One of the most vicious CMI sponsored propaganda rags, Spyreports, and its hired contributors like Charles Kambanda, Kayumba Nyamwasa (aka Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere), Sulah Nuwamanya Wakabiligi, Gideon Rukundo Rugali and Titus Seruga have yet again resorted to usual distortion of facts and inventions aiming at disrupting the ongoing peace process facilitated by Angola and the DR Congo.

Charles Kambanda, also known as Sex-for-Grade Professor as per his lack of ethics before he was fired at the former National University of Rwanda; should be the last person to lecture anyone on international disputes resolution, trust, legal procedures or anything. Ever since Uganda’s CMI put him on the anti-Rwanda desk payroll; the conflicted Kambanda, a convicted Genocide revisionist and denier whose grudge on Rwanda dates back long ago; uses Kampala sponsored mediums to unleash his hatred and all sorts of rubbish to slander the Rwanda and its Head of State.

In what seems to be a pre-emptive warning that Uganda may be contemplating pulling out of the Luanda agreement, CMI-RNC’s Spyreports is alleging conflict of interest, ostensibly because Angola, one of the quadripartite nations party to the agreement, is ‘close to Rwanda.’ The reasons offered by the CMI mouthpieces are ridiculous.

First and foremost this incoherent rants were originated from Eugene Gasana, a well-known henchman and close ally of Kayumba Nyamwasa, the leader of Rwanda National Congress (RNC), a Kampala based terror outfit that has vowed to sabotage the ongoing peace process aiming at normalizing relations between Rwanda and Uganda as facilitated by Angola and DR Congo. Gasana who shuttles the region for RNC mobilization and recruitment, has been feeding falsehoods to different media outlets across the region in efforts to tarnish Rwandan leadership’ image.

All businesses mentioned here are legit businesses in accordance with both countries’ laws but still desperate anti-Rwanda elements fought so hard to twist what is publicly known to serve in the quest to tarnish Rwandan Head of State’s image as they have always done.

Secondly, it looks as if they are only realizing now the facts that Luanda is in Angola. Two Luanda Summits and adhoc implementation meetings later, the handlers of CMI-RNC sponsored mouthpieces like Spyreports and Co are now scratching their heads, wondering why the mediation efforts had to be taken ‘tens of thousands of miles away from Uganda and Rwanda.’ They are also questioning whether there is ‘any significant socio-economic or political connection between Angola and Uganda or Rwanda.’ In a clear qualm about the spirit of Pan Africanism, the conspiracy suggests that the East African Community would have been the natural and logical choice for the mediation meetings.

Their attempt to prove their ‘conflict of interest’ theory is even more unfortunate. They desperately and foolishly try to thread together unrelated falsehoods, cherry-picking Angola as their case study. It is like DR Congo is not involved at all. The post makes unsubstantiated allegations about business links between Rwanda and Angolan business people, in an apparent desperate attempt to insinuate that the mediation efforts were taken to Angola at the request of Rwanda.

This is part of the broader cynical narrative driven by the RNC and pockets of resistance within the Ugandan leadership, trying to throw a spanner in the works, in order to stop the normalization of relationship between Uganda and Rwanda. When you read the post as they try to lend credence to their distasteful theory, the fiction becomes apparent. For example, while they talk of one Alex Bayigamba in one instance, they talk of Alex Bayingana as the same person, playing the same role in their malevolent theory.

The irony in all these gripes is not lost on us, neither is the juvenile ‘cat ate my homework’ excuses conveyed by the post by Spyreports (plagiarized on all anti-Rwanda channels). First, it shouldn’t matter that mediation efforts were hosted in Angola, Egypt, Madagascar or Morocco. What should be of importance is the fact that it is held in the spirit of finding African solutions to African problems in the broader Pan-African context. The whining and suspicions regarding ‘bad faith’ and ‘good faith’ should not be featuring anywhere in a serious matter like this one that concerns the support and facilitation of terror organizations as well as the abduction, torture of innocent citizens of an African nation by another.

While there could be some validity in questioning why the mediation was not held in East Africa, we all know that nobody would blame the EAC nations for not wanting to be involved in this, owing to the fact that they would not want to be accused of bias, because the violations of the tenets of the East African Community are obvious and the offender is obvious: President Museveni!. Hence the very conflict of interest that Spyreport’s handlers have used as the excuse to vilify Angola as the alternative host. Also, East African leaders can clearly see the dishonesty on the part of Uganda, after adamantly and deliberately blocking vital East African Community projects where Rwanda is involved; add these to the impeccable evidence backing Rwanda’s accusations against the Ugandan leadership.

