Himbara has now moved to legal debates after a catastrophic international relation outburst. The audacity he writes with, nothing but a smoke screen of his failures, is consistent with insight on him that surfaced.

Married and divorced two or three times, he is familiar with legal jargon. Right after his Uganda defence duties, he is now trying to reinvent himself as a constitutional expert.

He has been acting as the prophet of doom, yelling war and famine at Rwanda’s doorstep. As all false prophets do, he is now cherry picking verses (constitutional articles) to make text speak his mind.

He should really read more about treason, since he brought up the subject, and use common sense. How can an self declared terrorist, who spends $440,000 to tarnish his motherland, have the audacity to mention the word treason?

Luckily, his readers will not forget his blunders. They can see his spin and attempt to change the topic. He was writing about security in Rwanda this morning, when he noticed that his readers are comparing Rwanda and Uganda, he backed off.

President Kagame doesn’t read Himbara’s venom, President Museveni co-finances it with Rujugiro. That why Himbara can’t write about constitutional age limits, corruption in Uganda, nepotism in Uganda, or even type UGANDA in all his writings – expect his pleadings for the unclosed border to be opened.

If he spent his time reminding his sponsors about constitutional rights to free assembly, to freedom of speech, to rule of law, Uganda would be a much better place.

When Himbara’s drugs changed, it affected him with schizophrenic delusions of grandeur. He is not only the Government of Uganda’s spokesmen but he is also its Foreign Affairs Minister responding on all international matters that affects Uganda. He happens to be a Rwando-Canadian associated with more than one terrorist group in the region.

Himbara is financed by Rujugiro to tarnish the image of Rwanda and is the chief propagandist of the RNC terror group.

Aware that Uganda is torturing and arresting Rwandans by the hundreds, he prefers to talk about a border under construction. It would seem his writings are determined Uganda’s interest. He rants about fake new travel advisories against travel to Rwanda and insist that Rwanda should open its unclosed border!

Rwanda has not closed its border, it is renovating one of three crossing point and construction is almost complete. Himbara is probably going to smoke something harder and claim the unclosed Rwanda border is reopen due to his silly articles!

Himbara’s obsessions with travel advisories are Ugandan inspired. Rwanda issued a travel warning to its citizens as a result of ongoing persecution of Rwandans by CMI (Uganda’s secret police). Rwanda nationals are detained without trial, tortured, dumped at the border in terrible conditions. No reasonable state would allow its citizens to travel without issuing a warning.

Rwanda is not the only country to warn citizens on travelling to Uganda. Himbara adversely revealed that Rwanda’s only security concern is insecurity in neighbouring countries. A closer look at the warnings Himbara falsely published as new reveal a different picture.

The US ranks Rwanda to be safer than Uganda. The United States would prefer its Citizens in Rwanda if given a choice. Canada, Himbara’s second home (The first being Uganda), goes further. It clearly states that Rwanda is safe but suffer from unstable neighbours while warning against travel to Uganda, banning travel to east Congo and Burundi. The US issued Uganda with its own special category, a K list, warning about Kidnapping.

Uganda’ crime rate, kidnapping in particular, fuelled by corruption is affecting the safety of the region. Kampala is featured in UN reports as a hub off terrorist groups.
The state which Himbara is representing and defending is the only state in EAC to be issuing passports to known terrorists and the only state to give pay outs to kidnappers officially!

Since Himbara is the defacto self-proclaimed government of Uganda Foreign Affairs Minister seeking to re-open a unclosed border, and angered with Rwandans advised not to travel to Uganda, He should address some core issues. He should use his powerful connection in Uganda to stop persecutions of Rwandans, address corruption, crime rate and terrorist activities to obtain Rwanda’s safety rating. He might also want to teach result based management to Uganda and give them a lesson or two in Democracy and rule of law.

Alternatively, his sponsors should increase his monthly stipend for him to afford slightly better quality drugs that will not send him in a hallucination frenzy that Rwanda is not safe.

Seriously, what is David Himbara smoking? Has he changed dealer or are they giving him cheaper drugs that are more toxic?

David Himbara is up to his usual tricks again, in a series of tweets, posts and blogs, he is trying to make us believe that USA, Canada, France, UK, Sweden, Netherland and Germany are issuing new negative travel advisories against Rwanda since the 21st of April 2019.

