The hostile anti-Rwanda propaganda sponsored by the Ugandan regime is angered that Rwanda secured emergency funding in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. Museveni regime has a fraud, a weed smoking mouthpiece David Murunganwa Himbara, who failed to complete high school, as their point man in economics. Their reaction, motivated by envy, proves how illiterate Himbara and his sponsors are.

Unable to understand basic economic concepts, he claims that the Rwandan economy has collapsed and that International Monetary Fund (IMF) is rescuing it with $100 million dollars. IMF, a Brentwood institution whose task is to protect international trade and financial stability, usually provides countries with lending facilities to stabilize their balance of payments obligations. It does so to protect currencies by offering SDRs or Special Drawing Rights. It established a Rapid Credit Facility to respond to the financial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Illiterate Murunganwa Himbara confuses IMF with the World Bank which is the Brentwood institution createe to assist economies. With the pandemic, the IMF announced that it can mobilize up to $1 Trillion USD to assist member countries to stabilize the international financial system. So far, they have assisted Honduras with about $143 Million, $23,5 Million to Guinea, they are finalizing $221 Million with Senegal and have concluded a $109,4 Million agreement with Rwanda. Almost all member countries are in discussion with IMF, including Uganda.

The only reason why Uganda is sponsoring the fake narrative of economic collapse is because it is not able to reach a deal as fast as Rwanda. With its endemic corruption, IMF and other lenders are more careful when it comes to giving Uganda money since Uganda never accounts for the given funds nor does it use them for what they are meant for.

For 34 years, all money lent to Uganda ended up in Museveni’s bank accounts and ones of his cronies. But to avoid a disturbance of the international financial system, after certain safeguards, even Uganda will eventually receive protection for its financial sector.

The academic fraud Himbara cannot comprehend that a $100 million loan cannot be an indication that a $10 Billion per year economy (GDP of 9.8 Billion in 2019) has collapsed. It is rather an indication that Rwanda has the credibility to secure loans quickly, and the foresight to mitigate what the COVID-19 pandemic might have on its financial sector. It is a sharp contrast to Museveni who doesn’t want anyone but him, at the threat of murder charges, to even try and assist Ugandans with food relief. He wants all assistance to be done through him in order to secure his corruption commission cut.

Sulah Nuwamanya Wakabiligi and Gideon Rukundo Rugali, two known Ugandan sponsored anti Rwanda trolls, simultaneously exhibit their ignorance of international relations. The comprehension capacity of Ugandan regime sponsored trolls and propagandists is so limited that they confuse bad news for Uganda to bad news for Rwanda.

For some strange reasons, they seem to have a communicable idiocy that misleads them. This is definitely the effect of their tightly controlled Ugandan regime narrative meticulously dictated. When Museveni’s spin doctors come up with a ridiculous lie, his trolls blindly repeat the idiotic narrative.

When Rwanda wrote a note verbal to EAC informing that Burundi was refusing its own cargo to enter via Rwanda, they interpreted it as a blockade against Rwanda. Nuwamanya and his counterpart Rugali ( of RNC Uganda Province), are desperate to show that Rwanda has a problem deliberately miss the point of the Rwandan note verbal. Transit goods are not levied goods, those who loose with the Burundian decision are exporters i.e. especially Ugandan exporters, who will need to find a longer route but Rwanda looses nothing.

It is the most ridiculous interpretation, but as it’s a sponsored one, it’s a deliberate attempt to distort facts. With a heartless propagandists like Nuwamanya, who abandoned in Rwanda his wife and four children penniless in his search for fame and fortune with a get-rich-quick terrorist enterprise, it would be wrong to expect anything sensible from his mentally unfit mind.

Nuwamanya’s family now receives social assistance from the state of Rwanda as he receives money from anti-Rwanda terrorist organizations and supporters. Gideon Rukundo Rugali is no better, having failed his medical carrier and political ambitions, the polygamous PARMEHUTU diehard now lives on CMI (Uganda’s Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence) income to smear and slander Rwanda in Ugandan media outlets and social media.