Well, the bad news is, the change of heart might be a tad too late, because Uganda has already admitted culpability and after it was exposed too much. It serves Uganda better to implement and get all this done with and out of the way. The only safe avenue, as the situation stands, is to be good boys and see the implementation through to the very end. The region and indeed the entire world is watching with a lot of interest. Bowing out, for whatever excuse would be disastrous for the region, but particularly the people of Uganda. It is incumbent upon the Ugandan leadership to ignore the evil voices hoping to escalate the crisis for various selfish reasons, and look at the greater good of the region.

Everyone can see clearly attest that Rwanda did not create this crisis, and the fact that Rwandan leaders have graciously agreed to talks is indicative of the country’s interest in seeing a united and prosperous East African Community.

As for the pretentious suspicions on Angola, we know that it is mere claptrap because the mediation process is not an election where the ballot may be rigged in favour of one party; this can only be argued by dim-witted bootlickers like Sex-for-grade professor Kambanda and his team.

Nobody is blindfolded and carried to the talks. The MoU drawn, read loudly and anyone is allowed to dispute the inclusion of issues they may not be comfortable with. The only suspicion here is the fact that these noises about Angola are coming out quite later in the process. Where have you been? Why didn’t you advise President Museveni to mention if it was Burundi or anywhere else he wanted? We are not fools.
On the contrary, Angola and DR Congo would be the best choice as mediators, because as mentioned, the Pan African spirit and African solutions and also they may be more objective owing to the fact that they may not have first-hand background to Museveni’s dishonesty and tongue-in-cheek dealings

The Rwanda National Congress (RNC) propagandist, the weed-smoking David Himbara, is notorious for writing without thinking. Himbara who spends his time with terrorists and genocidaires should be the last person to mention International justice. Inherently unreliable, Himbara does not realize how he is hurting his partners and sponsors by the mere mention of the International Criminal Court (ICC).

Not so long ago, he traveled to Sweden to defend a convicted genocidaire on appeal. In May 2019, He flew all the way to Sweden to defend Theodore Rukeratabaro hoping to get him acquitted on appeal but failed. This was part of his duty in their alliance with FDLR and other genocidal maniacs. Himbara as an RNC propagandist is aware of the diabolical pact concluded with the help of Ugandan authorities like Philemon Mateke – the Banana Republic’s State Minister in Charge regional affairs.

As he types his usual smear hoping to belittle Rwanda and its leaders, someone should tell him to sober up. He should take a look at his phonebook, at his list of friends; he will realize that they all tremble at the mere mention of ICC. Evidently, after the Rukeratabaro case, Himbara’s words and blog are not enough to protect his partners’ crimes.

Whether it is his FDLR or RNCs, Burundian or Ugandan authorities; ICC gives them nightmares. Rwanda, on the other hand, is not even a signatory of the Rome Status that gave birth to the ICC. He should think before writing; Rwanda is not worried about the ICC, his partners and sponsors are.

Sulah Nuwamanya Wakabiligi the retard strikes again. Clearly, he has made effort to improve on his coherence as he attempts to ‘intellectually’ respond to one Asuman Bisika’s article, in which the latter expresses pessimism on the implementation of the Luanda MoU. In what appears to be a heavily edited and re-written (by his friend and fellow RNC bed mate, Gideon Rukundo Rugali), the response fails to fully respond to coherence resuscitation efforts.

However, in parts of the Facebook post that can be comprehended, it is apparent that the retard completely comes up with the RNC version of the Luanda MoU, because in bid to offer an alternative endorsement to Bisiika’s argument, he lists a completely outlandish list of the Luanda MoU demands which he attributes to Uganda, but in actual sense, the retard was only presenting RNC’s wish list, forgetting that RNC is not party to the Luanda MoU. The retard’s main bone of contention, according to him, is the fact that Bisiika correctly stated that Uganda’s sole demand in the MoU was the perceived ‘closure’ of Gatuna border.

In his high school style debate which typically pitted ‘opposers’ and ‘proposers’, the RNC retarded propagandist, In order to sound like an ‘intellectual’, he presents an infantile mash-up of arguments as he seeks to foolishly sneak RNC’s own demands into the Luanda MoU.

The RNC retard should not pretend as if his master Terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa is comfortable with the Luanda MoU. It is no secret that Kayumba and his RNC adherents are desperately busy moving frantically up and down, sparing no effort to lobby in the Ugandan corridors of power, to convince them not to see the Luanda MoU through.