These Himbara lies are easy to debunk, simply google any of these countries’ travel advisory system and you will quickly see how dishonest Himbara is. Himbara falsely claims that foreign citizens have been asked not to travel or to leave Rwanda. A complete creation from voices in his head. None of these countries issued a new directive or an Alarm of any sort. It is all in his head.

He also forgets to mention that all these countries mentioned his RNC / FDLR are a source of instability in neighboring countries. Instability in neighboring states should not be confused with Rwanda, we are enjoying Rwanda’s safety and tranquility with foreigner nationals from all over the world.

His shameless terrorist propaganda is crumbling, what else is he going to invent? Someone please ask his drug dealers to reduce his dosage!

Rwanda categorized “Level 1” – amongst the safest places to be – by the State Department.

The US State Department has introduced a new risk indicator in its travel advisory for those American citizens wishing to travel abroad.

This is the “K indicator” that, according to the State Department’s website, lets US travelers know which countries they will be at risk of being kidnapped, or taken hostage if they travel to them.

“The (State) Department issues travel advisories for every country around the world, offering standardized levels of advice based on established risk indicators such as crime, terrorism, civil unrest and other potential risks,” says the website.

For the first time is over a month, David Himbara has just posted a silly article with more than three paragraph. This time, David writes an open letter to the BBC complaining of a positive documentary produced on Rwanda.

The BBC is not known to give favorable news on Rwanda, in fact, one of its program “BBC Gahuzamiryango” was suspended in Rwanda for constantly being a platform for genocide deniers. Himbara has no issues with negative reports on Rwanda but any positive news attracts his fury.

He betrays himself when he writes, “…This perception of Rwanda fits perfectly with the narrative relentlessly propagandized…” his real only issue is perceptive and narrative.

For months, he has been jubilating at his fallacious fictitious narrative of a poverty-stricken Rwanda. He has been trying to convince the world that Rwanda is not safe, that development is a hoax. The BBC documentary is a slap in his face; it was probably painful for him to see images of a peaceful Kigali. The documentary probably puts at risk his contract to tarnish the image of Rwanda as his sponsors realize that all their efforts and their moneys have not managed to dent Rwanda’s image.

Himbara’s response, to save his job, was to rant in a long article with a few statics pulled from google. A ‘university professor’ incapable of sourcing his arguments or even citing his own academic work is surely only Professor in name. The article is only written to please Rujugiro, Museveni, RNC and FDLR.

The irony, Himbara calls himself a democracy activist yet he will attack free press, block conversation and use lobbyists recommended by Dictators. Well, it is the end of the month, he does need to survive by coning two old men that he is in control of social media, that he has a voice with international reach.

David Himbara, a fake university professor, is now unable to read a very basic text. The liar in chief could not resist the chance to twist Canada’s advisory.

The statement reads

• Exercise a high degree of caution in Rwanda due to ongoing insecurity in some neighboring countries.

The RNC Chief liar forgets to mention that the reason for the travel advisory is Insecurity Elsewhere in either Uganda, DRC Congo, Tanzania or Burundi. Himbara’s geography is also wanting; he is under the illusion that Kenya has a closed border with Rwanda! Kenya and Rwanda do not have a land or sea border to be closed!

Himbara should focus on his sponsor country, Uganda, which is the source regional instability

Truly himbara’s hypocrisy has no limits. With the fall of Omar al-Bashir, Himbara has been singing victory, secretly hiding his tears. He has been quick to attack President Kagame, whom he served twice, that he will fall to popular uprising.

The hypocrisy of having served him twice cannot be overstated. If, as Himbara alleges, Kagame is a “dictator”, why did he serve him at all?

Himbara’s hypocrisy goes further, Himbara gives us a list of so-called African dictator but omits his boss, Yoweri Museveni who ruled 33 year and who is currently the only one facing serious popular uprising.

The hypocrite forgets to mention anywhere that his master removed age limits.

Himbara had no problem giving $400,000 US Dollars to US lobbyist Podesta whose client list include some of the most brutal dictatorship like the Myanmar Republic, Azerbaijan and Iraq. If he gave such amounts to lobbyist, how much do you think he gave to his RNC terrorists and their genocidal FDLR allies?

Shame on Himbara

Under instruction from his sponsor, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Himbara is writing non-sense as usual. For almost 60 days he has been saying that the border of Uganda and Rwanda are closed, blaming Rwanda for the closure. The truth is one out of three crossing point was under construction and now that the construction is 95% complete, soon all three crossing points will be open.

