Today, Rwanda has just joined the OCED development centre and it seems to have angered David Himbara. The RNC spokesman is furious and fuming that Rwanda has joined, he had just spent all his time blogging on VPNs and trivial issues.

David Himbara, and the RNC terrorist network he works for, should get used to this new reality. Rwanda is moving on while its distractors are busy with their smear campaign. Himbara and RNC tried almost every single trick in the book to contain Rwanda, smear, fake news and terror attack. They also joined hands with Museveni’s regime, joined FDRL Genocidal forces, paid $440,000 to lobbyist, but they kept failing.

In his fury, he tries to explain that Rwanda joining OCED Development centre is no big achievement, I could not help but notice that his paymaster Yoweri Museveni has not yet managed to join the organization. Himbara should use his time to help Museveni to join this organization but calling it names like ‘OECD poor cousin’ will not help. As he gives advices Museveni on economic affairs, David Himbara should tell him to look at Rwanda for inspiration. He can talk about Rwandair to inspire Ugandan airline, Volkswagen model for the Ugandan KMC, and many more.

Rudeness has not worked for Himbara and lies have not helped either, so if you can’t beat them, join them. Give up trying to contain Rwanda’s development for purely selfish reasons, humbling ask RDB for help and direction.

David Himbara, RNC Propagandist has lied yet again. He claims in an article that Volkswagen Rwanda sold only one car assembled in Rwanda. His claim is absurd to any residents in Rwanda, anyone living in Rwanda will simply laugh at Himbara, we have seen more than one car proudly stamped ‘made in Rwanda’. According to The Newtimes, in March 2019, they had sold 90. (Link to Newtimes story, https://www.newtimes.co.rw/business/volkswagen-rwanda-vehicles).

Himbara attacks any success story from Rwanda, he is tasked and paid to do so. When he fails to find negative news, he imagines a wild story and publishes it. Since Himbara is taking interest in the automobile industry, perhaps he can write a paragraph or two about the made in Uganda car, Kiira Motors Corporation (KMC).

If he wants to link automobile industries and government performance, KCM is owned by the Uganda government is the enterprise he should focus on unlike Volkswagen Rwanda which a privately-owned enterprise. He would however not dare write about a catastrophic failure of his sponsors, one of many linked to the corrupt nature of the Uganda government. The Volkswagen factory is a target simply for its success considering the KCM failure.

I still don’t know why Himbara throws such blatant lies. I suspect he is being audited by his sponsors (Museveni and Rujugiro). Himbara probably realized that visits to his blog are way below the target and is desperate to increase views. He should understand that his lies are insulting to his readers, it is driving readers away as they realize that Himbara’s blog is cheap propaganda without any substance.

The RNC propagandist, David Himbara, is pleading for members of parliament of Rwanda to attend a Commonwealth parliamentary event in Uganda. He writes a passionate plea to President Kagame to let a Rwandan MPs travel to Uganda.

Himbara links the commonwealth parliamentary event to the Commonwealth head of state summit to be held in Kigali. He argues that not going to Kampala will jeopardize the head of the state summit. As Himbara pretends to care, one must wonder on whose behalf Himbara is acting, it can certainly not be for Rwandan interest.

He conveniently ignores that parliament does not seek approval from the executive branch just to throw in his usual smear campaign.

Members of parliament require security guarantees. In this particular case, should Rwandan MPs travel to Uganda, they will need protection from the RNC and extra guarantees given the current high likelihood of problems for Rwandans in Uganda. The fact that their presence is being requested by the RNC propagandist who would never act against Uganda interest suggests that Ugandan is playing cheap politics for the public gallery.

Himbara doesn’t know whether Rwandan MPs have been invited, furthermore, he doesn’t know if the MPs declined the invitation. So far, Himbara is the only one who seems to have seen an issue relating to Rwanda MPs traveling to Uganda. Uganda probably sent an invitation to the Rwandan MPs but also instructed their attack dog, David Himbara, to publish provocations at the same time.

The RNC propagandist, David Himbara, must be suffering from a serious mental illness. He is under the impression that authorities have blocked access to his medium account in Rwanda. There is no other way to say this, it is a big fat lie.

Psychiatrists call it delusions of grandeur or ‘folie des grandeurs’ in French also commonly known as megalomania. If untreated, it will lead to a full-blown schizophrenic breakdown. For Himbara to believe that a government will block or restrict access because of him is crazy, he is not that important. His false, imaginary story tops up to other public delusions on his blog.

He is always writing to Heads of States that don’t reply, and even goes to the extent of ending his messages with an ‘over to you’ probably thinking they will answer. Now he takes his delusions one step further, he writes to himself and proceeds to answer his own questions. Worryingly, he strategizes that there are two suggested solutions to his imaginary problem. One, copy paste his work, and two, attach screenshots but both are basically the same solution.