They are encouraged by the existence of pockets of resistance to the Luanda MoU, manifested by the continued incarceration and killing of detained innocent Rwandans. However, the RNC’s efforts are futile because the winds of positive change are blowing hard. Terrorism and its proponents have nowhere to hide anymore. They are faced with only one alternative, which is to surrender and face justice.

In his post, Nuwamanya the retard claims Rwanda ‘is projecting itself as the victim’, but if he had a fully functional brain, he would know that Rwanda has never fancied the position of victim in any situation – not in the past, not in the present and not in the future.

In the standoff with Uganda, Rwanda has articulately and eloquently stated her case, and presented irrefutable evidence. The fact that only one complaint, namely, ‘border closure’ has been heard from the other side and now the bogus RNC list of demands as presented by the terrorist outfit’s retarded executive is a strong indication that Rwanda presents a strong case.

To conclude though, I seek translation of some demands listed by the RNC retard, so that I can comprehend the RNC point of view; If anyone understands retard language and knows what the RNC retard wanted to convey, kindly help.

Terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa is a scared man. He is scared because somehow, God has not been merciful to him as everything he touches rots. Everyone associated with him has been facing calamity after calamity. Nature is zeroing in on him, and he can see disaster coming- in 4D.

In his desperate situation, the terrorist can only hurdle in his Johannesburg hideout and count his losses. The only weapon left at his disposal is his Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere Facebook Page, where he has been venting all his frustrations in the morning, day and night as if it is some kind of prescription from his psychiatrist.

Lately, Terrorist Nyamwasa has been mourning his dead sympathisers, whose demise he typically attributes to the Rwanda leadership. To him, deaths, disasters and calamities, natural and manmade, don’t happen unless Rwanda is involved.

First, it was his bankrollers and sympathisers inside and outside Rwanda, who have been dying off like they were hit by the plague. Then, came the disintegration of his terrorist RNC and allied P5 adherents, where many were either arrested and transferred to Rwanda, killed or quit RNC, citing poor leadership, embezzlement, nepotism and assassinations, all attributed squarely to their Chief Terrorist Nyamwasa.

But God was not yet done with him. Militias from the P5 coalition, which includes Kayumba’s RNC, FDLR, Rudi-Urunana, FNL and other terror merchants were dealt a very heavy blow by the DR Congo army, FARDC, as they were busy creating bases from which to launch their attacks aimed at destabilising Rwanda. FARDC’s onslaught on Kayumba’s coalition militias sent them packing, killing many and arresting thousands who were repatriated to Rwanda to face justice. As we speak, there are no organised bases remaining in Congo DRC, as many are either surrendering or being picked and repatriated in an ongoing mop-up exercise by FARDC in the vast Eastern region of DR Congo.

But Terrorist Kayumba’s tribulations are not about to end. It looks like his ancestors have also abandoned him, because he has violated all ancestral anathemas. Just as he was getting to accept his fate, the Luanda MoU happened, which among other things seeks to end support and facilitation offered to RNC and allied terrorist outfits by Uganda. Effectively, this implies that Kayumba and allied militias will be stripped naked and have nowhere else to run for support.

The fugitive has been attributing every high profile death in Rwanda and the region to foul play Rwanda for quite some time, and people have learnt to take him for the obsessed lunatic that he is. As an addicted assassin, thoughts about assassinations form the biggest part of his brain to the extent that he even day dreams about assassinations. I am sure he has not attributed the death of the former Kenyan President to Rwanda only because perhaps he has not heard of the death yet. See, things are getting tight and free Wi-Fi connections is hard to come by in Johannesburg these days.

Rwanda National Congress propagandist, the weed smoking David Himbara, paid to tarnish Rwanda, enjoys a good pain and suffering story. Psychiatrists would call him a sadist, and through his latest blog, intern him for psychosis. He passionately writes that a convicted Genocide denier, Victoire Ingabire, is suffered from mental torture simply because she was called to appear at the Rwandan Investigation Bureau.

His sponsors, the Ugandan Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence, tortures extensively and routinely. For almost three years, they round up innocent Rwandans, hold then in secret detentions facilities and torture them. Those who suffer mental breakdowns as a result are then sent to a psychiatric hospital known as Butabika. Those who die are either secretly buried or shipped back to Rwanda under the cover of darkness. Himbara knows very well what torture is, his sponsors and his terrorist organization practice it on a daily basis.

