The anti-Rwanda misinformation campaign is in full swing following the removal of the Rwandan Minister of State for EAC affaires. Olivier Nduhungirehe was removed for consistently acting based on his personal opinion over government policies but troll will have you believe otherwise. Acting on one’s personal opinion is different from having a different opinion. For holders of public office, acting on personal opinion is a serious breach, a mistake that leads to insubordination hence resignation.

Hostile trolls grouped in orgies of Genocidaires and terrorists militias sponsored by senile Museveni are up in arms fermenting a parallel universe. Led by senile Museveni’s paid mouthpiece, David Murunganwa aka Himbara, the sex-for-grade Professor Charles Kambanda and the octogenarian PARMEHUTU ideologue Ugandan State Minister Philemon Mateke, the dull-witted Sulah Nuwamanya Wakabiligi among otehrs; they claim that Nduhungirehe was fired for having a different opinion.

They deliberately omit the keywords “consistently” and “acting” in the statement that announced Nduhungirehe’s removal from office. They also overlook the former minister’s reaction to his removal from office. He tweeted:

For the rest of the world, shielded from senile Museveni’s oligarchy mindset, Ministers and public officials come and go. One cannot expect those who find it normal that a First Lady acts as a Minister while the President’s son is a General and Senior Advisor to understand the distinction between personal and public office. The Ugandan regime sponsored online anti-Rwanda campaigners cannot see how ridiculous their jubilations are as they find it normal for individuals to supersede institutions.

They have been indoctrinated by a 35 years long regime of nepotism governed by “historicals” —a term that defines who is who in Uganda— that rule the country like a personal property. While personal opinion is protected in Rwanda, personal opinion does not determine public policy. In Rwanda, and in normal functioning states, public officials cannot get away with “consistently acting” based on their personal opinion to the detriment of public policy.

Obed Katureebe, the Ugandan regime’s Facebook mouthpiece who operates the Robert Patrick Fati (RPf) Gakwerere page, rumormongering and slanders finally catches up with him. In his latest post, he decides to fake a health analysis of the Rwandan President but forgot that his sponsors health is deteriorating every passing day.

Sponsored by Yoweri Museveni, Katureebe is dictated to write smears in support of Ugandan regime’s the anti-Rwanda campaign m. Normally, he writes fiction and lies always targeting the Rwandan Head of State and the entire leadership but stays clear of issues that might backfire.

The leadership’s health is a sensitive issue in Uganda and Katureebe just opened pandora’s box. Unlike the videos of a sickly Museveni coughing and sneezing, his doctored view of one video showing the Rwandan President walking to the memorial site of the 1994 Genocide against Tutsis, shows nothing newsworthy.

On the other hand, Museveni is not well and that’s not a state secret. One would have to be blind to dispute it. He lost over 40 kg and continues to shrink from the chemotherapy treatment of his cancer. Recently, viewers in Uganda watched him coughing and spitting in horror as he makes more appearances with burns in his face, hands and other parts of his body. Cameras turned away during the live broadcast but the audio was clear, Museveni could barley catch his breath.

Katureebe’s sponsor has been sick for a long time. Complications have rendered the almost 80 years old dictator wear dippers for the past decade. His inconsistency is also expensive to the Ugandan State as Museveni can only travel in customized cars fitted with a hidden toilet seat. Faced with fact that his body was decaying publicly, he came up with the lamest excuse, “Doctors had lied to me about my weight, I am now on a special diet to loose weight.”

No amount of video montage witchcraft can make Museveni look healthy. Obed Katureebe who also works for the Ugandan Communication Commission knows this.

Picking and doctoring on other leaders public appearances is the only diversion he can offer.

Museveni is dying a public death for lack of a planned succession. His cancer ridden body will not hold for long, and thanks to Katureebe’s smear on leaders’ health issues, Museveni’s own health will be closely watched.

Museveni is notorious as a man who practices double standards, treachery and dishonesty in his dealings. While he asks his CMI hired propaganda attack dogs to mudsling Rwanda’s leadership, the centre has literally failed to hold in his own backyard.