Himbara should know that the lack of readers from Rwanda is due to his mountain of fake news, of his constant insults and lack of depth. It is a boring blog that contains nothing but crazy, unbelievable tales. At this rate, Himbara’s delusions of grandeur eventually will lead him to claim that the government placed a microchip in his brain in the middle of the night

David Himbara, the RNC Chief propagandist mouthpiece, is writing praises to a terrorist Nsabimana Callixte currently under Rwandan custody awaiting trial. Himbara forgets who’s brave and who’s a coward. He writes calling ‘hero’ a buffoon –Nsabimana Callixte – who claimed to have captured a forest when in fact he had not captured a tree.

Himbara forgot his initial reaction when Nsabimana Callixte was caught, he tried to profit from it. He praised Nsabimana while cleverly taking distance from him.

“As for placing Himbara on the same wanted list with Callixte ’Sankara’ Nsabimana, that is an insult to Callixte ‘Sankara’ Nsabimana.” – Himbara, 30th of April 2019. Himbara turned the arrest to be a problem for Himbara, he too wanted some attention.

In the same article, Himbara inserts in clear terms that he is nothing but a coward, “Himbara is no revolutionary. He is a cowardly armchair human rights activist who only fights with a pen in the comfort and safety of Toronto, Canada.” He wants us to forget that he is the RNC mouthpiece that was tasked to spend about $440,000 on a single issue by Museveni and Rujugiro, lobbying the US congress.

Uncertain whether Nsabimana Callixte will sing like a canary about their joint criminal entreprise, the con artist decided on a two prones approach. He will take his distance from their failed terror plans for legal reasons and praise the fallen hoping that his praises will suffice to keep him quiet. He has since been busy quoting Shakespeare, Mandela, comparing Nsabimana to a hero just to generate a few more views for his blogs.

After milking the Nsabimana’s initial arrest, Himbara is still thinking of how to use him and probably hopes that the fake soldier undergoes more tragedies to give him more substance to sell.

Himbara calls Callixte Nsabimana “Sankara” a brave man who believes in fighting tyranny. In reality, Nsabimana only ambushed buses, killed innocent civilians, and openly bragged about his evil deeds. Now that he is in custody, Himbara calls him a hero and is trying to milk Callixte for his last worth, a public relation stunt.

Himbara, the RNC lobbyist, incites others with battlefields and war calls but stays far away from danger tucked away in Canada. The coward, who has never done anything brave in his life, has the audacity to use the same Shakespeare quote to compare the incomparable, Nsabimana and President Kagame.

Callixte Nsabimana attacked soft civilian targets and never braved a military target out of fear! Here are pictures of a Nsabimana’s “achievements”:

CommandPost, a CMI propaganda mouthpiece, twisted an open letter by one Dayo Ntwali – a social media user – to the President of Rwanda. Ntwali wrote a letter complaining about water prices and utility provider’s services in a nine-paragraph letter. CommandPost turned it into a three-paragraph propaganda article listing only complaints.

CMI (Chieftaincy for Military Intelligence), Museveni’s secret police, has been tasked with carrying out hostile acts and negative propaganda against Rwanda.

At face value, the open letter is a request for the tech-savvy Head of State of Rwanda to engage in a monthly interaction with citizens on Twitter. The President of Rwanda is known for his close interaction with citizens and also well known as a promoter of technology, in fact, he was one the first African Head of State to use Twitter to reach and interact with both Rwandans and foreigners ten years ago. The open letter was, however, hijacked by Uganda’s intelligence and turned into an attack piece.

Uganda has severe social unrest caused by a defunct political ruling class. It is marred with corruption, nepotism, discrimination of political actors who believe that liberating the country 33 years ago makes then entitled to it as personal a property. Headed by Yoweri Museveni, the aging political elite has gagged media, used tax to curtail social media and financed propaganda tools such as CommandPost.

You may ask why a Ugandan online media publish an open letter to the Rwandan Head of State ignoring thousands of Ugandan letters to the Ugandan President. CommandPost is following well-known propagandist tactics, creating a bogeyman to unify their divided society and trying to convince their citizens that they are better off than others.

Their latest attempt to hijack an open letter is nothing else but the act of a desperate regime trying to smear others and hoping to look better in the process. Their logic, ‘We look bad but if all looked as bad then we would look better’

Himbara has just failed a public relations rescue attempt. His patron, President Museveni, seriously goofed publicly when he openly called for people to smuggle their products to Rwanda. Himbara, the RNC lobbyist, intervened with his usual lies to defend his sponsor. This time around, Himbara’s attempt to spin backfires forcing him to write a second attempt.

In his first attempt to defend Yoweri Museveni, Himbara tried his usual tricks with numbers. He informs us of a hard fact, Uganda is losing almost $12 Million as a result of their hostile acts against Rwanda. The RNC lobbyist deliberately blames a closed border but knows that the border is open. In his own words, in a previous post, Himbara acknowledges that the border is open.

