them at the service of his frail boss Museveni.

Kandiho and his side-kick… are responsible for recruiting undesirable freeloaders like Obed Katureebe alias Robert Patrick Fati (RPF) Gakwerere who is wasting space at the UCC, denying an employment opportunity for deserving young Ugandans.

There is Titus the Midget Seruga, the male harlot who went to Belgium in pursuit of a Belgian boyfriend, falsely claiming persecution in order to be accorded asylum so that he can be with his boyfriend. Being a dwarf both in physique and mentally, the Ugandan midget failed to convince the asylum officer and his application was cancelled. Since his boyfriend realised the midget was a liar, he dumped and abandoned him in the cold, literally.

Lucky enough, CMI thought the midget fitted their recruitment portfolio and that is how the wannabe midget blogger was hired as an anti-Rwanda troll, joining a swarm of other incompetent and mentally deranged Museveni parasites.

Armed with bitterness caused by a failed relationship with his Belgian boyfriend, Titus the midget was deemed the right CMI arsenal against the Rwandan leadership.

Well, like his RNC comrade-in-arms Sulah Nuwamanya Wakabiligi, the midget always skived off English Grammar lessons and struggles to express himself, but Museveni and CMI are none the wiser.

The CMI swarms of flies are now buzzing around the dismissal of the Rwandan Minister of state for EAC affairs, and are labouring to make this about Uganda.

Acting on the briefing passed down from their senile master, the CMI flies are claiming that the state minister was dismissed ‘as a sacrifice by Rwanda so that Museveni can send in food’ ignoring the fact that Ugandans themselves have been starving.

This should be understood in the context of senile Museveni’s sourgrapping after his alliance with anti-Rwanda terror outfits led to numerous political, social, military and economic misfortunes, where the Ugandan economy has effectively collapsed.

With the spread of the Coronavirus Pandemic, senile Museveni is desperate for a distraction, hence the instructions to his CMI attack dogs to spin the dismissal and turn relate it to Uganda’s problems.