Museveni accords CMI troll Obed Katureebe the audacity to accuse the Rwanda leadership of ‘releasing wrong data’ on COVID-19, as a clear diversion from the fact that due to systemic negligence, incompetence the population of Uganda is at risk of being wiped out by the Coronavirus pandemic.

Until today, the only indication that the government of Uganda was responding, or even slightly aware of the spread of Coronavirus, was Museveni’s TV shows that have been received with resentment, forcing him to cancel his last show that was to take place today.

Anti-government sentiment is at its highest and widespread at the moment owing to the defficiency of leadership in Museveni’s government at a time the population needed it most.

Instead of receiving a message of comfort and assurance, Ugandans were instead served with the brutal force of the UPDF, Police and their LDU side-kicks, leaving hundreds heavily injured, disabled and some even died, in the name of ‘enforcing Museveni’s Coronavirus control directives.’

Talking about releasing the wrong Coronavirus data, Ugandan authorities dont even know the real number of Coronavirus cases. This is because when It all started, Ugandan leaders were caught napping, and so many returnees from high risk countries managed to sneak into the country and mix with the rest of the population.

The mentally incompetent Katureebe will never talk about 6,000 Ugandans who disappeared in the general public after having contacted COVID-19 positive people.

During Museveni’s last TV show, the Minister of health stated that they were still looking for those who got into contact with the cases that have been discovered. Its all guesswork, and the taskforce is lying to their senile President.

Ugandans are dropping with the virus like dry leaves, but Museveni must save face, to safeguard his overated reputation as an effective fighter of epidemics.

All indications are that Museveni is not surviving this one, as he is bound to be exposed for the phony warrior that he is.

 statement released by the Uganda Police Force, signed by Fred Enanga on behalf of the joint security taskforce spokespersons states that the leadership of both the UPDF and UPF strongly condemns gross acts of misconduct by their officers who, instead of protecting the constitutional and civil rights of citizens, violated them with the excessive use of force.

It is apparent that the statement is a solicited effort aimed at sanitising forces whose gross misconduct during the implementation of the Presidential directive removed any benefit of doubt over their already shaky integrity.

Sadly, the police and UPDF joint statement cherry picks the incident of Elegu town in Amuru District on April 2, to make it look like an isolated case of misconduct by the Uganda Police, UPDF and LDUs personnel.

The statement is an insult to the many Ugandans all over Uganda, especially in Kampala who have borne the brunt of high handed and indiscipline security forces that beat, kicked and even shot Ugandans with impunity, leaving many nursing high degree injuries to which some even succumbed.

The violence meted out on Ugandans all over the country and yet the statement only chooses to mention the 38 victims of the Elegu incident, which was only the tip of the iceberg.

Clearly, The UPDF and Uganda Police only choose which cases to investigate and which ones to ignore, depending on whether the incident has been exposed by media or not. In the same dishonest spirit, the UPDF CDS Gen David Muhoozi a week ago ordered his soldiers to round up women who had been battered on different TV cameras, who were delivered to him ‘to apologise.’

However, gross incidents of violence affected a large spectrum of Ugandans, including downtown vendors, journalists and many others who were caught in a frenzied, ill coordinated military, police and LDU operation, ostensibly aimed at enforcing the President’s directives on the control of Coronavirus Pandemic.
The UPDF and Police forces should know that half-hearted apologies and dishonest statement will not heal the injuries they inflict on Ugandans. Neither will the poor PR stunts cleanse the forces of their inherent inclination towards violence against unarmed Ugandans as the automatic instinct. The remedy lies in the total overhaul of the UPDF, Police and their side-kicks, the LDUs. Failure to do this urgently, there is nothing that can save the security forces from their plummeting reputation.

David Murunganwa Himbara has been making new friends amongst genocidaires of Rwandan Tutsis in 1994 in line with his Rwandan National Congress (RNC) terrorist group agenda. The marriage of terrorist and Genocidaires was orchestrated by Yoweri Museveni in an effort to unite all anti Rwandan forces he sponsors and supports. Himbara’s post on the 26th commemoration of the 1994 Tutsi Genocide in Rwanda proves his alliance with perpetrators of the genocide.