Nuwamanya and Rugali also happen to be founding members of the fake Self Worth Initiative (SWI) NGO, a cover for RNC recruitment and fundraising efforts created by CMI. Both trolls are entrenched in the Ugandan sponsored anti-Rwanda campaign. Their views and opinions always reflect their sponsors point of view. In this case, instead of wondering how Ugandan producers will get their goods to Burundi at an additional cost, they decide to divert attention.

After their exporters lost so much money as a result of the Ugandan regime’s hostile anti-Rwanda policy, they don’t want to announce more bad news. They opted for a cheap spin, using cheap propagandists.

Yoweri Museveni, with his numerous frailties and insecurities, has been forcing himself on live broadcasts to reassure his followers that he is still alive. His paid mouthpieces, like David Murunganwa Himbara —the RNC weed smoking propagandist— falsely assume that other world leaders suffer the same inflictions.

He sponsored useless tools like Murunganwa aka Himbara for many years. With his old age, he now competes for favor in hatefulness. The more they display hatred of Rwanda, the more money he throws at them. Himbara and his fellow Rwanda National Congress (RNC) terrorists can only offer insults to Rwanda to comfort their dying sponsor. Their reflex can be explained, they play Museveni’s wounded ego to their advantage.

“My problem is that they don’t listen to me”, Museveni once told the late Nyerere as he opened up about his conflict with Rwanda. The almost eighty years old Ugandan despot historic statement on his issues with Rwanda sums up his issues, ego. Why would a foreign leader cry about the fact that a sovereign nation doesn’t listen to him? In his mind, he is the sole voice on all matters, the one everyone should listen to.

The current non stop live briefs illustrate this misplaced ego. Museveni, for his thorn, addresses every petty aspect of the Ugandan fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. He decides on the spot how many should attend a wedding, a funeral or when the curfew takes place. In his broadcast, he lectures Ugandans in such an infantile manner with repeated utterance like, “You Ugandans”or “You people”. He sleeps well knowing they listened to him, but has nightmares that Rwandans do not.

Angered, he unleashes his paid RNC mouthpieces like Himbara to attack Rwanda and its leaders. In the RNC, he found Rwandans willing to subjugate themselves to his words. They clap and obey his every single word and in exchange, he bankrolls their terrorist activities. In reality, no one wants to listen to him anymore, not even Ugandans.

After 34 years of kleptocracy in Uganda, all his lectures are empty words of a corruption kingpin. The only people who listen to him are paid to do so; those who Henry Tumukunde called members of the “payroll party”. The Rwandan National Congress counts many in Museveni’s payroll party, David Muruganwa Himbara is one of its oldest members.

Clearly, Uganda’s obsession with Rwandan borders will never have a cure or a vaccine. This fact is manifested in the way the Uganda government and Rwanda National Congress (RNC) fake news merchants are hit with anxiety every time the word ‘border’ and ‘Rwanda’ are mentioned.

David Murunganwa, alias Himbara and CMI sponsored propaganda outlet Command Post that is owned by Bob Atwine, haven’t slept a wink after Nkurunziza decided to block cargo trucks from entering his territory. The two, and certainly all the other Ugandan regime propagandists in their league, facts and context dont matter, as long as they produce trash and get paid.

For reasons only known to Nkurunziza and his cronies, Burundi suddenly and without warning, decided to block entry for all cargo trucks destined to its territory, transiting through Rwanda.

As expected of an East African community memeber, Rwanda wrote a note verbale to notify Kenya and Uganda, from where the blocked trucks had originated, so that they could know and stop allowing in more trucks because they would only be turned away.

But trust the Uganda state house and CMI sponsored media mercenaries to jump to a propaganda opportunity when they see one.

Since their reasoning is no different from that of the Burundian government, they claim that Burundi closed its border with Rwanda, and this, in their logic, is Burundi avenging on behalf of Uganda in what relates to border closure. To put it in their own words, its karma.

