To RNC terror outfit apologists and Uganda state house sponsored propagandists, every other country should conduct its affairs like Uganda. To them, Museveni is the ‘model leader’ that every other leader should follow. They think that like them, the rest of the world revolves around state house Uganda.

Obed Katureebe alias Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere, the Uganda Communication Commission senior official in charge of anti-Rwanda propaganda, and David Murunganwa alias Himbara, the RNC terrorist propaganda machine under the remuneration of disgraced businessman Tribert Rujugiro Ayabatwa, are especially obsessed with this flawed fallacy.

The two have sustained the narrative that President Kagame, like Museveni should make daily appearances on national TV, to address the nation and give updates on Rwanda’s progress in the fight against the Coronavirus Pandemic. They argue that the presidential addresses are aimed at ‘comforting’ the population.

Now, the problem is that the model they want other leaders to emulate is actually the best example of what leaders should not do during a national disaster. The approach is only applicable in a country like Uganda, where the president has usurped all institutional instruments and rendered them impotent.

While Museveni has been all over television screens on a daily basis doing nothing but teach Ugandans basic biology, in the meantime the world has learnt of how Uganda government officials have exploited the pandemic for personal gain, exposing Ugandans to greater risk of infection.

The world has also been exposed to the ugliest side of Museveni’s 35 year rule, after he unleashed his army, police and Local Defense Unit, ostensibly to enforce his directives aimed at containing the spread of the pandemic in Uganda.

However, it was apparent that Museveni’s security forces are not trained to protect Ugandans, but rather, they are programmed unleash all sorts of brutality on them as well as violently suppressing political opponents, not to enforce and maintain law and order. This was evident on Kampala streets when, instead of enforcing the directives of ensuring Ugandans only go out on the streets to engage in essential activities, they descended on them with brutal force, clobbering them senselessly and looting their merchandise. To the brainwashed Museveni security forces, Ugandans are the enemy with whom they had to deal with mercilessly.

Thousands of innocent Ugandans traders, young and old, suffered broken bones and wounds, and lost the little investments and businesses that had kept them and their families scrapping through the already generally difficult situation in Uganda. Many were left wondering whether Coronavirus was actually more of a threat to their lives than Museveni’s security apparatus.

For Museveni’s propagandists Obed Katureebe and David Murunganwa Himbara to suggest that Museveni is the model leader, especially after his numerous goofs in the face of the Coronavirus Pandemic is an insult to our intelligence.

It is perhaps right for Museveni to be seen as the lead figure in the fight against the Coronavirus Pandemic only because he has always imposed himself on Ugandans instead of creating institutions that would outlive him and his NRM. These unnecessary appearances on TV are part of Museveni’s grand scheme in which he aims to impose himself on Ugandans as a deity of sorts, to create the impression that Ugandans would not survive without him.

The thing is, Uganda and Rwanda may as well be entities from distinctively different planets. The aspirations of Rwandans and their leaders are well set out and they always work together to achieve as much as their situations can permit, with everyone playing their respective role. The fight against the Coronavirus Pandemic is being treated as another challenge that should be tackled in the same laid out approach, only with a bit more vigilance because of the magnitude and the threat it presents.

David Murunganwa Himbara, the RNC terrorist propagandist, must have smoked more weed than usual and his latest post shows it. While he is obsessing about COVID19 in Rwanda, he missed news that matter to him in his hideout. Canada has just enacted the quarantine act and it has severe implications for his terrorist propaganda.

To earn a living in his self imposed exile, the weed smoker has to constantly write rubbish on Rwanda. The Ugandan regime and Tribert Rujugiro, an international fraudster and terrorist financier, sponsor Murunganwa and insist that he keeps attacking Rwanda with hateful propaganda. They pay for his trips around the world as he masquerades as an expert or an activist. The quarantine order has him pinned down, he will no longer be traveling to defend genocide and terrorists ideologies.

Himbara has lost touch with reality in Rwanda but he will not admit it as he would lose his propaganda job. In recent interview in Kinyarwanda proved it, he could barely compose a full sentence. He looked frail and old, the picture perfect of a COVID19 vulnerable person. He must be glued to the online platforms that report cases worried that his hideout is recording more cases of the viral pandemic.

As he is not paid to write about global concerns, you will never see him write anything substantial about COVID19. However, the quarantine order will most likely affect his drug supply and one can be certain that he will be unleashing his cravings on Rwanda. Although his work is macabre, it can be argued that his sponsors recruited well.

They found someone never sober enough to care for reality. He was their useful high idiot but as he sobers up and faces the prospects of death; Muruganwa will most likely just become a useless rumbling drug addict.

As world leaders work to contain the COVID-19 outbreak, the terrorist Rwandan National Congress (RNC) agitator David Murunganwa Himbara works very hard to try to distract the public with cheap disinformation. The idiotic weed-smoker does not follow news, either in Rwanda or in Canada — where he conned his way to citizenship— but has time to criticize what everyone else is doing.