Rwanda never closed its borders and that is a fact, Himbara cannot contest it. Moreover, Himbara needs a lesson in Geography. Rwandans can get to Kenya via Tanzania or taking a longer route to Congo, south Soudan and Kenya. He also seems to forget that there are almost two flights per day linking Nairobi and Kigali.

So, Himbara lied on the border closure and on access to Kenya yet his timing and motives should be understood as follows. Museveni is in trouble; he is busy trying to contain an internal revolt against his barbaric corrupt rule and therefore needs to create a diversion. To do so, he can count on RNC spokesman Himbara and their genocidal FDLR associate. He needs them to start a war or at the very least paint Uganda to be a better place than Rwanda.

The unholy trio are feeling the heat of unlimited deceit and lies, eventually, they will have to wake up to the hard truth that almost no one is listening to them. The few who do listen or read their fabrications are doing so for their amusement as they already know Himbara is lying.

Himbara is desperate for a headline. He has now opted to quote left and right to make a point. He quotes a Nigerian proverb to insult the President of Rwanda, something he is always doing.

Thank God he has been away from Rwanda for so long as to forget Rwanda proverbs. I want to remind him of one, loosely translated as “A dog was in a hurry to labour, and gave birth to blind offspring”!

His hurries to insults and rumours, he does so with his entire terrorist outfit, the RNC. For lack of an ideology, of a cause, they resort to insults and rumours. He should check his facts, France is not a major player in tourism in Rwanda. Besides trying entrapment, hoping Rwanda fall to his warmongering tricks and opts for war, Rwanda is peaceful.

Hidden behind his keyboard, he is at liberty to publish any lies he so wishes, no one is falling for his cheap reverse psychology stunts. He wants war and despair, Rwanda responds with ‘Kwibuka twiyubaka’, translated as remembrance as we develop, as we move on and forget his bigotry.

The Rwandan nation is moving on without him, it is not going to be panicked by false prophets of doom, who only need company in their self-created hell.

FYI, Himbara, the Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani is in currently in Rwanda and soon the entire states of the Commonwealth will be in Kigali. They will find Himbara and the RNC liars and alarmist whose sole purpose is to tarnish Rwanda. Himbara will be in pain to see his narrative debunked, his RNC plots unmasked.

David Himbara, the Spokesman of the RNC terrorist group, has written an “open letter” to President Kagame to “assist him secure the arrest” of a Rwandan citizen. It would be a bad April’s fool’s joke, 20 days late, but it is true. Himbara is writing to the President of the Republic of Rwanda.

Just imagine an al-Qaida terrorist writing to the US president about legal matters! Terrorists, in their communications, always have hidden motives. Himbara’s “open letter” is an open threat to Apollo Karusisi Gafaranga, an act of terror. According to Himbara, Apollo is the murderer of Patrick Karegeya, a founding member of the RNC terrorist group. Patrick Karegeya was killed in South Africa, his RNC group is responsible for killing and maiming Rwandans in a series of Grenade attacks.

There is simply no other way to read a letter from a group that threw grenades on innocent civilians at bus stops and other locations, claiming that they know who killed their leader. Himbara is not the prosecutor, announcing suspects, and he is not the judge who will determine guilt. He is writing a letter to the one person he hates most and using the occasion to issue a terrorist coded message.

Hidden in Himbara’s letter, that most reader will find amusing believing him to be a harmless drunk, is a Fatwa – a death sentence decree – to Gafaranga and his family. Yes, Himbara tweets and Facebooks rumors, hearsay and outright lies but he is also a senior member of a terrorist organization. Himbara, a terrorist, is sharing their personal and business details – including their photos – to his operatives. When the RNC mouthpiece says Justice for Karegeya, he is not calling for justice but revenge. RNC has killed innocent civilians for less than an open accusation of killing their leader.

We all know to what happens to Rwandans in Uganda when RNC doesn’t like you and you refuse to join them. You are arbitrarily arrested or kidnapped, illegally imprisoned, tortured and most likely dumped at the border.

The letter is of no other substance, after all, where is the crime in “Significant Circumstantial Evidence That You Know Gafaranga”? In the letter itself, Himbara says, “the Rwandan business community is tiny — and you know all of its members”. South Africa, Canada, and Rwanda should note this letter’s facts. Himbara a terrorist spokesperson has issued threats to Gafaranga and his family.
