Weed smoker David Himbara, the RNC propagandist, has a special skill when it comes to fabrication especially for fabrication that draws attention to him. He is an attention seeker of epic proportion. Today, he sensationally published a letter from the Canadian Police and claims it’s is investigating possible threats to his life. The only reason the RNC propagandist comes up with such lies is to tarnish Rwanda as he is paid to do by Museveni (Exhibit #1510) and Rujugiro (#Ankle beeps). (Read about Museveni army of trolls)

In the twisted narrative, Himbara related an unbelievable story that someone called him to inform him that he was under pressure to “get close to him”. The Weed smoking RNC propagandist apparently directed the would-be ‘spy’ to file a report to the police. Himbara then requested for the police file containing his pseudo death threat. On social media, Himbara then shared the response from the Canadian Police, it tells another story.

Highlighted in the letter is, “Where you are listed as the complainant” meaning the RNC propagandist filed a complaint. When he pressed the police for the file, the response was a diplomatic NO, for privacy issues amongst other issues. His attempted trick to embarrass his target (typically Rwanda or Rwandan leaders) by mentioning them in a complaint, and then asking for a police record with their names failed. He will not get to play around with his statements validated by the mere fact that he told it to the police.

Equally important to note, is that Himbara and his RNC have been reported to encourage Rwandans to seek asylum under the false pretense. For some asylum seekers, the promise of an expedited process for their case is dangled in front of them as long as they support RNC fabrications. They are told to say that they cannot go back to Rwanda and coached lies that support RNC narratives.

David Himbara takes full advantage of economic migrants who intend to seek political asylum in order to stay in Canada. Key in this fabrication is Himbara’s behavior, he is publicizing it and exploiting it fully. If he believed the threat to be real, he would at least be concerned for his created informant during the investigative stages.

The RNC propagandist is once again airing that he is a fraud publicly. Weed smoking David Himbara write a fraudulent analysis, only he doesn’t realize that it obvious. In order to attempt to tarnish Rwanda, he has just converted himself in a military expert and offered a ridiculous analysis.

Over the weekend, he pretended to be a political analyst capable of understanding and commenting on the concepts behind a senate. He failed. (Follow this link for blog on senate)

He then converted himself into a macro statistics expert with the ability to grasp national statistics. He failed that too. (Read the Blog on GDP)

He now believes himself to be a military avionics expert, giving us a comparison of military hardware. He knows nothing actually or very little about it! Self-proclaimed military expert, he now analyses deployment and capabilities of air assets in times of low intensity conflict!

The former economics professor now turned aviation expert however doesn’t hide his love and sentiments for his paymaster, Yoweri Museveni. During an NTV talk show he once said while comparing Rwanda’s economy with that of Uganda that it is like comparing a “mosquito and an elephant”.

Now he sees no problem because Uganda’s Sukhoi 27 are much more superior to 208B caravan alleged to be purchased by Rwanda! He yaps about fire power, landing and take off capabilities, range and other criteria that he is simply doesn’t understand .

The RNC propagandist, who could not be able to distinguish between a gun and a toy gun to save his life, must be taking readers for fools. Yet by doing so, he is only exposing his ignorance.

The only logical explanation is that he is blinding following really his sponsors Kampala line to disinform that Rwanda is arming itself to fuel paranoia.

David Himbara, the weed smoking RNC propagandist, is attacking the Rwandan governance system. He is viciously attacking the legislative branch, Himbara doesn’t like how senators are chosen.

Rwanda has a bicameral legislative branch composed of deputies and senators. The weed smoker takes issue with the fact that some senators are elected by an electoral college while others are appointed.

Masquerading as an activist for democracy, David Himbara plays an ancient neocolonial tune that a different governances system to his norm is to be labelled false and defunct.

The judicial, the executive and the legislature; three branches of government commonly found in sovereign states worldwide. Yet no two countries are exactly the same.

In Africa and in developing countries, neocolonial forces attempted to force a copy-paste model, with the skewed vision that one shoe size fits all. This ‘one shoe size’ prescription is given to achieve confrontational politics as opposed to consensual politics with the aim to always pin one against the other.

Interestingly, neocolonial forces will not taste their own medicine of pure confrontational politics, most of them actually adopt a bicameral legislative. They adopt an upper house or senate that is almost never a pure product of direct popular vote. With his obscure logic, the RNC propagandist would, therefore, find himself criticizing every upper house or senate in the world.

Some upper house and senate are elected by electoral college, others are nominated individuals by virtue of their past appointments, some are even hereditary positions, yet Himbara picks Rwanda as having done the unthinkable. As the neocolonialist, his objective is simple; he wants to pin brothers against brothers for the benefit of his RNC terrorist organization.

He does so deliberately because even Canada, his second citizenship, has an unelected senate. In his second country of citizenship, senators are appointed to serve for a lifetime only to retire at 75! Canada kept a bicameral legislative modeled after its independence from the United Kingdom which also still has about 90 hereditary peers in the House of Lords (equivalent to the upper house or senate). In both cases, their governance system works and is tailored to suit their needs. Why would Himbara single out Rwanda?