Fugitive Himbara also happens to be the sole receipt of the fake Victor Ingabire “human rights” prize. It is a prize he cooked up while Ingabire was in prison for genocide denialism, he was milking her prison term for his fame. Unexpectedly, she sought to be pardoned and received it. Himbara, however, continued to milk her for his fame.

Secretly, Himbara wants Victoire Ingabire jailed to offer him more imaginary pain to write about. He has never cared about Ingabire, all he wants is a juicy pain and suffering story out of her and get his paycheque from his Genocidaires sponsors.

As a very active voice in the anti-Rwanda terrorist enterprise, Fugitive Himbara hopes that his public sympathy for a pardoned genocide denier will get her in trouble. It would give him more propaganda to write about and secure his CMI financing.

Emmanuel Magezi, who was arbitrarily detained by the Ugandan Chieftaincy for Military Intelligence (CMI) since March 2019 is dead. The Ugandan authorities did not inform the Rwandan high commission office in Kampala or her foreign ministry in Kigali; the revelation, appearing in the Ugandan English daily, The Daily Monitor, is a reminder that the faith of innocent Rwandans held by CMI is now dire.

Magezi’s lawyer, Aron Kiiza, has been desperately trying to secure his trial or release. The lawyer tried everything to have his client charged or released and even obtained court orders compelling CMI and other Ugandan security agencies to produce his client in court in vain. The long journey ends with the devastating news that he died. Aron Kiiza has a long list of innocents Rwandans, arbitrarily arrested, tortured and secretly detained by CMI, Magezi’s death and its casual announcement illustrates how precarious the situation is.

Shamelessly, the Ugandan Police is said to be carrying out an autopsy to determine the cause of death. Magezi, like hundred others, are detained incommunicado —with no access anyone including family, lawyers and consular services— and are subjected to the most brutal torture. Recently the 9 released innocent Rwandans narrated how while in CMI custody, they were beaten, waterboarded and tortured with electric shocks. They narrated how CMI would string them up and leave them for days blindfolded, shackled and in stress positions. They came back with both physical and mental scars and revealed that some of their compatriots had suffered mental breakdowns due to torture.

Nelson Mugabo, recently released by Ugandan authorities under pressure to implement the Luanda MoU, had mentioned the late Emmanuel Magezi. Mugabo recounted how CMI kidnapped and tortured him for over a year and raised the alarm that other innocents victims of CMI’s Rwandan persecution in Uganda had suffered mental breakdowns. According to Nelson, those who broke down were taken to Butabika mental health hospital. He mentioned that Magezi might have been taken there. His lifeless body was discovered outside the Kirinya ward of the Butabika hospital.

The new development means that CMI is either killing off innocent Rwandan victims of torture or that CMI literally tortured them to death. Either-way, the plight of innocents Rwandans is now dire!

More innocent Rwandans continue to die in the hands of Ugandan security agencies despite the call to cease arbitrary arrests and respect of human rights of Rwandans in Uganda by the recently concluded Quadripartite Summit in Angola and the Luanda MoU.

A report appearing in Grapevine News, by Josephine Kauma, quotes the FDC Spokesperson stating during a Press Conference that Presidents Museveni and Kagame are fighting personal battles. According to Semujju Nganda, the two Heads of State are at the height of a competition for regional political supremacy which is totally wrong.

This is a common careless mistake borne out of ignorance when individuals fail to take time to understand the issue. One only needs to take a closer and objective look because the cause of the standoff is crystal clear.

When Semujju makes a statement like “if its the Uganda President who is wrong as stated by President Kagame….” coming from the opposition spokesperson, this sounds lazy.

This moral equivalence mindset concerning the Rwanda – Uganda standoff has been harboured by a section of people, some out of lack of information and of course the usual suspects, the anti- Rwanda propagandists and opportunists who sprouted like mushrooms since the problem started manifesting.

Had the honorable Semujju taken his time to understand the issue fully, the facts would tell him that Rwanda has genuine concerns regarding support and facilitation by the Ugandan leadership, accorded elements bent on destabilising Rwanda and causing insecurity in the region.

The accusations and concerns are one-way because Rwanda has not abducted and illegally incarcerated any Ugandan national oh her soil. Neither is Rwanda counter supporting anti-Uganda elements who throw grenades that kill innocent people on the Kampala streets.

Generalising the problem and creating moral equivalence is not the best way to solve this issue. Calling a spade a spade is a better approach.