Himbara (real name Murunganwa), under the influence of drugs, writes his usual rubbish asking why the Rwandan President had not addressed Rwandans about the pandemic. His creeping dementia prevents his recalling (or perhaps he was never aware in fact) that the President had addressed the nation on this global crisis, and had subsequently gone on to promote the WHO #SafeHands campaign. Rwanda, as well organized society, moved into highly coordinated action with all sectors playing their required role. The ministries for health, local government, security and economic sectors all swung into concerted action to combat the pandemic.

Murunganwa/Himbara is sponsored by a very corrupt Ugandan regime that has had a chaotic approach to the COVID-19 outbreak. The regime that pays him to smear Rwanda is so corrupt that suspects in quarantine simply bribed their way out. The terrorism propagandist turns to his usual slander to divert from and cover for the hand that feeds him. Murunganwa cannot understand that Rwanda works precisely because it relies on institutional competence and rational division of labour.

Interestingly, while Murunganwa-Himbara was yapping on, asking what the Rwandan President was doing about COVID-19, President Kagame was receiving a call from the Canadian Prime Minister with whom he discussed a proposal for a G20 response to the ongoing global crisis. Murunganwa aka Himbara should let sober statesmen work to protect the world from the pandemic. His sponsored propaganda tirades only prove, if any proof were needed, how thoroughly disconnected he truly is and how little he knows about the organization of normally functioning states.

Murunganwa should first ask himself where he is, skulking in self-imposed exile in Canada and how he is having to deal with the effects of drug abuse in his 70s!

The RNC agitator, also paid by Ayabatwa Rujugiro —the international conman known as “AnkleBeeps”in London— is hallucinating if he real thinks heads of state and government pay any heed to his absurd twaddle. He would do much better focussing on a drug rehab programme to end his days with a minimum of dignity.

In his effort to slander Rwanda, David Murunganwa aka Himbara writes fiction that Rwandans are incapable of following COVID-19 social distancing measures. He claims that Rwandans are too poor and that they have no option but to violate movement restrictions to trade for survival. His claims are absurd and motivated by his failed sponsored propaganda objectives; to destabilize Rwanda.

David Murunganwa has been doctoring videos to push his hostile propaganda on Rwanda. In one instance, he uses a video of smugglers to fabricate a narrative that the smugglers are desperate legitimate traders. Yet the video clearly takes by other law abiding citizens. The weed smoking propagandist doctored interpretations cannot explain why some are taking the video peacefully. If he was sober, Murunganwa would remember that trades in food, utilities and other necessities were allowed to continue. He would then understand why legitimate traders are filming smugglers.

In a different video taken on Monday, the propagandist misleads by removing the context. The video shows one of the busiest bus stations in Rwanda as the movement restrictions come into force on day one. Naturally, a small minority of city dwellers hoped to catch a last minute bus and expressed concern. To anyone who knows how busy the bus station usually is, the video actually shows a 99.9% compliance. Once again, the terrorist propagandist deliberately omitted the context to fabricate a lie

Himbara’s sponsors insist on painting Rwanda as a poverty stricken country. He is sponsored by the corrupt Ugandan regime and an international fraudster, Tribert Rujugiro aka AnkleBeeps, who do everything to counter the Rwanda success story. They do so out of envy, jealousy and spite because progress in Rwanda makes them look bad. They pay David Murunganwa to write smears with fabricated facts as they sponsor armed terrorist militias yet none of their efforts have been successful.

The weed smoking propagandist and his sponsors see the COVID-19 as an opportunity to enhance their agenda. Murunganwa aka Himbara lives in a country with 70 times more cases than Rwanda. Himbara and his sponsors are all over 70 with frail immune systems. But they hate Rwanda so much that they are blinded by how COVID-19 is more of a threat to their lives than Rwandans.

Despite the fact that his hiding place counts 2091 with 621 new cases registered in one single day, Himbara obsesses with calls for Rwanda with only 36 cases to relax social distancing measures. As a member of the Rwandan National Congress (RNC) terrorist movement, his true motive is to enhance COVID-19 infections in Rwanda.

When the pandemic was announced, Murunganwa, who always masquerades as a development expert, could not contain his joy. It was bizarre to see someone rejoice at a pandemic that affected him more given his age and frail health. Regardless of the risk COVID-19 posed to him, he began to elaborate how disaster would strike Rwanda hard.

He noticed that Rwanda was doing the right thing and set out to sabotage it. As the pandemic progressed from Asia to Europe and to America, it became clear that countries that do not react quickly later find controlling the pandemic difficult. The weed smoker was angered by Rwanda’s quick response leading him to write a series of useless articles criticizing social distancing measures. To do so, he hunts down pardon genocide denialist and convicted con artists and amplifies their voices. They share the same objectives.

