Himbara has found a picture of poverty in Rwanda. He is so passionate about poverty and misery that he goes out of his way to find a picture of it. He is very close to the Ugandan regime, in fact, he writes under their directives and with their permission.

Rwanda has suffered and was burnt down, it rose up again and continues to amaze world-class economists that do real research and are published unlike our google self-publishing con artist.

To ease his love for poverty, I have selected a more sensible picture. An illustration of poverty in Uganda that does not violate basic rules of decency. Unlike our RNC lobbyist, I will not share and zoom minors in their hardship.

The picture above was taken in Uganda, I hope Himbara will share it with his masters, masters of Uganda. He should spend time advising Museveni and Kayumba on Uganda affairs and development issues.

At this rate, RNC (Rwanda National Congress) should just be renamed to UNC (Uganda National Congress). Since RNC attacks Rwanda, and is under Ugandan directives, and receives Ugandan support, why not simply call it UNC? The Obote UNC will have to excuse me for using their party name to describe a Museveni outfit.

Himbara, the RNC lobbyist, is relentless in his lies. He targets a normal events and turns it into a conspiracy. Now he targets a hospital, for Himbara, a change in leadership of the hospital is a scandal.
I have been wondering why the lobbyist has been busy self publishing. Initially, he had me fooled in believing he is publishing researched academic papers, turns out that is a lie.
He thinks of something, writes it without research and the publishes. Sometimes he bothers doing a basic google search but almost all of the time, he simply cooks things up and presents them as facts.
It is a very well known crooks technique, ‘an expert opinion cone’, the man in a white coat says this and therefore it is true. Himbara does that all the time. Prof said this and therefore it is true.
He does so deliberately, without any research and failing to cone publishers, he resorts to self publishing.
The RNC lobbyist knows his writings cannot stand against an intellectual challenge. He will do everything to block a challenge. And if pressed in a courtroom or in a live show, he resorts to crying crocodile tears even when defending a convicted Genocidaire.

RNC Chief Propagandist David Himbara is licking his wounds after a stunning defeat in Sweden. Full of his inflated ego, he travelled from Canada to Sweden to interfere with judicial process in favour of a Genocide convict. He miserably failed, he confused Sweden for Uganda.

The RNC and Himbara also suffered a major blow when one of their dirty-mouthed accounts on Facebook was taken down. Since then, Himbara has had to figure out a way to publish his hate rhetoric. Again, he turns to Uganda for help using trolls sponsored and controlled by CMI -Uganda’s Secret Police.

Himbara tried so hard to divert attention, writting about doom in economy but failed to get readership. He is now back to personal attacks.

After writing about the President of Rwanda and once again failing to attract readers, he is now spinning about in international affaires. The RNC lobbyist writes that the President does bot control the region, forgetting that no one said he was.

President Kagame is President of the Republic of Rwanda, a full time job that he does so well that every now and then he is elected by his peers to coordinate continental matters. Last year, he was the AU Chairperson, this year he heads the EAC Heads of States summit.

Its a shame that Uganda, for reasons only known to Museveni, is encouraging so much hate!

The Chief propagandist of RNC a terrorist group, Himbara David is now targeting the economy, he wants to create panic. The RNC spokesperson that received over $400,000 to attack Rwanda with a smear campaign. He is now trying on lipstick to make his crime seem less criminal.

After writing about the Gashoma power plant, he is now reviewing the Rwandan government’s budget. Himbara puts on his economist hat and gives us a misleading interpretation of a budget. Himbara and his group of terrorist and Genocidaires would like nothing but to blow things up, cause havoc, pain and despair. Do you thinks he cares about a balanced budget? Mind you, his expertise should also be questioned. He is confusing a Budget Framework Paper and an actual budget, I wonder how this guy became Professor.

All he wants to do is cause economic hardship by deliberately smearing and warmongering to harm the economy. He is infamous for saying numbers are cooked in Rwanda, but now he is busy quoting the “cooked” numbers.

It is important to note that he has a specific task within his terror network. He is tasked to do economic harm, while other try to lay their hands on more harmful means. Fortunately, he will not succeed, as reality is different to his virtual world, and the fact is Rwanda is developing at an incredible rate.

Our fake Professor is growing up and graduating to the rank of Genocide defender. He was recently an official defendant for convicted genocide perpetrators. Traveling thousands of miles away, Himbara went to Sweden to assist and testify in favor of a Genocide convict Theodore Rukeratabaro. The motivations to this attempted betrayal is tactical, to avoid his own extradition.

He recently lost one of his brother, Callixte Nsabimana who was arrested and extradite to Rwanda from Comoros. His terror network which also include Genocidal forces is in complete panic, Rwanda announced and demanded that terrorist and Genocide perpetrators be extradite to face trial.