In his article titled Kagame’s Border Closure Is Killing Trade With Uganda And Kenya But Trade With DRC Is Booming, Himbara writes, “Buses can only transport foreign nationals but not Rwandans who are blocked from crossing the common border with Uganda.” Clearly, Himbara knows the border is open but the issue is Rwandan nationals are not traveling to Uganda. Himbara will not talk about that part, he will not engage in the causes of Rwanda’s travel warning to it citizens. Museveni is reaping what he sowed, his hostile policies toward Rwanda, his ongoing persecution of Rwandans is now costing him $12 million per month.

To complete his first spin, Himbara comes up with a spectacular concept that the declining g trade with Rwanda opened a new route in the Middle East. How Himbara makes a connection between Uganda- Rwanda trade and Uganda-Middle East trade is simply baffling. Then, the RNC Lobbyist does the unthinkable, he quotes Museveni’s ridiculous comments on the border issue, almost encouraging smuggling.

“Even if the border is closed, trade will go on, only that it will be through smuggling. You can’t stop trade through border administration. People resort to smuggling. Others have resorted to export a lot of things to South Sudan, DR Congo, Kenya, and Tanzania.” – Yoweri Museveni.

Realizing that his lie has backfired, two hours later, he re-published his article using a different title. Himbara tries a second rescue; he writes the same article but removes Museveni’s quotes probably to delete his initial post later on. Below are screenshots of his initial attempt and of the second one, it will spare him the trouble of deleting his post.

Himbara’s job is not easy, to constantly lie is not easy. His lies interweave and eventually become the hangman noose for him, his bosses and his associates in their attempt to destabilize Rwanda.

It is becoming comical to read Himbara’s writing, and now he is speaking on behalf of 52 African Heads of States! Himbara, the RNC Lobbyist, is a specialist in all matters on behalf of his masters Rujugiro and Museveni.

For some petty cash from his sponsors, he will metamorphose from being a legal expert to a specialist in International Relations, but fundamentally, his is just a big liar.

His latest stunt, as a self proclaimed specialist in international conferences, he will have us believe that 52 heads of states did not turn up as a sign o disapproval without providing any proof.

Himbara would not even be capable of telling us who was represented or sent a delegation, let alone who was or who was not invited!

Without any facts, out of anger and envy of how Rwanda is moving on without him, Himbara is relentless in lying.

For his information, the Transform Africa event is a big success and one guest in particular is stealing the show. I would provide him with the name of the special guest but then the RNC Lobbyist would have nothing to Google for a living.

Amongst other guests, Sophia – the artificial intelligence robot – made an appearance, I can only wonder what Himbara has to say about such a success, in Kigali.

Our expert liar will most likely scratch his head hard, thinking how to please his sponsors by spreading fake news. It is going to be hard for him to justify how his $440,000 campaign could not tarnish the image of Rwanda.

Himbara is professional liar trying to use an old trick to lie, he wants to use statistics. Writing about access to water in Rwanda, he is doing his usual Ugandan sponsored provocation articles. The current population of Rwanda is estimated to be around 12 million.

For our liar in chief, David Himbara, 83% of 12 million of Rwandans is equal to 12 million of Rwandans. He tries to trick us using urban and rural population data to deduct that the same data is synonymous to access to water. Is he therefore saying that no one has access to clean water in Rwanda? In an effort to mislead his readers, he provides a link to the World Bank that says nothing about access to water but that only states how many Rwandans are living in rural or urban settings. He distorts it as urban settlers have water, rural settles do not have access to clean water.

In his article responding to Olivier Nduhungirehe –Rwandan Minister of state for EAC Affairs–, the lazy RNC lobbyist and self-proclaimed educator “Googled” world bank data on population statistics and somehow concludes that those living in rural Rwanda do not have access to water. Himbara made his ten minutes of fame with an outrageous allegation that the government of Rwanda is cooking numbers yet he still uses their numbers to distort reality.

At this point, it would be relevant to ask him which government data he likes and trusts and which data he doesn’t like. Obviously, as a sponsored communicator of Anti-Rwandan forces, he only likes negative data. In any case, his love for the auditor general’s report only proves accountability in Rwanda, something he could not live with.

Contesting Himbara’s assertions is a long list on reputable NGO’s, including UN agencies that praise Rwanda for its remarkable 85% access to clean water (compared to his false imaginary 17%). It is also on track to be the first African countries to achieve 100% clean water access by 2024. He should do more than a mere Google search; he could take a look at what Unicef says about access to water in Rwanda. Importantly for our lying lobbyist, he should know that google is accessible to everyone. He is not the only person who can google “Rwanda access to water” and get the right information. Rwanda has been investing over $440 million in water supply and is set to be a continental leader in water and sanitation. Himbara should look elsewhere for his usual lies and smear campaign.