But in their stupidity, Uganda and Burundi forget that the trucks are carrying merchandise meant for the Burundian population, not Rwandans. For all Rwanda cares, Burundi can close all its borders for as long as it deems fit. Rwanda would never cry about Burundi closing its borders, and of all arbitrators, certainly not Uganda.

The weed smoking delinquent, David Murunganwa aka Himbara, typically ignoring all facts, decided to suggest that Rwanda is complaining about Burindi closing its border, and yet Rwanda did the same with Uganda.

While Burundi is blocking food and other essential goods destined to its markets and shops, Rwanda only advised Rwandans to not go to Uganda because their security was no longer guaranteed. In any case, if Rwanda had closed her borders, we would not be talking about Burundi blocking trucks that transited through Rwanda. Simple reasoning.

Uganda and Burundi share one thing in common, and that is bafoonery. Both countries claim to have the lowest Coronavirus cases (some claimed they actually had none untill recently), but the truth is that they lack testing capacities, the discipline and organisation that goes with it.

While hundreds are known to be infected with Coronavirus, the governments of Uganda and Burundi only declare one or two cases at a time, to make the world think that they are more astitute in the fight against the world pandemic. What they dont know is the fact that you can hide a cough, let a lone a virus on rampage like COVID-19.

In a veiled malevolent wish, weed addict David Murunganwa, alias Himbara feigns concern for the health of Rwanda’s First Lady, after he heard that Gael Faye, a French-Rwandan artist who was in Kigali last year had contracted Coronavirus.

The RNC terrorist propagandist, in an apparent sarcastic tone said “hopefully Nyiramongi and family did not catch the virus” in clear reference to the Rwanda First Lady and first family.

However, everyone knows that the weed addict’s wish, deep down, would be to hear that the worst happened. He has been sounding like a football commentator ever since the first case of Coronavirus was announced in Rwanda.

Nonetheless, the terrorist propagandist knows quite well that unfortunately for him, these will only remain his wishes.

What Murunganwa knows but does not say is the fact that the period Gael Faye was in Rwanda, Coronavirus was still at epidemic proportions, not the pandemic that it has become today.

Like he himself says, Faye contracted the virus ‘shortly after’ why then does the weed smoker go ahead and express his ‘concerns’ about the First Lady when he knows Faye only caught the virus after his visit to Kigali. If wishes were horses, viruses would infect retrogressively so that all those on the weed smoker’s wish-list would be infected.

The truth is, no Rwandan is soliciting the weed smoker’s pity or prayer. If anyone needs prayers, it is Murunganwa who needs to recover from his weed addiction and his penchant for fake news peddling.

Rwanda National Congress, a terror outfit led by terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa and sponsored by Ugandan regime to subvert Rwanda, hired David Murunganwa aka Himbara to write smears about Rwanda.

Their latest defamatory Facebook post attacks the Rwandan First Lady for attending Gael Faye’s event in Kigali; now Murunganwa alleges that since the later declared having tested positive to COVID-19, his demented mind thinks that the First Lady is infected.

But those who know Murunganwa won’t spend even a second thinking about his incoherent rants, since coming up with fiction to slander the first family is what has kept him alive in his hideout in Canada.

The First Lady is safe just like many others Rwandan citizens; Rwanda laid out impeccable measures and strategies to curb the spread of coronavirus and has yielded positive results; cases are now at 75 and all patients are responding well to treatment.

The nutty Murunganwa should focus more about himself and that of his senile sponsor’s life; Murunganwa’s life condition worsens every other day. According to his doctor, his immune system has weakened due to excessive consumptions of narcotic drugs; as his doctor warned in any case if he gets infected with COVID-19, there will be no chance of surviving.