With funding from the Ugandan regime and an international fraudster —Tribert Rujugiro, a criminal wanted by numerous countries for economic crimes— the weed smoking propagandist constantly writes claiming that Rwandans are unhappy with their government’s quick reaction. It is his job description, attack Rwanda with smear at all cost. Contrary to his sponsored assertions, Rwandans actually feel safe and support measures to contain COVID-19. In fact, Rwanda has been a trend setter on combatting the pandemic. Its innovative approach is copied by other countries and appreciated by the World Health Organization.

His obsession and prime objective is to destabilize Rwanda. That’s the only reason why he attempts to sabotage and criticize any measure taken to combat COVID-19 in Rwanda. He wants more infections, he needs to see chaos! If his RNC militia grenade throwing campaign in 2009 and 2010 failed to yield chaos, what makes him think COVID-19 will succeed? After all, even countries like the one he tricked into giving him citizenship with 2091 cases have not crumbled into chaos.

With the stringent measures in Rwanda, COVID-19 is under control; his wishful thinking of chaos in Rwanda will never materialize. As he dances to his macabre tunes, someone ought to remind him to worry more about COVID-19 cases around his neighborhood. With his weed smoking, a COVID-19 infection would be a death sentence.

As father mismanages Coronavirus response, son picks fight with media for ‘praising other countries’

First son, Muhoozi Kainerugaba aka Kainemuseveni is fuming after Uganda’s English daily The New Vision tweeted about Rwanda’s exemplary enforcement of strict measures to curb the raging Coronavirus Pandemic. Exposing his predisposition as a predator of media freedom, Muhoozi has given flack to the state mouthpiece for rightly pointing out that Rwanda is doing the right thing in the face of the Coronavirus Pandemic. The first son believes that the New Vision should not be stating facts about Rwanda because it is ‘a government asset.’

“But who is in charge of this New Vision? Is this a government asset or what? How dare they praise another state before our great Ugandan state?” the first son quipped, sending online followers in shock, as it reminded them of the Idi Amin era when the President and his cronies wielded so much power and often terrorised media and whoever else dared to question or expose their evil.

And then Muhoozi punctuates his discontentment with the most misplaced statement under the prevailing Ugandan reality and global circumstances: “Uganda is the greatest country in Africa period!! In all things. Nobody else can compare,” Dear Muhoozi, greatness is earned, not enforced.

It borders on mockery to state that Uganda ‘is the greatest country in Africa’ when it is on record that hundreds of COVID-19 suspects who arrived by plane bribed their way out of quarantine in Uganda, while influential figures in the Ugandan society simply picked up their children and relatives from quarantine and drove them home. Returning Ugandans have been extorted of their savings after being subjected to a USD 1,400 forced quarantine as a way to blackmail them into parting with bribes for Government officials.

Hundreds of Ugandans are still stranded at all entry points because borders are closed and the Government has refused to cater for their 14 days stay in quarantine. How can a person of Muhozi’s status honestly state that Uganda is the greatest when the Ugandan Government has covered up Coronavirus cases for the childish reason of ostensibly ‘maintaining a ‘clean sheet?’

With this reckless handling of affairs concerning the Coronavirus Pandemic by the Ugandan Government, it is not only the Ugandan nationals being put to risk but the entire region.

While the first son turns green with envy and jealousy because someone has rightly pointed out Rwanda’s diligence in protecting her nationals and the region, his father is busy paying lip service about the pandemic, delving into lengthy televised scientific lectures instead of providing leadership and coveted solutions to the already sufferingUgandan population.

Instead of dealing with the present pandemic, Muhoozi’s father would rather chest thump, reminding all and sundry about how he fought Idi Amin and Obote, how he detonated explosives in Luwero, as if that has any bearing to the present situation that threatens to wipe out not only the Ugandan population, but also the entire continent if leaders don’t cease to be jokers.

Murunganwa, paid to run the Rwandan National Congress (RNC) terrorist propaganda, has always tried to cause panic and chaos in Rwanda. In 2009 and in 2010, his terrorist militia threw grenades at bus stops, markets and other crowed areas in an effort to create chaos. They had grossly underestimated the Rwandan people resolve, their terrorist attacks brought Rwandans together and their attempt to destabilize was faulted. Himbara now hopes that COVID-19 will succeed where RNC failed, even with the Ugandan regime support.

With 17 cases detected in Rwanda, the government put in place stringent measures to contain the outbreak. Rwanda is doing exactly what needs to be done to avoid playing catch-up. Contrary to what the terrorist propagandist is saying essential services (Banks, hospitals, fuel, food and farming included) are still operational. He deliberately omitted to mention that, just as he forgets to mention that he lives in a red zone with 1328 cases of COVID-19.