Typically, Himbara hides his links to Genocide perpetrators but as he feels the heat, the countdown to Callixte Nsabimana’s revelations he is stumbling and falling faster than expected. Progressively losing his sanity, he actually posted a separate article criticizing Presidential travels forgetting key differences. The President travels to promote Rwanda, Himbara travels to defend and promote genocide and terrorism.

In his tactics, he figured out that he should defend genocidal forces from extraditions to protect himself from the same. With the disappearance of RPF Gakwerere, Callixte, FDLR spokesman and many others, Himbara’s fragile state of mind might crumble under as pressure for his P5 outfit to be extradited to Rwanda to face trial. Sooner than he expects, Himbara might find himself in Rwanda on a special tour of Rwanda organized and paid for by the State Judiciary.  

Nyamwasa clutches at the death of Mayombo to deflect attention

Terrorist “RPF Gakwerere” aka Kayumba Nyamwasa, here you go again with your deranged smears and insults against President Kagame.

You allege President Kagame was behind the death of the late Brig. Gen. Noble Mayombo. But you only sound like a drunkard hallucinating on drugs who just regurgitates any nonsense in their head.

The world of course knows that your paymaster and chief sponsor of your terrorist activities against innocent Rwandans is the corrupt, morally bankrupt Museveni. It is not surprising to see you trying to pin on the Rwandan leader the very crimes of your crooked paymaster, whose people poisoned Mayombo’s heart.

Terrorist Gakwerere, do you think people are children to so easily forget that your criminal patron Museveni is the one who actually eliminated Mayombo?

Mayombo was killed because Museveni perceived him a threat. He was a popular, morally upright, intelligent and charismatic officer. Everyone knows he was a threat to Museveni because he was a role model to other UPDF officers.

An example of the esteem in which officers of UPDF held Mayombo can be seen in the words of Lt. Gen. James Mugira. “For us who grew up, studied, lived and worked with him, Noble’s incredible brain power, astuteness, his unparalleled smartness was a story of immense proportion, which all clearly knew and admired,” Mugira writes in the ChimpReports website of today – 1st May.

A man of this brilliance and charisma, but also happened to be a Munyoro, was perceived a threat not only to Museveni but the Bahima clique of Museveni’s inner circle. Those Bahima think it is their God-given right to rule Uganda forever.

It was Museveni and his clique to whom Brig. Gen. Noble Mayombo was a threat, no one else. Only a sick, lying traitor like “RPF Gakwerere”, better known as Nyamwasa, would try the crazy lie that “Kagame killed Mayombo”.

But this crazed traitor doesn’t stop there but goes ahead to allege that the Rwandan head of state also killed some other officer called Sula Semakula, and Kazini. Why? Leave alone how (these people never stepped in Rwanda), but why? No reason is given,

I think the recent news that Nyamwasa’s little terrorist sidekick Callixte “Sankara” is in Rwandan custody has driven Nyamwasa into a panic. He is writing wild things to deflect attention. He is crazy with fear.

Expect “RPF Gakwerere” to be even more unhinged than usual.

David Himbara’s blog is a roller coaster of emotional distress. Writing about Presidential awards, he hoped to distract us from major breaking news, Sankara’s arrest. The RNC Chief propagandist listed awards granted to the President of Rwanda but failed to capture a few. President Kagame is also credited for stopping the 1994 Genocide against Tutsis in Rwanda perpetrated by Himbara’s associates.

Himbara is probably jealous, so far, he has only to his name a fallacious award dumb Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza prize for Democracy and Peace, 2017. This award is a pure creation to boost Himbara’s ego.

As the day progressed, Himbara got wiser, or sober, he realized that there was nothing he could do to bury the major breaking news and opted to change tactic. He decided to write an elaborate denial of association with Sankara. He publicly dissociated himself from his hero stating himself to be a simple armchair activist. What is Himbara afraid of? Is he panicking that Sankara will divulge their P5 secret association and terrorist entreprise?

Himbara is a coward, something we already knew, now he expects that cowardness to be a defence for his innocence in terrorism against Rwanda. Rujugiro gave him $ 440,000 US Dollars, Museveni gives him logistical support, Kayumba feeds him with instructions. Himbara is not a harmless armchair activist, he is a criminal and will be found guilty in any court room.

He can then add Terrorist to his list of titles, Prof, Dr, RNC Spokesman, Uganda CMI Senior officer, etc… Throwing Sankara under the bus and taking distance from difficult situations is Himbara’s specialty. He should wake up, smell the coffee, their online terror programs is a crime, and he will one day face justice.