Murunganwa aka Himbara is comfortable with his new friends and his new ideology but he is smart enough to know that Rwandans would shame him. He therefore hides behind an anonymous writer who strangely writes like him. His trickery is a waste of time; Rwandans know and still remember he flew to Sweden in May 2019 in defense of a convicted Genocidaire.

Masquerading as an expert on Rwanda matters, Himbara went to Stockholm as a defense witness in Theodore Rukeratabaro court appeal case, convicted of Genocide crimes committed during the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi in Rwanda. His revisionism was transparent and the Swedish court upheld Rukeratabaro’s conviction. His recent “anonymous” post will not fool anyone; Murunganwa is deeply involved with genocide denialism.

He lost all chance of secretly supporting Genocidaire back in 2018 with the arrest of senior officials of the genocidal force FDLR returning from a meeting with RNC officials. His sponsor Museveni had organized a summit between RNC and FDLR to forge an alliance of anti-Rwanda forces. The meeting was prepared, organized and supervised by Museveni’s Minister of State for regional affairs Philemon Mateke (a renowned PARMEHUTU maniac) on the 14th of December 2018.

After the meeting, the FDLR delegates Nkaka Ignace aka Laforge Fils Bazeye (FDLR’s Spokesperson) and LT Nsekanabo Jean Pierre aka Camara Abega (FDLR’s Intelligence Chief) were arrested in DR Congo and repatriated to Rwanda. They confirm the Ugandan regime’s Minister of State coordination of the meeting with the RNC delegation led by Frank Ntwali and Rashid.

It should therefore not surprise anyone that Museveni’s paid mouthpiece choses to marry the COVID-19 pandemic and the 26th commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi in Rwanda. Pairing up unusual birds is routine in Murunganwa’s world.

Murunganwa, the product of a taboo marriage of his father sleeping with his own step-mother, will not mind the RNC-FDLR marriage. Museveni picked up the right tool for Genocide denialism project, a cursed weed smoking sponsored propagandist with no moral compass.

Crystal ventures, Agaciro Development Fund, RwandAir and even the Kigali Convention Centre arouse extreme jealousy in David Himbara. In fact, any success story from Rwanda causes an extreme reaction from the weed addict Museveni sponsored propagandist. Envy and jealousy blur Museveni and Himbara leading to their production of useless fictional articles.

Reading Himbara’s reaction to a nomination to Crystal Ventures is a good example of how envy and jealousy is tearing him and Museveni up. Under instructions from his sponsor, Murunganwa aka Himbara attacks the appointment of one Jack Kayonga to Crystal Ventures from Agaciro Development Fund. If they were sober and not blinded by fury, they would realize that with their track records, Museveni and his Rwanda National Congress should stay away from appointments anywhere.

Museveni who decrees his wife a minister, his son a general, his brother as a General and chief of sovereign funds, and his cows national treasures should not be the one sponsoring comments on nominations. Murunganwa, the Rwandan National Congress propagandist, whose terrorist movement consists of a web of cousins and in-laws, should also not be the one to criticize of comment.

Ridiculously, the anti-Rwanda propaganda peddlers could not even find what to say about the nomination other than “Kayonga is some kind of magician”. The real magic is how his sponsor gets away with running Uganda with open nepotism and yet dares to criticize competence based systems like Rwanda.

Museveni failed to install a kleptocracy in Rwanda with the help of his RNC tools. Rwanda now enjoys progress and prosperity as his group of bitter thieves cry with social media noise. Museveni and his online attack mouthpiece Murunganwa should focus on justifying their nepotistic kleptocracy. There is no magic in Rwanda, just hard work.

David Murunganwa Himbara, the chief Rwandan National Congress (RNC) terrorist propagandist, is finding it hard to push his lies on Rwanda in the middle of a global pandemic. But to secure his Museveni sponsorship he writes, “Not Even COVID-19 Diverts Attention” he laments as he inserts his lies about the Kizito Mihigo suicide. Prior to Mihigo’s demise, Himbara had not posted anything about him, he had focused on Victoire Ingabire who was pardoned for Genocide denial.