In the immediate post-colonial era, the imposition of a confrontational system in sovereign states was generally done under the disguise democracy to divide and rule. It is a trickery still in use today by “pseudo activist” especially those like David Himbara who hide a more cynical agenda.

All he wants is people screaming and fighting over every single issue thus creating fertile ground for his recruitment in his terrorist enterprise.

After a sustained smear campaign on Rwanda, Weed Smoking David Himbara is unable to believe that Rwanda’s Economy has grown with its quarterly GDP reported to be 12.2% from 8.6% in the previous quarter. He thinks that his smear campaigns and lobby activities against Rwanda must have been more effective.

Himabara is sponsored with hundreds of thousands in US Dollars by Yoweri Museveni and Tribert Rujugiro (also known as Ankle-beeps from his ankle monitor wearing days) to smear Rwanda through mainstream media and social media on behalf of RNC, a terrorist organization.

In reality, the RNC Propagandist has wasted his energy and his sponsors money. Himbara is a fraud, one that could not even be bothered to research and publish fact. In a true propagandist style, he prefers to self-publishes thus avoiding scrutiny and he expects others to take his words as the gospel truth.

A simple google on GDP and fastest growing economies reveals that Himbara is in fact the mad one for not believing a country can reach 12% growth in a quarter. It is common knowledge that the fastest growing economies attain double digit growth, most of which are in Africa and Asia!

Consistently for the past five years, Rwanda makes it on the list of rapidly growing economies. Himbara’s astonishment is either due to his lack of basic common knowledge or is a face saving measure to his brutal failure to disrupt Rwanda’s economic development. His sponsors should get a refund!

David Himbara, the RNC propagandist, did not enjoy President Kagame’s speech to the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF) political bureau. What angered Himbara were economic figures, stronger than ever with a 12% growth for the second quarter, his anger led him to hear voices in his head. The heavy weed smoker is suffering from delirium. The propagandist thinks he heard and saw from Canada what no one else did.

One might even ask why he follows the Political Bureau of the Rwandan Patriotic Front to start with, as a member of the terrorist organization RNC, why would he want to follow RPF’s events? Understandably, RNC is devoid of any ideology, so perhaps the drug-using propagandist is looking for inspiration. Perhaps what spooked Himbara was the reminder of facts that President Kagame issued to terrorist groups.

The President said that Rwanda is able and willing to defend itself against terrorist, those who tested its resolve found out the hard way. That’s a fact that actually reassures Rwandans. If Himbara loses sleep over facts, then so be it, but he should know that no country would tolerate armed and active terrorist. The Head of State reminded would be trouble makers that Rwanda Defense Force (RDF) is sworn to defend it from all enemies.

As for Himbara, he should take his time to digest the news of a 12% growth in Rwanda despite all his negative campaign.

Anti-Rwandan propaganda narratives are filled with conspiracy theorists usually with an ax to grind. This is the case of one Charles Kambanda, well-known for his genocide denier, who regularly engages in baseless wild conspiracies against Rwanda. In his analysis of the US sanctions against Kale Kayihura, he concocts a machination that Rwanda “tossed Kayihura under the bus”.

The “law professor”, also notorious for his sex for grades practice, needs to be reminded very basic facts on Kale Kayihura. Who appointed Kale Kayihura as Inspector General of Police in Uganda and most importantly, who dismissed him? In his fallacious conspiracy, the genocide denier wants his readers to believe that the Kale Kayirhura sanctions are the product of an international agreement with Rwanda.

He quotes closed-door sessions of the United Nations Security Council as proof, how does Kambanda expect anyone to believe his quotes of closed doors sessions to which he is obviously not invited? He ignores reality, Kale Kayihura was appointed and dismissed by Museveni and the sanctions are US-issued. But somehow he contrives to drag Rwanda into the Ugandan regime’s messes.

Charles Kambanda is simply mad, even by anti-Rwandan conspiracy theorist standards, and it seems no one in his anti-Rwanda propaganda circle is able or willing to tell him the truth –that he is making a fool of himself publicly. It is scary that such a person is allowed to get in a position where he can teach young minds. It is even scarier if one reads what his former student Clet Kintu writes on Facebook about him. Kintu says that Kambanda killed his bother and tried to poison him in order to silence him.

RNC operative Sulah Nuwamanya’s wild and short lived celebrations on another country’s soil is not only bizarre but confirms what has been said before – that RNC terrorist group is publicly operating in Uganda.

The terrorist Operative should know that chest pumping that Gen Kayihura was sanctioned will not tilt the balance of power in favor of RNC after their decimation in DRC which left them between a rock and a hard place.

Nuwamanya, Prossy Bonabaana and their entire RNC Executive Committee in Uganda will not be launching for that long; Salim Saleh, Kandiho, Kainerugaba or maybe even Kaguta will soon find their way on sanction lists.