In complete disarray, calling himself a coward, “ … a coward like me who fights with a pen”, he ends his online panick with a befitting Shakespeare quote about cowards. He quotes, “A coward dies a thousand times before his death, but the valiant taste of death but once.” Our coward Himbara died on of his thousand deaths with the Sankara news, he will get used to it, failure will become an acquired taste.

RPF Gakwerere aka Kayumba Nyamwasa must be feeling like someone just hit him with a body blow.

Only a few weeks ago, he was crowing that Nsabimana Callixte, alias Sankara, was not in the custody of Rwanda. That was after news emerged the fellow had been captured in the Comoros on an international warrant. Nyamwasa was all over Facebook, as “RPF Gakwerere”, giving supposed details how Sankara “had escaped the clutches of ‘Rwanda DMI’”!

One wonders how the fellow will be spinning the announcement that the so-called Sankara is in Rwandan custody.

Nyamwasa keeps losing allies from the so-called P5 group. After two senior FDLR officials recently fell into Rwandan custody, it is now Nsabimana Callixte. “Sankara who in pictures obviously is a character that fantasizes about being in his own movie is now realizing his game is no game. He is about to appear in court on really serious charges – the kind that attract very long prison sentences.

“Gakwerere”, stew on that for a moment. Rwanda has a formidable security and judicial apparatus. It also has a very efficient diplomatic service.

Nyamwasa, Himbara, Rujugiro, Rusesabagina and their associates will know Rwanda is not a weak or failed state to joke with.

RFF Gakwerere, “Radio Rugali”, Rusesabagina and associates jubilated that Sankara “was free” in Comoros. They gave self-fellating interviews; made people read their endless nonsense and even took credit for “liberating Sankara”.

We have been saying this all along, these RNC and FDLRs on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and other social media all are fake news. I wonder what they will tell us now; will they even mention their “heroic” Sankara? Makes one break out into laughter.

I can’t wait to hear their frenzied lies and distortions.

Himbara is a liar… a big liar.

Himbara writes a fiction of imaginary new travel advisories against Rwanda that is risking a Visit Rwanda promotion deal with Arsenal. The UK travel advisory has not been updated since the 2nd of April and it is a very positive review if we compare it to neighboring countries. A closer look at two other countries in the region to understand how ridiculous Himbara is.

The UK government travel advice offers maps when an area is of concern. It color codes with green (see our travel advice before travelling), amber (Advise against all but essential travel) and red (Advise against all travel). It is important to not that the lack of a map means it is safe enough to travel without additional advice. Rwanda and Tanzania have no maps indicating areas of concerns. Uganda has a single Color, (See our travel advice before travelling) and Burundi and others have multiple colors.

• the main road running west from Kayanza through the Kibira National Park
• Ruvubu National Park
• The FCO advise against all but essential travel to the rest of Burundi.
The FCO’s advice against all but essential travel to Bujumbura does not include airside transit through Bujumbura International Airport.

Kayumba Nyamwasa aka RPF Gakwerere ran off to self-exile. He thought there was something Rwanda specially owed him, more than others. He developed this attitude that he had to be the ruler. When he realized things do not work like that he hatched a plan, to destabilize Rwanda. He planned to begin a rebel war. He, and his masters in a neighboring country are hell-bent on waging war on the democratically elected administration in Kigali.

He resorted to terrorism against innocent Rwandans.

Uganda’s CMI has been recruiting for RNC (with the active participation of RNC), through criminal methods like abducting Rwandans in Uganda. CMI and RNC have been torturing those they abduct, to force them to admit that they are “Kagame’s spies”. But they know very well those are fabricated accusation. It is an excuse to torture people, telling them, “If you aren’t Kagame’s spies, then you must join ‘the army of Kayumba.’”

Others have been luring young Rwandans in refugee camps in Uganda to join RNC through lies that they will find them jobs or visas.

Nyamwasa has also been relentless in a propaganda war of lies and misinformation against Kigali, more specifically President Kagame.

“Gakwerere” aka Nyamwasa is falling lower with his ridiculous fictions these days. This morning he has just given us an alleged breakdown of the travels of the President of Rwanda, in a bid to twist it into “wasteful travel”.

For your information Nyamwasa, the travels of the President of Rwanda are the business of the people of Rwanda, not a terrorist like you. The people of Rwanda see tangible results on the ground, in the investments the President’s travels yield. People see a real change in their lives because of the tireless work of the Head of State as the best ambassador for their country.

President Kagame travels may anger you, Nyamwasa, and inspire you to write much fictions and slanders to discredit him.

You have failed miserably so far.