It is unfortunate that Semujju falls head first into the propagandists’ trap concerning closed borders and shooting of Ugandans.

If he had not been dismissive of President Kagame’s statement, he would have been adequately informed about the issues at hand and would therefore discharge his duties of holding the government to account better.

The fact that the solution to the impasse was outsourced, should not be an issue, because Rwanda sees this within the context of Africans finding solutions to African problems.

Uganda’s Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence paid online mercenary Titus Seruga continues his mission of smearing Rwanda and sabotaging the ongoing peace process between two countries.

As two presidents commit to normalise relations between two sister countries, CMI sponsored mouthpieces like Seruga have been creating false narrative meant to disrupt the peace initiative.

Seruga was angered by Ugandan General Court Martial’s verdict to release four more senior police officers accused, together with former IGP Gen Kale Kayihura, of kidnaping and illegally repatriating Rwandan refugees to Rwanda.

These whole allegations were concocted by Rwanda National Congress fugitives; a terror outfit operating in Uganda. They shaped a wrong narrative meant to implicate Rwanda in criminal activities on the Ugandan soil.

What continues to hurt the anti-Rwanda mouthpieces is that the court lacked evidence to these police officers’ cases and ruled to release them on bail.

Seruga who claims to be very nationalistic, shouldn’t have left Uganda to seek asylum in Belgium; he should have stayed home and fight a war he has been inciting rather than yapping on Facebook

Sometimes one is forced to wonder, especially if you are from Rwanda, what criteria the President leader follows to appoint his Cabinet Ministers.

Universally, one would expect that for anyone to merit the appointment to cabinet level, they must at least possess some level of decorum, discipline and intelligence.

Apparently, not in Uganda. I am sorry to say, but it is difficult to differentiate between some State Ministers and Kampala taxi touts. This perhaps explains why public service delivery in Uganda is the lowest in East Africa.

Some Ministers demonstrate wild and embarrassing behaviour, and it never matters to them that their positions in Government may not allow them to behave like gutter-rats.

The problem is compounded by the fact that the Government Spokesperson who should be ensuring order and discipline by acting as the sole avenue through which Government stand is ousted, is even worse when it comes to self-verbal control. It’s a free-for-all situation, the Wild West.

I would like to cite just two prominent incidents to support my argument. Most recently, on a radio show known as capital gang, the State Minister for housing, while commenting on the Uganda-Rwanda standoff and President Kagame’s statement to that effect as he addressed diplomats accredited to Rwanda, Minister Chris Baryomunsi said that the main cause of the tension between the two countries was because President Kagame is seeking attention!

How is a Head of State standing up for the people that chose him to lead them, who are being abducted and detained in another country without any reason be termed as ‘attention seeking’?

Unlike in Rwanda where Government officials are appointed on merit and given specific goals to achieve annually, across the border one only has to be a sycophant in addition to representing a constituency that will deliver enough presidential votes. That is why we have plagues like Chris Baryomunsi and Philemon Mateke.

As long as they are to make their respective constituencies keep voting yellow, they are guaranteed to die in their positions, even if they may not know the responsibilities of their ministerial dockets. That is why they have all the time to appear on radio shows and shoot their mouths about issues outside their dockets while citizens are suffering, as they seek the attention and approval rates from their boss.

I am not surprised that the same fella keeps getting into trouble for verbal diarrhoea. Towards the conclusion of last year, the same thug was ordered to pay a businessman called Garuga in millions after court found him guilty of lack of mouth control.

That is the reason why, when Baryomunsi sees a Head of State fighting for the plight of his people, he sees an attention seeker. See, things like dedicated service to the people and country are strange things where he comes from. To him and his kind, a position of leadership is a rare opportunity to enjoy a free salary and benefits and drink malwa to aid him sleep through cabinet meetings and public gatherings.

As I was asking whether the fella is really a Minister, I was told that he actually is a medical doctor! Before I recovered from my shock, I remembered that the same country also has Dr. Mateke and Dr. Gideon Rukundo Rugari, both of whose level of IQ defy their academic status. Minister Mateke recently went berserk and forgot he was a Ugandan cabinet minister and machine gunned tweets bearing messages reminiscent of pre-genocide period messaging in Rwanda. He was so out of control the Government had to practically sedate him to make him stop, before apologising on his behalf and putting down the account.

With lunatics like Baryomunsi and Mateke as cabinet ministers of our neighbouring country, we need divine intervention if we are to realise a sustainable and stable neighbourly relationship.