Last year on March, 24, the Ugandan State owned paper burnt its fingers and revealed the link between David Himbara —the RNC propagandist— and the Ugandan regime. Himbara, who changed his name from Murunganwa to hide his embarrassing academic performance, is based in Canada and is paid to tarnish Rwanda on social media constantly targeting its leadership.

With the global COVID-19 pandemic, the Ugandan regime has doubled its hostile propaganda in a clear diversion for its lack of preparedness as they play catch-up in the fight against the pandemic. Museveni’s money makes Muruganwa, aka Himbara, ignore COVID-19 in Uganda and in his country of residence and lead him to focus on Rwanda. He attacked every initiative and measure taken against the pandemic, but as he is tasked and paid to do.

Sponsored to specifically target the President of Rwanda, it is almost impossible to find any article he writes that doesn’t contain the word “Kagame”. The propagandist will force himself to even find “Kagame” in vaccine and treatment trials against COVID-19 to earn some Museveni shillings. The diversion to cheap theatrics is particularly important for Museveni at this time when his regime is overwhelmed in the fight against COVID-19 due to lack of effective and accountable leadership.

It is only in Uganda, gangrened by endemic corruption after 34 years long of kleptocracy that stories like bribery in quarantine occurred. Suspected cases were allowed out of quarantine simply by bribing their way out of quarantine. Others skipped quarantine because they considered themselves too influential to be quarantined. As chaotic scenes of running battles between ordinary citizens and security personnel in Uganda emerge on a daily basis; Museveni continues to sponsor foreign propagandist like Himbara hoping for a diversion.

It is clear that the coordination and orderly manner that characterize Rwanda’s response to the pandemic is a sharp contrast to the catastrophic and chaotic Ugandan regime response. Hiring a disgruntled weed smoker like Murunganwa Himbara (who is already confined in hideout in Canada) to play petty propaganda games will not change anything; instead, Museveni should seek Rwanda’s expertise in establishing a functional state capable of responding to a global challenge like Coronavirus.

Uganda state house troll, Obed Katureebe alias Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere is celebrating Uganda government’s renewed brutality against innocent Rwandan nationals, this time using Coronavirus control measures as the excuse.

While Uganda security personnel, at the behest of ‘orders from above’ (read Museveni) have been moving from door to door in search of Rwandan nationals living and working in Uganda, whom they arrest, beat up and rob before dumping and leaving them to succumb to their injuries.

Incidents of targeted violence against innocent Rwandans are prevalent in areas of Kisoro and Kabale, where since time immemorial; Rwandan and Ugandan communities have been working and residing on either side of the border. While Ugandan nationals living on the Rwandan are side well treated and have no issues to complain about, Rwandans in Uganda are living in fear, ducking and hiding at the sight of police, army or LDU personnel.

But the CMI propagandist, Obed Katureebe makes it look like it is the fault of Rwandans that they have been caught on the wrong side of the border. While those being abducted and beaten lifeless are Rwandans who have been living in Uganda and now caught up in uncoordinated directives in the face of Coronavirus spread, the state house propagandist claims these are Rwandans ‘fleeing’ from Rwanda.

Rwandans have no reason whatsoever to flee from Rwanda, and certainly not to Uganda, especially knowing that Ugandans themselves are facing the hardest of times at the hands Ugandan regime’s security forces on one hand and the risk of contracting the killer Coronavirus on the other.

Rwandans appreciate the clear and reassuring directives issued by their government that aim to protect them from contracting Coronavirus which has ravaged nations. In addition, Rwanda is recorded as the first nation in Africa to provide food relief to vulnerable Rwandans using decentralised local government organs. Such a humanitarian initiative is a pipe dream for Ugandans, who have been receiving beatings instead.

David Murunganwa, alias Himbara, in one of his many disguises, pretends he is averse to fake news. But everyone knows Murunganwa is synonymous with fake news.

Fake news is his only product and merchandise. Without manufacturing fake news on a daily basis, Murunganwa would not know where to get his next joint of weed.

While he says fake news has been attracted to the Rwandan President, he is the actual fake news that has been stalking him.