As a paid propagandist, he has to overlook his old age and his frail immune system to write smear and fake news about Rwanda. Deep in side, he definitely would wish to be in Rwanda for its stringent measures would keep him safe.

In the very near future, Muruganwa will find it very difficult to ignore that Rwanda took the right decision. Someone should actually tell him to begin writing apology letters to Rwandans, he might soon need to seek shelter in Rwanda!

Ugandan regime sponsored media outlets are busy misinforming the public with a misplaced search of a coronavirus infected suspect. A Rwandan lady who recently traveled to Dubai, is the subject of all search efforts in a country where one can simply pay to get out of quarantine. Corruption has reached everywhere in Uganda, to the point that even health officials in charge of quarantine can be bribed by individuals deemed at risk of being infected.

The corrupt system, aware that a massive outbreak is about to happen, ignores its shortcomings and launches on a witch-hunt. Mushimiyimana Delphine, the subject of the misplaced search, has been turned into the bogeyman by the usual suspects that claim she was sent to infect Uganda. Her sin, being Rwandan and not offering bribes as others have done to bypass all measures put in place to combat the COVID-19 pandemic in the Matooke republic.

Unfortunately even if she had bribed her way in, she would still be hunted down to fit the sponsored Rwandaphobic message. In Uganda, travelers can pay bribes at the airport to avoid quarantine while others will pay it at the quarantine and escape. NBS and New Vision reported that Chinese nationals suspected to be COVID-19 positive paid bribes to avoid quarantine. About 40 of them who had escaped the quarantine were arrested in a house in Naguru and about 30 more bribed their way in at the Airport.

Hundreds are said to simply pay the $1400 quarantine fee to avoid being lockdown for medical observation. In hindsight, who would really blame these Ugandan officials? Their leader, right after announcing stringent measures against public gathering to combat the pandemic, went on to organize a grand opening of the “Sino-Uganda Industrial Park”. It was a clear signal that he too puts money before health issues.

The only reason why they single out Mushimiyimana Delphine is that it gives them an excuse as to why soon, the pandemic will wreak havoc in their country. The real cause is corruption but they will take Ugandans for a ride with false claims that COVID-19 was the result of a conspiracy theory.

The toxic mix of corruption and COVID-19 will certainly lead to dire consequences. They should search for their corrupt agents, and ask them how many suspected cases they overlooked for money. The hysteria around Mushimiyimana is misplaced; it’s a diversion from real issues.

Readers should be reminded that Uganda has not confirmed a COVID-19 case yet not because there are no cases but just because the country had no testing infrastructure in the place, now that China has aided them with kits, Ugandans should prepare for the tough times ahead.

David Muruganwa aka Himbara, the weed-smoking terrorist propagandist, must be suffering from incurable megalomania. He is so delusional that he believes he appealed and obtained a written apology from them. In reality, Himbara is talking to an automated system with clicks and buttons and then follows it with a few screenshots to prove that he is that important.

A failed conman, David Muruganwa Himbara is now on the Ugandan regime payroll to write smear and slander on Rwanda. It is his daily occupation, his means of survival in the hideout in Canada. For example; on the current COVID-19, Murunganwa is busy writing about the impact of 11 cases in Rwanda from Canada where they record 873 cases. In other words, the weed smoker lives in an area with more COVID-19 cases than the entire African Continent (almost double) but still has time for hateful propaganda and self-glorification.

While he is busy predicting doom on Rwanda, he forgets that he is in a dangerous area for a 70 year-old heavy weed smoker. If he catches COVID-19, an extremely high possibility, David Muruganwa aka Himbara will not survive it. Weakened by his delinquent lifestyle, the Ugandan regime sponsored propagandist should stop playing with numbers he does not understand about investments, foreign reserve, or GDP.

Instead, as recommended by the World Health Organization and promoted by the Rwandan President, Himbara should wash his hands.

Julius Nziza from Gorilla Doctors, the author of an academic paper on Coronavirus in bats living in close contact with humans in Rwanda, has clarified that his research has nothing to do with the current COVID-19 pandemic. His paper was published in 2019, the research carried out between 2010 and 2014. His clarification comes after Makerere University deliberately used it to mislead and misinform the public.

Nziza’s research was carried as a PREDICT, a global project for surveillance of pathogens that can spillover from animal hosts to people. The study was about SARS-CoV commonly called SARS in bats, a natural reservoir of the virus, the study was not about the current SARS CoV-2 known as COVID19. The insinuation by Makerere University that the current Coronavirus pandemic pathogen, SARS CoV-2, was discovered in a research carried out in 2014 is pure rumormongering.

Makerere University, once a respectable institution, clearly has been infected by the 34 years corrupt regime. The University has now in its elements corrupt individuals on the anti-Rwanda campaign payroll. Using the University name, they misinform and propagate hate in a desperate attempt to destabilize Rwanda.