Murunganwa did not care about Kizito Mihigo up to the day of his suicide as he represented the misery his RNC terrorist group causes those unfortunate to fall for their propaganda. Prior to their indoctrination, Mihigo had a successful career but they tapped on his need for fame and glory to use him. They dragged him in subversive activities while they chilled safely tucked away. When he was arrested, they exploited his arrest and when he was pardoned; they grieved.

Mihigo’s release was a big blow to their campaign so much so that they even accused him of betrayals. Himbara and his terrorist allies wanted to see him suffer to have something to write about. Depressed, Mihigo could not handle his failed escape attempt, a violation of his parole, he committed suicide. The Ugandan regime sponsored terrorists suddenly remembered him, Himbara wrote poetry and composed noise (which he calls music).

With Museveni’s sponsorship to their anti-Rwanda agenda, they exploited his death fully and continued to do so against Mihigo’s family wishes. Murunganwa milked Mihigo’s suicide so much that if the troubled soul had not killed himself then the terrorist propagandist would have tried to kill him.

Shamelessly, Murunganwa aka Himbara announces that even the global pandemic COVID-19 will not stop him from continuing his exploitation of Mihigo’s tragic end. RNC lures young unsuspecting recruits and exploits them in life and in death for their hostile propaganda. All they care about is that Museveni continues to fund their propaganda, Himbara wants to make it clear that their dirty work will not be stopped by the global pandemic.

The truth, that Rwanda has a $200 Million sovereign development fund and qualified quickly for the IMF rapid credit facility, hurts his sponsor Museveni beyond belief.

Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) propaganda tabloid, fresh from securing a new anti-Rwanda propaganda dissemination contract with CMI, has been working overtime to undermine Rwanda’s impeccable global standing, with intention to tarnish the country’s image.

The CMI sponsored tabloid’s chosen modus operandi is to pretend they are conducting normal reporting on events and issues, but their real intention is to do the bidding of their state house and CMI bankrollers, which is to mudsling Rwandan leadership, using news reporting as camouflage.

The choice of their title for their propaganda article on IMF’s approval of a credit facility to cushion Rwanda’s economy in the face of the Covid-19 Pandemic that is wreaking havoc globally, betrays their malevolent intentions.

What the clown Gilles Muhame’s Chimpanzee reporting (Chimpreports) won’t tell its readers is that IMF is like any financial checks records of those who apply for the emergency funding or any of their packages; if you happen to have a good record you get quick clearance like Rwanda did but when you have a dubious past you get delays and rejection, which is the case for Uganda.

Ignoring the fact that Uganda is far more fragile economically, as a result of 34 years of misrule and economic decay, the CMI propaganda tabloid spins the IMF disbursement as an emergency intervention, ostensibly because ‘Rwanda’s economy has ground to a halt.’

Everyone can see envy and jealousy smeared all over the title, owing to the fact that Uganda would never access such a facility easily from any reputable monetary organization. Even if they did, it would be out of humanitarian considerations, and certainly, this would be tied to stringent conditions to enforce compliance. See, Museveni’s rule has been characterised by gross mismanagement of public funds, corruption and other ills of governance.

It therefore does not settle well with Museveni and his cronies when they see Rwanda extolled by every global organization for being a model African country in public service management and governance.

After Coronavirus was declared a pandemic by WHOM, the Rwanda Government immediately jumped into action and put in place well formulated control measures to safeguard its people. In the meantime, Museveni and his cronies were busy dilly-dallying, playing politics and spreading anti-Rwanda propaganda, sadly, even ridiculing Rwanda when the country announced they had found the first case of Coronavirus from people coming from foreign a land.

For some strange reason, Museveni’s propaganda messaging made it look like Coronavirus was meant for the ‘wicked’, and he was ‘righteous.’

And definitely, the issue of the border has always to come up, even if it may be out of context. Most of the propaganda is a result of Uganda’s endless complaints over the border issue, which resulted in the country losing more that 400 million USD a month. Add that to the multiplier effect of the Coronavirus pandemic and you will get a very bitter and vindictive Ugandan establishment, raving mad and willing to throw anything at Rwanda for problems of their own creation.