It’s like burning a bush and then calling the fire brigade and pretending as if someone else started the fire in the first place. Murunganwa and his fellow fake news salesmen shared the rumour about what they perceive as the Rwandan presidential jet at a London airport parking, and the rest of the blah blah blah.

In his weed induced amnesia, he is talking about the attraction of fake news when in reality, Murunganwa is the glue and magnet that collects all types of fake news to sell to his bankrollers Museveni and Tribert Rujugiro Ayabatwa, the criminal businessman who is the chief financier of Murunganwa’s weed addiction and Kayumba Nyamwasa’s terror outfit Rwanda National Congress which has been wrecking terror on Rwanda.

Like a warthog that has just missed a snare by a whisker, when Murunganwa realises that his lie has been exposed, he makes a very awkward turn around. His stunt of denouncing fake news is one of those moments.

The RNC terror outfit propagandist is now desperately trying to salvage his badly tarnished reputation of a fake Phd holder who peddles rumours and unsubstantiated speculation, to present them as factual presentation, only to worsen his already rotten credibility.

For example, Murunganwa knows what the Rwandan Constitution is clear on political succession in the event that the head of state is not around. But in his usual fake news spin, he mixes the Coronavirus containment strategy to create a fake narrative.

And here is the example of denouncing fake news with fake news: “Whoever spreads fake news harms Rwandan activism that is seeking progressive change.” The so called ‘Rwanda activism’ is in itself a balloon puffed up with fake air.

It is even funnier how he pens off, referring to himself and other opportunistic propaganda mercenaries as ‘pen fighters’ ostensibly ‘documenting factual accounts, not fantasies’. One wonders in which account he has ever been factual. But then you remember that it’s not him talking, it’s the weed.

If there was ever doubt that Sulah Nuwamanya Wakabirigi and Titus Seruga aka Serubwa were on the payroll of Uganda’s Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI), their jubilation at Abel Kandiho the CMI boss’s promotion servers as definite proof.

What is even more disheartening is the revelation that slips their hands in the jubilation, Kandiho and his deputy CK Asiimwe have been rewarded with promotion to higher ranks for their anti-Rwanda duties.

Sulah Nuwamanya is a member of the Rwandan National Congress, his congratulatory post speaks volumes and confirms that his terrorist organization has CMI support. Together with one Prossy Bonaabana, Nuwamanya set up a fake NGO (Self-Worth Initiative) to launder money and recruit for the terrorist organization while pretending to be a humanitarian. Boonabana equally enjoys close contact with CK Asiimwe, CMI counter-terrorism Director, she has over the years become his mistress.

The common denominator between Kandiho, CK Asiimwe, Nuwamanya and Bonaabana is simple; the persecution of innocents Rwandans and recruitment of militias to subvert Rwanda. Under Kandiho’s direction; CMI routinely abducts, tortures and kills innocent Rwandans who refuse to be recruited by RNC or SWI (RNC’s satellite NGO). Nuwamanya, a Rwandan National, shoots himself in the foot when he openly thanks Kandiho and Asiimwe for “meritorious service against foreign subversive activities” and for representing “forces pushing for justice and freedom of all.”

No one, in the hundreds of innocents Rwandans taken to CMI torture centers was ever charged in a court of law. When a hardened terrorist like Nuwamanya sees merit, it is understandable that the rest of the world sees abduction, torture and murder.

Seruga aka Serubwa had to throw his hands in the clapping frenzy. Paid by CMI, he is their Facebook support in their online smear campaign against Rwanda. Having failed his fake gay marriage asylum claim in Belgium, he earns a living with CMI payments. Serubwa had to congratulate his bosses especially as he recently lost favor as his godfather, Henry Tumukunde, spectacularly crashed out of the Museveni inner circles.

The promotions and the congratulatory messages prove what is now public domain, Uganda’s anti-Rwandan agenda is real and deeply entrenched in the Ugandan regime.
